Everything about this place was amazing. Be it the service, the ambience or the food.
It is very evident that they really know their craft because the food is definitely different from the usual we get around.
I guess some people might complain about the prices, but I don't mind it as I feel it's worth the price.
Although, I do feel the ribs were slightly on the higher side. They were definitely delicious, but, I'd suggest the pulled pork as an alternative to the ribs as it was equally as good as the ribs if not better.

The name may be “the pit”, the place is anything but. Situated in one of the poshest locales of Delhi, it is actually on the 1st floor. The ambience is roomy, with a nice view of the market around and for those interested in sports, there is a large TV too. But I don’t write reviews for ambience or service. I write it for the food. And man, was the food amazing or what! We ordered buff tenderloin steak and a couple of fresh juices first. We were confused as to how we wanted the steak done and just went ahead with the waiter’s advice. It was brilliant to say the least. Definitely the best we had in Delhi. We weren’t full though and ordered the lamb chilli bruschetta. It turned out to be out of the world delicious as well. While the portion size of the steak was decent, the 4 pieces of bruschetta was just too much for the two of us and we had to stop. We need to come back here to try the rest of the menu. As for sides, I recommend the burnt garlic beans.
Ample parking is available in the market parking lot as are alcohol and restrooms, for whom these things matter.
All in all, a must visit restaurant in Delhi. I wonder why the reviews are so few.
Went around 1.30 pm. Ordered medium steak and lamb burger with my friend (my friend has tried steak from Canada and DXB). Served within 20 mins. Good food experience and service. Price is reasonable for the quality and portion.
Excellent restaurant for meat lovers!! We order, lamb and pork belly and was simply delicious, very juicy and tender, cook to perfection!! Also the french fries, onion rings and paprika pineapple were outstanding!! The Tiramisu was very good too.
The food, the meats are very nice .. 5 star, the ambience & service 2 stars. You will pay 5 star restaurant prices to dine here .. the food will be good but the experience will be below average. Still giving 4 stars for the food. Will I go again.. probably not …didn’t find it to be VFM at all.
I'm from the US and love BBQ, so I thought I'd try this place. Ate here twice. Both times delicious. The ribs and the steak were wonderful. The mashed potatoes and gravy are so delicious. This is by far the best BBQ I've had in Delhi.

The place itself has cryptic vibes with its location difficult to trace from outside, next to mcdonalds a flight of narrow high stairs leads into a mid sized neat sitting with some tables and few isle side high chairs! U r welcomed into a rustic inn like setting with nice electronic music playing in the background.
And then when u r trying to acclimatise to the new sitting and ur food arrives and u dive into it…. Wham..the perfect cooked smoky flavours and meat satisfy the taste buds like nothing else.
A very unique and must recommended place for all the people who love meat!
Easily the best western style barbecue restaurant in Delhi. Everything is top notch. The flavors come through. Service is good. Limited bar menu. Go there hungry but. Portion size is big and accordingly are the prices. Overall, a good experience!
A delightful, lip smacking experience. The Pork Belly and the Smoked Chicken are the best in town. And to end it all with the heavenly Tiramisu cake! A must go to place.
Last Wednesday I visited this, and what caught my attention was the amalgamation of soothing music, artistically planned sitting area and food...ummm just lip smacking as what my friend told. Since I am vegetarian and presently I can't eat food items that are heavy on tummy, so couldn't afford the luxury of trying yummy delights over here. Well, all thanks to Kim who took our order, she was kind enough to suggest me the apple juice and just loved that. My heart is all full of praises and love for the owners who crafted this space, and I also extend my applauds for the staff. Hail, The Pit team and the place be blessed with prosperity and opulence. Love the food served at The Pit. They serve the best Grilled Chicken breast, Lamb Chops, and the Pork Bangers. Must try
If you want barbequed meat, this is the place to go to. Cured and delicious barbeque for any occasion. We've been following HMan for a few years now and this is our go-to place. Blindly order anything on the menu. You're in good hands.
