I stayed here for 2 days and it was a pleasant stay! Their services are fast , staff is amazing , location is really good 5-7 mins to ndls railway station . They even upgraded us to a nicer room! The rooms are amazing and neat! Bathrooms are super clean and luxurious! It is a must stay when visit paharganj or nearby area!

Clean room, neat washroom, complimentary breakfast is good. Tv, hot water, AC, mini fridge are working fine. Staffs are friendly. They provide RO water in glass bottle. No dental kits or slippers. Location is good. Nice place to stay

Wonderful stay here. The staff is friendly, helpful and warm. Beautiful property with a great location. Windows view rooms are stunning, huge windows overlooking the water. The breakfast was nice. Rooms are also quite clean.
The hotel was impressively clean and peaceful, although the rooms were slightly compact. The bathrooms, on the other hand, featured a separate shower and toilet, which was a thoughtful touch. The food served at the hotel was delightful, and the staff provided excellent service

It's a Very nice hotel. Nice Staying Good Rooms and Nice Place. . Rooms are clean and neat. Much spacious. Staff is good. Kind and Helpful. Service is good. It's a big hotel.
The hotel is up to the mark...Rooms are clean and well maintained. The food was good. One drawback is the location. It is adjacent to the Railway station due to which most of the time you get stuck in heavy traffic. But also CP is very near(walkable distance), so that can be managed.

he room was very spacious and equipped with all the essentials and a fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to tourists wishing to visit Paharganj. Will come back to this place soon

Some aspects can improve for improving customer satisfaction. Some new / young staff needs training and orientation to meet customer demands. The experienced duo at the reception are very helpful.
