Delicious, unique style of cuisine with a vibrant and busy atmosphere, The Tangra Project is a great place if you want to spend an evening full of great food and drinks with friends and family. Although the restaurant is expensive, the quality of food and the interesting design of the menu justifies it. My only complaint: The volume of the music kept increasing gradually as the night progressed, making it unbearably loud. We had some sticky pork and jackfruit bao buns, honey chili lotus stem, thai green curry and other food items, all cooked to perfection!

Lucky find as its tucked away in the food court.. Delightful culinary experience. The menu takes one right back to Kolkata street foods, Chinese to Bengali fine dining. Spoke briefly to Chef Vikramjit Roy who spoke that he was inspired by his roots after working with many years working at five star hotels. The dishes were a delightful mix of creativity and careful presentation. The chef special is the fresh mustard paste. Cocktails were wondeful. We ordered the Phuchka, Churnur, Jhaalmuri, Fish tikka, Gugani, tandoori Momos.. Jhalmuri is prepared at the table..Overall a great experience. The tandoori momo was dry and Gugani a let down. Plenty of items to try and be back soon when In Saket and India next.

Ambience, staff, food is good. However i have a weird feedback. Their menu is designed in a way that it makes it harder to choose the stuff you want to order. Don't get me wrong, they have mostly everything available in the menu, but the way things are laid out makes it a little challenging to choose. Otherwise we had a good experience there.

The ambiance and servers were very good. Their pork bao was amazing. The nasi goreng was also really good, but they add extra charges if you want the original mixed proteins. The buff sizzler was disappointing because it lacked the necessary sizzle quality and was a tad overcooked. It also only came with fries.

Fantastic experience, fantastic food fantastic ambience. My first visit on Raksha Bandhan was a bang on experience. The host was polite and courteous, with a great sense of style. He looked chic in his white sneakers and with beautiful fingers. Coming to the food it was mind blowing experimental sauces and dips . A quirky take on East meets West. It was a joy being there. What every penny spent. We tried the Kancha Lonka Murgi wow this was a bang on . The chicken legs were juicy and tender accompanied with chilly sauce, what a match. Nicely seasoned and grilled served with some herbs and chutney at the bottom. A nice collection of alcohol with a brilliant bartender.

The tangra project is a beautiful concept by chef vikramjeet Roy, and food here is as wonderful as it could be. Carefully curated sauces full of flavours to go with the meals. I loved the bhoot jholakia sauce and it had a superb smokey flavour. The best were the soupy dimsums and the sandesh with rabri. Service is quite fast and the staff is super helpful. We had a great time there. Ambience is fine dining Food - 10/10 Service - 10/10

We cane across this restaurant while checking out the various new dining options at the DLF Place. Tangra sounded interesting (given that Tangra in Calcutta is India's only ChinaTown). The staff were prompt and friendly. The service throughout our dining experience was very good. The menu is very large, maybe a bit too much. The food is ok. I really wanted to like this place. But the food really was very average. The kitchen and the restaurant floor in general is overstaffed. Even with a full occupancy, there is no way they need so many staff members. A few additions like a waffle with the chilli paneer etc is weird/new.. maybe someone from the team could explain why they ve given some menu items a twist. It's not bad to experiment, but I didn't get the logic. I hope the restaurant figures out what sells most and then limit the menu to a few specials in all categories.

Pure perfection!! From the moment we arrived it felt like we are on a journey into the mesmerising culinary route. The humble, elegantly dressed well groomed and professional staff made us super comfortable. The freshness and inventiveness for each dish on the menu was mind blowing, every bite was a bust of flavours and thoughtful appreciation of the creatively on our plates. It was a pleasure to see how passionate the whole team is in ensuring no stone is unturned to leave you with an experience second to none. Had an opportunity to see Chef Roy in action engaging and elevating each diners experience and checking on them personally. The other pillar of the restaurant Mr.Samal was not around however his service style, values and standards reflected in each team member. This combination of culinary excellence and with a strong backbone of best in class service will take them to a next space. Thank you for all for making our dinner super momeorable. Shiv&Tanuja

Went there with my friends today. Cozy place and theres also sort of open kitchen, you can see the food being prepared through the glass window. For the heads up dont get the coke can they’ll charge you like 200 rupees for a CAN.
