Not a fond south Indian food but this place definitely changed my mind. This place serves a wide variety of south Indian non-mainstream dishes.
We only had non veg dishes, they were really tasty. Can’t vouch for vegetarian options.
Ghee Chicken is absolutely a stand out.
Their mutton was bit on the chewy side, may be it was meant to like it or not. IDK.
Fish was really good too.
Service was excellent and staff behaviour was very friendly.
Ambiance is decent enough.
Only complaint I have is; potion size.
Pricing is OK.
Overall, a good place to go again. Definitely deserves a visit.
Sea Rock is a haven for good Mangalorean food, especially seafood lovers. While you decide and wait for your order, you will find yourself munching and crunching on the pads and different chutneys n achaars...Mangalorean style food with nice ambience, prompt service and good dining experience. I like the fry fish , sea food is yummm ghee roast prawn n squids, Kerala chicken fry . Chettinad chicken , moopla fish biryani , mushroom South Indian style , crab masala . Everything was worth eating. In sweet dish loved their black jaggery halwa n pyasam was also good. You must visit for mouth watering dishes.

Searock Cookhouse and bar in the heart of the city serves authentic recipes from the coastal regions of India. Their menu has all the famous dishes from down South and offers many options to select from.
The one place where you'll always get pomfret.
Upon arrival they serve you rasam in cutting chai glass. The staff is courteous and helps you in selecting your order.
Their speciality is chicken ghee roast paired with neer dosa. But we thought of trying something different. We tried their pomfret masala fry, chicken sukka with appam and Malabar parota with chicken curry.
Proper care is taken to prepare the order taking into consideration the customer's preference. We preferred minimal use of coconut oil or coconut in our dishes and that was taken care of without hindering the taste of the dishes.
The restaurant has a quiet ambience and you are cut off from the hush hush of CP. Must visit for lovers of coastal cuisine.
A foodies dream come true. Loved the south Indian flavor to the blue crab which was perfection. Squid and Angal fish were mouth watering, not to forget the delicious malabar paronthas. My compliments to the chef and wonderful staff. Thank you for the experience
Mesmerized by the ambience of this place. This 20 days old baby is situated in the heart of Delhi in L block Cannought Place. This restaurant will surely gonna stun you with it's peaceful and beautiful ambience.
This coastal theme restaurant is not yet famous but it has its chain in Bangalore since 1985. Since then this place is giving it's customers mouth watering and delectable dishes. This place serves Vegetarian, seafood and non vegetarian food. Gives you feel of whole south this place provides choices from each state starting from Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh. Since I visited this place while fasting I ordered navratra thali. Each and every single dish in that thali was delicious. Will surely recommend this place for it's quality food, good ambience and of course humble service.
Visit this place and enjoy the food from the lands and the coast.
Great biryani combo with authentic taste served in leaf over plate. Sweet, raita and Chettinad fried chicken with Biryani. I feel that biryani is super spicy and quality of rice could have been basmati. We really enjoyed the servings with ginger ale.
One of the best place in delhi where you can get authentic coastal flavours. All their spices and food was really soo delicious.
Had a chance to visit Searock Coastal Cookhouse. Food and service was good. I don’t try fish much in Delhi but it was good. It was nice experience! Thank you 🙏🏻
Such tasty sea food!! The best I have had in Delhi. Each item we ordered - one better than the other. The fish wrapped in banana leaf was super tender and juicy, cooked in a flavourful masala. Also had the mutton pollichattu chops - Cooked just right. Tried the crab ghee roast- loved the masala. And the pieces too were easy to eat and manageable. The cocktails are a delight. The aamras- made with coconut and butter milk flavoured with real mango was so refreshing . The traditional version of Bloody Mary spiced and chilli mango mojito were also very nice. The traditional jaggery halwa from Tamil Nadu was very nice to taste and novel-different looking than regular halwas. Will surely come here , loved my experience.
SeaRock Coastal Cookhouse & Bar, a new outlet opened in Delhi. This chain reputed restaurant which is now in Delhi offers Mangalorean, Chettinad, Andhra, Kerala and Sea food cuisines.
It's a brilliant place to try something different and dine with family.
On a Sunday after, I felt like having coastal food and so I decided to visit this place. They had a versatile menu with great options to discover. Their dishes were made out of hand picked spices and marinated all night to soothe the taste buds. I ordered Manji which is a pomfret fish made of Kerala tacky spices. Also ordered Guntur Mamsam, Ayyla mean Curry etc.
I then ordered Kori Gassi, which was a spicy chicken delicacy made of Mangalorean spices and marinated with love. I then ordered Malabar Parota and Karaikudi Mutton Masala which was a great end to a satisfying dinner. Filter coffee at the end added to the taste.
A strongly recommend place to dine with family and rejuvenate coastal flavors.
A beautiful, quaint ethnic place in cp, far removed from the bustle of pubs. This place speaks heritage and serves some delicious food from the deep south. The service is excellent and they offer some amazing suggestion on what to try. Almost all of the cuisine from south is covered- Mangalore, kerela, Andhra, tamil etc. Do come here and enhance your palette and experience on the same. The sea food is simply amazing and this place will serve you some fantastic south sea-food delicacies.
Amazing coastal food, authentic south indian flavours and spices. Heaven for seafood lover.
New place in Connaught place. If you are sea food lover , go try it . They have coastal south indian cuisines. We ordered Karaikudi mutton and Nellore chepala fish . Both were delicious specially mutton dish . We ordered veg starter kongu varuval which was average and potato padengi for main course which was not good .
Thank God for chance visit to this joint.
Its a foodys delight. Tasted some great authentic (not North Indianised version) coastal cuisines here. Kerala, TN, Andhra and karnataka under one roof. More then willing Mr Yogesh to guide you on a gastronomical journey.
Wonderful experience and value for money.
I pray to allmighty to open Delhi skies to this joint to become a chain in Delhi.
Thanks Mr Ganesh and his team
If you are seeking pure authentic south indian than this beautiful restro is a must stop for you. I just loved neer dosa- made of rice flour, appam, mushroom ghee roast and chicken chettinand. The preparation is completely unique and spices used are different from north indian cuisines. A refreshing change. Do try the ragi pudding.
Legendary coastal cuisines restaurant of Bangalore now opened in Connaught Place, New Delhi.

If authentic south Indian Cuisine is what one is craving for then this is the place to be. Located centrally in Delhi in CP just adjacent to where The Iconic Nirulas Ice Cream Parlour used to be the place will surely stand out as a seafood and coastal cuisine pioneer. Taking of ambiance soothing light sea colors and sea creature cut out to reasble and give a deep sea feel. Comfortable seating on couches and chairs is available in this two level restaurant. The food mainly covers all the delicacies of southern India containing food friom Andhra, Kerela, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. If Ghee Roast, chetinyad, Andhra Curries, polichatu and manglorian flavours are what one is craving for then the place will simply surprise with its authentic flavours. The sea food is fresh and my favourite were the squid and prawn ghee roast, crab masla, king fish polichatu and the chetinyad chicken .The fish biryani was also worth a try. The staff and mangement leaves no stone unturned in giving you a complete insight of the food starting from ingredients used, the cooking technique used and also in suggesting the food which will suits one flavour type. High standard of service, fresh ingredients , authentic flavours and a value for money experience is what sets this place ahead of other outlets serving the same food type. A would strongly recommend all to visit this place for sure.
