Very delicious and Quality food was delivered from Biryani Central :) I loved each and every dish that I tried from here. Food was fresh and toothsome. Every bite, every morsel was finger licking good.
Biryani was very fragrant and flavourful, kebabs and tikkas were exceptionally good. Condiments and phirni were yummy too. It was over all the best of all time. The food was curated and made very nicely. Will recommend everyone to try this place
Recently I was craving for some authentic Biryani so I decided to order from this amazing outlet in Vasant kunj. I ordered a hyderabadi Murgh Biryani, Murgh makhani with khamiri roti along with mango lassi and masala chaas. The biryani was delivered hot in a pot which looked amazing. I loved the presentation alot. It tasted great and authentic. The murgh makhani was very rich in taste and tasted amazing with khamiri roti. In desserts, I ordered phirni which was sweet and perfect. I loved it alot. The drinks also tasted fresh and refreshing. Overall it was a great experience. Would love to order again.

I came across this biryani restaurant around. Ordered first time from Biryani Central and it came out to be one of the best biryani serving restaurant which offeres a huge variety of meals for everyone in the family. As the name is suggested the essence of Hyderabadi biryani and quality of the food keep this place at top notch rank.
I ordered Hyderabadi murgh biryani, Tadka murgh with Khamiri roti, Masala Chaas and Phirnee. The best thing i love about the food was that the chicken in biryani was very tender, flavoursome and juicy. I can't remember having such savoury Phirnee too. All the items were fresh and finger-licking. Tadka murgh with khamiri roti was one of my favourite combination and this place totally justified its standards. The food quality was beyond expectations and the delivery was quick and the behaviour of the delivery executive was very generous.

Biryani Central is superb outlet for lip smacking food delivered at home. I had awadhi chicken biryani, Murg Makhani, tandoori paratha, phirni, Chaas and mango Lassi.
Every single item was well made and had excellent flavor.
Biryani had lots of fragrance, long grain rice, not many masalas. It went perfect with creamy Raita.
Murg Makhani was out of the world. It was one of the best butter chicken I have had. Creamy thick gravy with boneless pieces of tender chicken went superb with tandoori parathas. The masala chaas and mango Lassi were also delicious. Mango Lassi was thick and creamy and little sour. I totally loved it.
Phirni was very different. It was thick and creamy topped with pistachios and silver. You can't miss this dessert from here.
Biryani Central is the place for non veg food and even if you don't like biryani you can order their mains.
So, this outlet had my catch because it’s BIRYANI. And being a biryani die hard lover I can’t miss to afford such royal delicacy.

The outlet delivery is on time which is one of the most important factor. Also, they bring food hot and fresh in a really warm compartment bag that keeps the food warm which amazed me.
I would highly recommend to try this outlet.
Ordered food from this amazing place yesterday. Again the first thing that one would notice is their amazing packaging, they'd deliver the biryani in a proper pot. The eggs seemed to be fried that added to the taste. Loved the taste of raita too. Apart from Biryani I orderd a daal bukhari, khamiri roti, Phirni and mango lassi. Coming to phirnivit had the perfect sweetness, I mean had a subtle milky texture, with not a lot of sugar but ample enough to make you enjoy that. Would love to try to this place again.
It's obvious that Biryani Central serves very delicious biryanis that's why the name resembles biryani. So, today I ordered Hyderabadi murgh biryani along with murgh makhani and tandoori parantha, gulab jamun and thandai. Biryani had percect hyderabadi taste, aroma and spices. I loved the handi also in which I got the biryani. Not only biryani but their murgh makhani was delicious too. It had a good amount of spices and it tasted piquant. Gulab jammun and thandai both were specially there to complement the food. Definitely gonna recommend this.

When Eid celebrations last forever!!!
This was much awaited one as I've been hearing rave reviews about this place and their preparations.We have been discussing debating about best biryani places in Delhi but when it comes to delivery chains,only few master it.
Biryani central nails the food experience with it's authentic preparations,neutral palate and traditional cooking techniques.
The delivery was done at my parents place.We all are a bunch of different taste preferences yet we all loved the dishes.
The food comes in proper hot case storage bag.It's delivered piping hot to you.
1. Mutton seekh kababs: House made chunky and rustic still low on spices.Mutton quality is amazing.One of the best mutton seekh kababs.
2. Chicken biryani:Before tasting biryani,I loved the idea of serving in earthern pots which I'll reuse for growing plants.Each and every grain of basmati rice was separate and "khila-khila".Served with Burani raita and salan,it gives a pure "lucknawi feel" in mid June heated afternoon.
3.Daal Biryani central:It's not like Daal bukhara,yet it's aromatic and flavorful.The garlic and spices enhance the taste while it's not rich.Slow cooked and well blended,this one is highly recommended.
4.Murg Afghani:Tender and creamy,it was mouth melting and just so so good!
5. Nalli nihari:The slow cooked gravy had basically shank meat of mutton was less on spice and more like a stew.
Just add some lemon juice and try it with Taftaan.
(baked bread having milk,yoghut and eggs).
6.Phirni: This is one was different than what I've tasted before.Its a creamier,rich take on Punjabi firni and doesn't leave bits of rice in mouth.The consistency is more smoother and royal.
7.Aam Panna:A refreshing drink,thick and pulpy and less on sugar.Just gulped by everyone in moments.
Biryani central offers fool proof packaging and timely delivery.The food experience is Royal and pocket friendly.

My mousi had come to delhi so my mom wanted we tried kathal biryani which came along with raita which had a really strong garlic flavour and it was super delicious. Since, I'm not comfortable with kathal, I ordered khameeri roti and dal makhani which was AMAZING. the khameeri roti was soft even when we had lunch 2 hours after the lunch had been delivered.
We ordered malai phirni as well which was VERY DELICIOUS. Must must order.
The kathal biryani was also very good, I had the rice part, I really liked it, my mom loved the biryani.
My brother loved the mango lassi so much that he didn't let anyone have a sip. 😆
The masala chaas is also very delicious!
I really recommend you to try this place for once and you won't be disappointed
I ordered from this outlet today and I really loved the food. I had ordered:
1. Bombay masala biryani(veg)- It was lip smacking and 1/2 kg biryani cooked in a handi. because the biryani was in handi it had an amazing flavour and I really loved it. The biryani rice and aroma was superb. The fried baby potatoes were superb and I can't forget the taste!!
2.dal bukhari & tandoori paratha- The dal was very luscious and buttery, excellent flavours coming in and tasted lip smacking with the nice and buttery tandoori paratha I had ordered
3. I also had masala chaas and jal jeera: Both drinks were well packed in glass bottle and were delivered well. The jaljeera had perfect spices and jeera particles in it and even the masala chaas was very thick and tempting!! I really loved it
it was a very good experience and the food quality is superb. Will try out some more varieties again!!
