I had a pleasant experience in need of a hot drink on a cold day. Staff were really lovely and sweet. Very friendly and even came to check my drink was to my liking. I had a gingerbread latte extra hot with oat milk and no cream. Perfect. So comforting and what I needed. Very clean. Nice bran
