Quiet secluded place with good ambience. Serves one of the best momos in Delhi. Their butter peoper noodles are a treat for the taste buds and you can have all of this with alochol at a reasonable price.
I was here with my cousin last weekend. They have lovely interiors and the food is delicious. The only turn off here, was their unattentive staff and slow service. We ordered veg gravy manchurian, chilly garlic noodles, tingmo with spicy sauce. The noodles were so good. The tingmo was fresh and we had it with a spicy dip and manchurian sauce. The manchurian sauce was good however the vegetable dumplings in it weren’t fresh. The place was crowded and pocket friendly too.
The decor is lovely and the food is filling and sumptuous. Perfectly priced as according to servings. Do not forget to order Double Fried Pork. They make it better than my mum.
The most economical place in Delhi to cater your hunger. Maximum likes for hygiene and staff is very polite. I think they can improve a little bit on service time. Rest all is good

The cafe famous for momos..They have a lot of varieties in momos which makes you feel eat more 😋.Momos were initially popular in Nepal among the Newar community.As the Newar merchants travelled in neighbouring countries, they brought the Tibetan dish and name momos.

I have been visiting this place from quite a long time, the chicken steam momos are extremely juicy and taste delicious, then the chilly potatoes are crispy, well chilly chicken is a must try, then fruit beer is a compulsion. Have a great meal with good ambience and services. Best thing is they have prohibited use of plastic.
They've got real deal when it comes to food. Went there on one of the game day and the place was alive. Everyone was cheering for their team. Momos are superb, juicy and nicely done. We've also tried their chilli potato and they came as crispy as they should. I didn't try noodles but my friends says they were spot on too. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Worth a visit. 🤙🏼
I have been to this restaurant many times, firstly I want to say that you need to be patient in finding out this restaurant in Majnu ka Tila market (Tibetan colony), but once you reach there, it's worth it. Thukpa Soup is definite try and their preparation is very much authentic. Student friendly rates, sharing with you the pictures of Grilled Chicken combo which I tried this time.

Nestled in the winding streets of Majnu ka tila, this place serves up great authentic Tibetan food. Finding this place in the evening was a challenge but it was the worth it.
Food - ordered the Devil chicken momos which were amazing. 8 momos in a plate with a spicy gravy and juicy chicken filling. Loved it.
Also ordered the prawn chilly which was also good, crispy well cooked prawns with bell peppers and onions.
The chowmein was pretty textbook, peach iced tea was so amazing, not overly sweet but the fruit beer was overly sweet.

I went to this place today with a few friends and we had their Chilly Garlic chicken fried rice, chilly garlic veg noodles, butter garlic chicken, veg Manchurian and chilly potato. A very peaceful place. You will feel like you are in hill station. So the names goes with the ambience they have kept.
We ordered Thai red curry, tingmo it's a Tibetan bread, pork chilly , and veg fried rice. They were generous with the quantity and taste was decent. Thai red curry is must try.
Good place to chill and enjoy the food. We tried momos, glass noodles, chilly potato, bamboo shoot and baby corn. All of them were decent! If your spice tolerance is low, then be careful of the spicy sauces...they are really very hot! The caramel Latte and hazelnut cappuccino were super relaxing in the winters!
Do try the butter tea if you want to try something different (it's a salted tea with butter). The lemon mushroom soup is also a feast for the palate!
PS: If you have problems with Garlic, then this might not be the place for you

Majnu Ka tila is one place which always throw up new surprise all the time and Himalayan restaurant was no different. It's a little deep inside from the main row of restaurants but OH MANNNN...,...... It was one helluva restaurant. From decor to food to service all were amazing.
It a nice bright decor with positive vibes all around. We ordered veg steamed momos, and stir friend salt and pepper vegetables, tomato soup, Tom yum soup, Thai green curry, Thai red curry, mix veg in chef's choice sauce, chilly garlic noodles, thingmo and white rice. ALL VEG
Momos were fresh and nice, must try.
Salt and pepper vegetables were a little oily for me but every one on table loved them.
Tom yum soup although ordered veg felt as if it was made in chicken broth.
Tomato soup was out of the world one of the best I had in recent times.
Thai green curry was looking too green to me but it tasted amazing
Thai red curry was fantastic, must try.
Mix veg in chef's choice was fantastic, loved what chef cooked will surely try again.
Thingmo was fresh and served streaming hot

This is one if the best place to eat tibetan food in MKT, cheap and tasty. Beef chilli, pork chilli and tingmo are really delicious out there and the hot chutney is a plus point.

I had Chicken steamed momos - 3/5 which were average for me. Nothing special about it.
I had butter Garlic chicken - 4/5 I always had butter chicken, but butter garlic chicken was really tasty and if you guys didn't like butter , so better Don't order this , because it tastes like butter in every bite.
I had clay pot noodles 4.5/5 ( I personally suggest you this , whenever you go here must try this. They are amazing.) 🍝 I really crave for this , oh I wish to have them soon. 😍

It was our second trip to Majnu Ka Tilla. And this time it was the Himalayan Restaurant. Tugged deep inside a dark lane. It's a mid-sized place. Decent ambiance. While all the items we had were good, the Chicken Salad was exceptional. Liked the deep fried stuff and the sauce with sesame seasoning.
Its a must visit again, soon.
An absolute jewel I could fortunately find in the lanes of MKT, Himalayan Restaurant blends reasonably-priced, immensely comforting food with a very pleasing ambience, and offers an impeccable gastronomic experience to its loyalists and customers. The Chicken Drumsticks and The Chicken Clay Pot are absolute must-haves!
Incredible momos that everyone needs to try. Also had the clay pot which was good in taste and had al wide variety of ingredients. I come here often for pocket friendly and good food.

Food is ultra superb I have had mostly everything and nothing ever disappointed me.
From Pork To beef to Chicken and Lamb this cafe is just WOW.
The Chicken Sizzler is something we never want to miss and so are the devil chicken momos.
You can ask for TINGMO (Tibetan bread) with the curries which is only for ₹25.
The drinks are also awesome and you will love the ice teas.
Also, You can get light beer with food and that’s something to go for.

On a lazy sunday evening with the trial for finding indo-tibetan cuisine, eventually through the narrow lanes the blazing board of Himalayan restaurant boost up your senses. The place is kinda located on the extreme ends of the lane of the majnu ka teela.
The ambience is quite appealing and the menu is quite compact and easy to comprehend.
We ordered for couple of fruit beer by the name of cheenar and dry chicken with fiery chillies, devil chicken momos- again a spicy treat. The service is quite comforting and the ambience matched completely with tibetan style interiors.
Quite satisfied and some lahping from the street vendors just outside the street of the restaurant which is soy noodles flavoured with garlic, dark soya and garlic water, chunks of steamed gluten.

Head to this place right away if you are looking for bland food and respite from the spicy North Indian dishes in New Delhi. The place is one of the good ones if you want to taste Tibetan dishes . Apart from Tibetan there are other varieties of Chinese dishes in their menu and the quantity served in one dish is suffficient. Their chicken thukpa is a perfect one and will serve three. The place is well lit and has enough seating space but could be a little more quite. Also their air coolers are not sufficient for the crowd. Otherwise the place is a great go to for their food and reasonable price

This Himalayan restaurant is quite amazing to explore. First when you enter, you will see a bunch of Himalaya photographers which turn you up in to next level. Secondly, food is food, best is chicken momos which is so juicy in taste (must try). Third, the environment is so calm and all type of music will be play. So far i found the cafe near yamuna river but there is no perfect view of river, best place to visit for lunch or a date. Also you can try soups in rainy days.

So, a couple of days before I was roaming around in MT (majnu ka tila) and had a thought of trying buff momos. I went to this Himalayan Restaurant because it was quite late n almost all cafes were closed at that time. I told them to give it in parcel because I was in hurry but when I came back home...
I experienced something so soft and so delicious.
I m huge fan of non veg n I can surly tell you guys to try this juicy well steamed buff momos.
They surve it with soup n their traditional chili sauce (momos chutney).
Highly recommend !

This one is a spacious restaurant located in one of the lanes in Majnu Ka Tila. They have 2floors and also live screening going on of football/cricket matches. I really like the ambience personally as it is not congested and feels very airy.
Their menu is pretty vast with good though service is a bit slow.
Now coming to the point ie. FOOD 😛. Firstly we ordered CHICKEN KOTHE, which are basically pan fried dimsums. They gave us 8 pieces for 110 bucks which is very reasonable. Taste was also very good and the chicken inside was soft and fresh. Then we had a chicken sizzler in schezwan sauce. It was very average and had less of salt. I was expecting it to be spicy which it was not.
Then we had a chilly fish dry which was very soft and a. It crunchy at the same time. It was so flavourful that we didn’t require any sauce with it. Since we were 4 people, our hunger wasn’t satiated after all this so we went for another round of momos which was Devil chicken momos. It was steamed monks served in a mild sauce. Although I liked its taste, still I feel it could have been much better with the right sauce.
Our bill was around 1000 after having the above items and 3 iced teas which is very decent. No doubt it is a very pocket friendly place with good food. Recommended 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

The entrance to this restaurant is a narrow lane, but when you enter this place the story is different. A very well maintained place, 2 storied, beautiful decorated place. Its spacious compared to many other polite staff and prompt services. very clean and hygienic place. A huge screen to watch cricket match. Ambience is good and food is to die for. I simply love their juicy pork ribs, and soft and fluffy Tingmo. We tried pork ribs at many places at Majnu ka Tilla but nothing compared to this one. mom loved the black tea. Momos are good. food is freshly made so tastes real good. Soups are must try here. A must visit place. like other places this is not too crowded and not to be missed. costs for 4 is between 800-1200.
The authenticity of the Chinese flavour in this chicken manchurian is the best till now and you have to try it ♥️.

Chicken Kothey : 5/5 MUST TRY! These were half steamed and half fried authentic Nepalese dumplings which were a complete steal the deal! Only for about ₹110 for 8 pieces, they were big enough eith delicious filling. The chutney provided with it was really spicy and tempting.
Chicken Mushroom soup : 3/5 just like any other chicken soup, it was quite decent.
Overall this place is really pocket friendly & totally worth a visit!
The service could be improved though as the time taken for a simple 2 dish order was quite a lot!

A visit to Delhi without eating at Majnu Ka Tila is incomplete, according to me.
On my latest visit to the city I went out for dinner to Majnu Ka Tila but was disappointed to know that none of the restaurants serve non-veg on Wednesdays.
Luckily, this was the only place that had non-vegetarian food available and so we went there.
We had ordered a plate of buff kothays , chilly pork gravy and egg-chicken chilly garlic rice.
I loved the rice, it was really spicy and full of chunky pieces of chicken. The pork too had a delicious aroma to it and was cooked to perfection.
My only problem was with the buff, it smelled kinda funny. I have had my fair share of beef and buff, but never has it had such a weird earthy smell.
Was too starved when the kothays arrived, so didnt click a picture, but managed to get pictures of the mains.
I WOULD recommend this place for all the lovers of robust Asian flavours out there. Also, the fact that the bill for all this food came to a mere 400 odd rupees, makes it even better.
We frequent here with our friends to enjoy some good time in good ambience. The food here is finger licking good be it veg or non veg. We had chili mushrooms, salt and pepper, chilli chicken and kimchi salad. There was nothing i can complain of!

Went here on Sunday. The ambience wasn't that cool. We ordered fried rice, vegetable in black bean sauce and chilly mushroom. All the items were average except the vegetables in black bean sauce, which was quite good. We had ordered Momos as well but then we were told that they weren't available. We didn't get drinks, either because, and they said it, there was no ice!

What to say. My sister and little bro took me to this place and this is the 4 th visit to this place. Menu prices are really affordable and quality is amazing for the price paid. I always order pork noddles with beer. In side dish i would go for crunchy chicken in seasame seeds. Tried their shabala which is another unique fried dish. This is was my first time tasting such a dish. Do mind its dry so order some cold drink or beer like me to keep you hydrated. Will keep visiting this place as staff members are really polite.

We took the roof-top seating. The songs, music and the playlist comprised of refreshing covers of many popular songs.
.We ordered one garlic chowmein, Juicy Chicken Drumsticks and Milkshakes.
After that we ordered Cold Drinks. The food was sufficient, tasty and affordable as hell.
Staff is really courteous, but the service was a bit tad slow.
Also they have waiting room.

Visited this cafe for the first time on a recommendation by a friend & damn it’s worth a visit! Very warm & cozy ambiance with a Tibetan touch. Great food & friendly service. We tried their AMA Special Veg Platter, Pancakes,Alfredo Pasta, Oreo cookie frappe & Cappuccino. Their pancakes is a must try; they were so fluffy & delicious. Their portion size is also apt. The price is impressively reasonable. I highly recommend this place! You could expect a long wait on weekend but we went on weekday afternoon; it was relatively calmer.

The food was not so much extraordinarily good but it was fine , i ordered a chicken cheese sandwich which they given me cold and i ask them to reheated again after this they given me kinda warm sandwich which can be eaten.
The chicken cheese sandwich was very creamy and rich, it tastes very good and justify it's price . But the fries weren't good they tasted pretty avg, even small cafes have better fries than these.
And the last hot chocolate was really good it was perfect.

I visited the cafe at morning around 10 AM i had to wait only for 10 mins but in the evening there were usually waiting for more than 1 hour.
Excellent food! This is my second time visiting the cafe, and I enjoyed it thoroughly. I ordered quite a few things — the pancakes are a signature dish here and you can't miss out on it! The chicken cheese fries were nicely made & my favourite was the mushroom-cheese sandwich. The cheese melt was delectable & I wanted to have more! The drinks and shakes were great too. I even ordered an apple pie —awesome taste at a very reasonable rate. In general, the entire menu is reasonably priced and it's much more affordable than restaurants in South Delhi/Central Delhi. I highly recommend you to try this place. Expect a long wait time on a weekend (we waited for an hour), but if you visit on weekday mornings -- things are relatively calmer.

The Himalayan Delight Pizza stole the show with its thin crust and exceptional taste, a true delight for pizza enthusiasts. The shakes, particularly the Double Chocolate Frappe and Chocolate Brownie Frappe, showcased a perfect balance of flavors.
On the downside, the Mud Cake was rated as merely okayish, not matching the high standards set by the other dishes.
The waiting experience, however, tested our patience with a 1.5-hour wait for a seat. Yet, the wait was rewarded with an overall fantastic culinary journey, making it a place worth recommending. If you can endure potential wait times, AMA Cafe is a must-visit for its culinary excellence and vibrant atmosphere.
Loved the food and ambience. Price was also reasonable. There were a lot of options to choose from. We visited on the weekdays so there was no waiting time but you can expect a rush on the weekends. Overall a great place if you want to eat fresh and authentic food. I will definitely recommend this place.
Went to this cafe on a recommendation from my friend and it was worth visiting. Excellent food and service, the place has a very good ambience . We tried a variety of beverages and food and everything was upto the mark. The prices are reasonable. I would recommend trying their pancakes they were so fluffy and yummy.
A welcoming, cozy atmosphere. The staff is so warm and quick with service. The food's preparation is absolutely amazing. The place is kept extremely clean, including the washrooms. You can peek in the workings of the kitchen too. An interesting place to hang out.

First visit to the cafe and the experience was fantastic. The moment you step-in the vibe of the cafe is welcoming. Everything was perfect the food, the way they manage the table allotment, and service. Quality and quantity of the food is amazing. Whatever customisation you want to do or try with your food they will do it with a smile. You will not find a single reason to be disappointed at AMA cafe.
I have given 1 additional star for our server Gourav, What a guy!. It is not like the other people working there are less important.
Their speciality is Continental food. Huge fan of their desserts. "Sumptuous" is the word which I can you after so long reviewing a restaurant or cafe. Special mention for the quotes they have written on the walls.

There is usually a wait of 15-20 minutes but it is worth the wait. The pizza is amazing. Breakfast is the best, the pancakes and everything. Deserts are also good. Apple pie is a must try although it is very sweet.
