Biryani was too good but quantity was not Worth the price.
I can eat that biryani like hungry lion but it can cost me too much to handle😂😂
I have been to this place many times. Also got home delivery done. I love its chicken biryani. It’s really very tasty. Dal makhani and crispy roti’s. They give a very good quantity. With sauce n salad. It is a must visit place.

Tried Mutton Biryani (Rs 160 half plate). It was simply amazing in taste, I could have couple of more half plates but definitely would not call it a biryani. This could be well called as Mutton Pulao Rice topped with Scrumptious Mutton Curry.
P.S.The guy serving food served with great earnestness. Hats off to you brother-forgot to ask your name. God bless you!!!

Mad about biryani's? Then this is the right place for you. Dainty chicken and mutton biryani I had few days back from here. It has lots of chicken pieces finely cooked with biryani. Highly recommended.
One of the finest briyani I have ever had in Delhi, where the perpetration of briyani is made by Singh and the chicken pieces are made on full and half plate briyani....
If you are expecting a mughal biriyani, you won't return happy. Anyway,The biriyani they serve is some chicken rice with gravy and its good. Its a small restaurant with a few waiters. Food quality is good.
One word for this place is consistency.
Relaxed ambience, good staff and over the top food. Though their Signature dish Biryani is average but other delicacies in Tawa and Gravy are too good. Mutton and Chicken are equally succulent. Besides Biryani we tried Mutton seekh Kabab from tawa and chicken keema gravy. All good.

One of the main reason I like travelling to different places even if its for work is that I get to try new places. Thats the best thing about Delhi, you have some unique and famous eateries in every part of city. On my visit to Karol Bagh/Gaffar to get my mobile fixed this was my second stop after "Art of Spices".
This is basically a takeaway joint with just 1-2 tables on footpath. Their main focus are non-veg dishes but they do serve some vegetarian dishes too. I went here to satiate my egg curry cravings so i just ordered an egg curry with tandoori rotis. First thing first, their egg curry or any other dish for that matter is not for the faint hearted. It had a thick layer of oil over it. Coming to the taste, egg curry was indeed delicious but the excessive oil made it a bit too bitter killing the taste of otherwise killer gravy a bit. But remove the upper layer of oil and you will keep licking your fingers I bet. Tandoori rotis were soft and went well.
All in all, a nice place for take away in the back lanes of Karol Bagh market.

In the last 20-25 years have seen the place in many different Avatars , from the humble cart near the gurudwara , manned by the old man we called Sadhu Singh , to the largish sit down place with a property office attached on the same road on the opposite side to the present location in two smallish shops just outside Jessaram Hospital , with standing pavement eating area only .
Have seen three generations Handel the business.
One thing that has remained consistent all this time is the delicious taste of their Chicken Biryani , rather a Pullao in terms of how it is prepared . Another constant has been their suspect hygienic practises , which have become more acute at the latest location. The biryani served with a curry and onions on the side is worth overlooking the less than clean conditions at the outlet.
After they expanded there original menu from just biryani to curries , more often than not I find myself ordering their meat curry , a flavourful curry , with rotis. The rotis here can use some improvement , but the meat is always tender and nicely seasoned , slightly on the hot side.
Will defiantly want to go back there or maybe order from them and would recommend them to anyone looking to enjoy the post partition punjabi / Delhi flavours of non befits rain food , however telling the befits rains to take a rain check on this one.

One of the best biryanis you will eat in Delhi. The green cold chutney adds to its chatak taste. If you are nearby and have a taste of chicken, go and try out the oberoi biryanai.

I really wanted to taste a good biryani in and around karol bagh and this is a hidden gem of the place.. I read so many reviews and was shocked,anyway thats there experience and I respect ????..

I have visited several times and I never got disappointed here. They know the art of making Biryani and other non vegetarian stuff. If you are convenient in open air then too good otherwise packing is an another option. High Street food can't enjoy in a/c restaurants or star hotels.

We had the mutton and chicken biyanis. Both were delicious - good spice and tender meat. The seating is nearly on the road, so take away is definitely recommended.
If you want to taste Biryani with mutton, you must visit here. Very old outlet selling biryani. It is very famous joint for non veg food lovers. Located at gurdwara road in Karol Bagh area of New Delhi. It also serves many curries and roasted itmes.
