It is very crowded between 7am to 11am and 5pm to 9pm. There are some food outlets and public toilet available but it's paid.
And outside the metro station a lot of shops for digging out veg and nonveg both are available.
I always use this metro station like every day while comming back from my school. I just a metro station as a normal. But there you can get the busses like just below the station. In like every 1 min or even 30 sec new bus will arive. There are also so many stalls of fast food just at the entry gate
