As the name suggests itself, Pind Patiala is all about serving Pure and Core Punjabi food. Recently tried them and trust me they reminded me of my Home Town that gives you same taste and flavours of Patiala and Punjab.
In the Starters, their Bhatti Da Murgh is a must try. Not like A Typical Tandoori chicken we get around here, the Bhatti Da Murgh was marinated in local Punjabi Masalas and no artificial color or taste. Perfectly chargrilled and soft succulent inside, this was so good.
Also, their Dahi Kebab Pind Patiala is very nice. The flavors of hung curd were so clean and had no sweetness to it. It was really nice.
In the Mains, the Punjabi Murg Curry was boneless, succulent and chargrilled chicken chunks simmered in light tomato ginger curry. Mildly spiced, yet full of robust flavors, this was a very good Dish. Paired it with naan and Lacha Parantha, this is a lighter version.
One dish that took my heart away is their Paneer Lababdaar. I am not a paneer lover, but this dish was distinctive and too good. Not too rich, the tomato cream masala was so well balanced that it didn't overpowered the paneer. Loved this and Highly Recommend it here.
Although the season is about to go but their Gajar ka Halwa is to Die for. So light and tasty, it wasn't too sweet or heavy. The color itself was so inviting and tempting. I just feel to order this again and again throughout the year.
An Overall, this Food Delivery order was much above my expectations and we are so ordering again from them
Yesterday tried dinner from here after recommendation from my foodie friend.
I must say i was glad to try food from here. Food was really very tasty. Portion was amazing, quantity and quality was perfect. Packing was good, spillage free packing which is pretty awesome.
In food i ordered
Paneer tikka multani: huge chunks of tandoori paneer which had super tasty coating and i loved it.
Dal pindi Patiala and paneer Amritsari kulcha the combo was brilliant dal and kulcha were amazing. Consistency of dal was good and was flavorful.
Rasmalai: yummy. It was so soft and tasty. Only good way to complete super tasty dinner.
Food was accompanied by onion salad and green chutney.
Very good experience and looking forward to try again.
Pind patiala lives upto it's name when you are looking for North Indian, mughlai or biryani.
The menu is limited but thoughtful.
The snacks and main course are rustic and Pind there are meaningful
Varieties in vegetarian and non vegetarian both.
While hearing some rave reviews about this place,I settled to order a mix of Murgh shahi Pind patiala,Malai soya chaap,Karahi paneer,Pind meat patiala,Gajar halwa and Aloo and paneer amritsari kulcha.
Murgh shahi is afgani style chicken only and apt for those who don't like spices at all.It had a hint of cream, not the loaded one and very mildly flavored.
Malai soya chaap was a delight as it was fork tender.Loved the way it melted in mouth.
Karahi paneer was rustic, mildly spicy and gave the kick.Pind meat had a slightly thicker smooth gravy than mutton curry. The curry had flavors and was medium spiced. The mutton pieces were tender.
Gajar halwa is a must try.You can actually taste the bits of carrot as it's not overcooked unlike most people who just mash it like a pudding.
The kulchas were thick and very average.I would wish them to be slightly thinner and crispier, fillings were good to taste though.
Pind patiala has easy on pocket pricing and I lived the packaging.
The logos look quirky and each preparation is well sealed.Their deliveries come well in time with each condiment and dips duly packed.
Loved the overall experience and looking forward to try further dishes on menu.
