Great flavours busted in my mouth and o remembered my days in Bangalore. Amazing food...great service...great platter...authe tic taste of Andhra. Loved every bit of it. Order for a non veg thali or a fish thali if you are a lover of nonveg.
Even the simple curd rice was mouth watering. They have a great platter system just grab it
This is a newly opened family restaurant in green park. The best part about this place is that the menu is limited but food here is so yummy. This place is for all those people who love spice. The restaurant is clean, good ambiance, helpful staff. The menu changes everyday songs to give a variety of offerings throughout. Many congratulations to the entire team for bringing up such innovative and spicy offering.Recommended to everyone.
As a food explorer I always love to try different cuisine. This time I visited Tenali - the Andhra Kitchen which is located at Green Park Market Area with a friend of mine. After 6 months of quarantine, finally the restaurants are opening up in NCR. So I checked and tried first hand the scenario of eating out.
The restaurant staffs are taking utmost precautions for cooking and serving the food. Wearing masks, temperature measurement of patrons, hand sanitizations..these are the basic and necessary steps management has taken for safe eating environment.
Seating arrangements has been done keeping in mind that each guests' table has a decent gap from others.
Coming to the starters, We had chili idli, alam kodi (chicken wings), mamsan fry (mutton). Among all of these I loved the spicy crispy chili idli most followed by chicken wings. These two dish one should not miss here.
For main course we had non veg thali which consists of chicken curry of the day (kodi vepudu) , mutton curry of the day (mutton masala), rice, vegetable fry, sambar, rassam, curd, poori, chutney, papad, halwa. For Rs. 550 this is a very good deal to grab. Additionally we had fish curry of the day (fish pulusu). Best part of the thali is it has a homely flavor of having an authentic lunch.
Loved the hospitality of the place. Surely will visit this place again next time for andhra biryani !
In a hunt for true and authentic South Indian food I am Very much excited to introduce you to the Tenali Andhra restaurant. I was literally craving for a nice biriyani from South so I landed up here and ordered for a chicken biriyani and mutton biriyani with a Filter coffee. The cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant is upscale with a very supporting Service staff. Staffs have a smile on there face. Emapthatic and well oriented,Nicely groomed. I suppose they had a proper training. The food was super awesome with proper indulgence of Southern spices nor too much nor too less thou portion was little extra for me but I managed to pack it for dinner. Filter coffee served was in authentic southern style with a glass and a cup like in South. At the end the server also served us the 'bida' the pan.
The only concern for me was server didn't told me that bida will be chargeable. I took and had it later the charged me for that. (Not concerned about charging as it totally understandable that In North it's not easy to get the ingredient easily as in South). I suggest you to visit the restaurant as they will be offering Veg/N Veg thali apart from other dishes along with mouthwatering seafood dishes.
Work up a good hunger before you go in here! All of the thalis are absolutely delicious, each item. If you go a la carte do try the chicken 75, biryani and pomphret fry.
I go in here so often I practically have their dessert menu (changes as per day of the week) memorised!
Brand New place for Food lovers who wants to indulge in southern authentic flavours. Went for lunch. Place was buzzing almost full. They have mainly thali Concept some starters are in a la carte options. Ordered one Veg one Non. Veg thali & Chicken Biryani. To start with Biryani great authentic Hyderabadi flavours, Chicken was cooked to perfection with aromatic rice , mirchi ka saalan was perfect to pair with. Non veg thali was full of various flavours. Loved mutton curry & chicken. Rasam was very light and tasty. Veg. Thali was also good in taste. Hot poorees were really complementing all the curry items. In dessert halwa was nicely cooked with not very sweet punch in to it. This place is buzzing around now for their quality of food & service. It was great to see Owner herself going to tables and taking feedbacks. Good luck to Team Tenali.
Loved the food here. It's authentic Andhra food which means spicy 😋 we had a Veg Thali, Mutton Biryani and Dosa thali. The potato filling in the Dosa was just amazing. Our first meal of 2020 and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommend if one is fond of spicy food.
I have often had South Indian food, but this time I had the non-veg thali @tenalikitchen. Consisting of both veg and non veg with a fantastic spicy chicken curry, I really love south flavors especially in non veg.
The Tenali Kitchen has really done wonders getting spices directly from Andhra which a Andhra chef uses to prepare all the dishes giving a simply spices filled adventure! They have both veg and non veg dishes. The most popular are chicken fry a deep fried dish with a crispy exterior and tender interior, the butter milk (a relief in this heat), I loved the rasam papad because I'm a fan of it anyway, Mutton fry, similar to the chicken but boneless,
Amazing place for super awesome and authentic Andhra food! Also tests your spice tolerance, so be prepared for the spice bursts accompanied by amazing rustic and earthen flavours
Outstanding. By far my best South Indian meals in Delhi so far. We tried the mutton biryani as will as the nonveg thalli. Both nice and spicy as one would expect from a good Andhra joint.
The meals remind me the famous RR in Bangalore (aka Roaring Rectum) back in the 80s.
The chicken mint curry served with the thalli is exquisite. The sambhar is good. The rasam a little too sweet for me. The lemon rice wonderful.
Looking forward to trying the veg thalli next.
Superb food quality! This is a place that I have to try and wipe out from my memory...this is incredibly tasty food. Ohh god now I'm going to put on loads of weight. 2 kms from my house is this amazing new restaurant that serves authentic Andhra food with awesome quality and hygiene. Courteous staff and super fast table service. Warning highly addictive

A good Andhra restaurant in green park. The food quality is good and portion size is also good. It’s little bit pricey as compared to the food quality. The location is good and easy to find. I tried fish thali and non veg thali. Thali quality is good and enough for two persons.
Great food courteous staff excellent service
Chilli Idli more like schezwan idli with lots of indigenous spices n onions

Food 4/5 by me... but telgu guys liked it 5/5
Ambience 5/5.. gives u good Sunday morning chill mahol... although music was bit extra authentic..
Service 4/5.. although good... but was taking some time.. May be due to covid
Thaali is good to order according to the your liking like veg chicken or sea food
Costing seems ok with the ambience and location and quantity .. May comes around 600 to 700 per head in a group
