A casual drink and snacks, and comparing it with the Gurgaon location, i would say, I am content. Also loved the fish, with beer.
Would visit again
This place is the Bombay wala food. Love for paos then this is a good and decent one to go. We ordered mutton Keema pao which was lip smacking delicious. And yes definitely do order the mutton berry pulao. That mix of sweet and spice is definitely going to enliven your palates.
It's amazing in terms of ambience and service too. On the mocktails department, I didn't find anything special so I ordered the fresh lime soda. And yes, the sangria was good on the cocktails department.
Overall a good one.
Comfort food during the lockdown!
SodaBottleOpernerWala has an amazing interior with authentic parsi cuisine. I totally loved the old melodies which they played in the background and was also imprressed by their crafy and delicious drinks.
We ordered
Cheesy Pav Bhaji- 4/5
Chichen Farcha-4/5
Rasberry beer-5/5
Absolutely coming again:)
Cheers to the courteous staff and service.
#parsi is not a community, parsi is a way of life. You will agree to this if you have heard or interacted with even one parsi. A peace keeping community that believes in giving back to the society and produces a number of well distinguished individuals, take the tatas for example.
I had the chance to try authentic parsi cuisine served by sodabottleopenerwala at dlf mall of India. So just so you know this community has a strong presence in Mumbai and when I entered the cafe though chic as per a mall in noida, it had that old world charm when you enter a cafe in Mumbai. Simple, elegant and one of the best decors I came across.
The next best thing was the menu, apart from the fact they had a host of options, the menu had small ads and anecdotes related to the parsi community. I read the entire menu back to back and even took a few pictures. One thing I concluded thay eggs play an important role in this cuisine and they don't consider drinking or eating nonveg as a vice.
We tried the #kandabhajiya which is basically pyaar Pakore done perfectly. You can separate out each slice of onion while eating. The fried chicken was juicy, #chickenvadapav amazing and bhendi bazaar mutton paratha was a delight. This cuisine had a different touch and predominantly most of the items were deep fried. The spices and chutney accompanying the dish were nothing like I had tasted before. The cutlery was simple aluminum pans like they use in the original cafes of Mumbai.
Though a bit on the pricey side when it comes to price, a good portion size compensates for that fact. This is one of my favorites now and we plan to visit this cafe every now & then. #whnfoodisnotenough

The music was amazing and relatable
The food and ambience was superb
It is a casual all-day café serving Parsi and Bombay inspired Indian Food. It is one of the very few cafes in the city serving authentic Parsi dishes with a modern touch. The ambience and decor is set in a way which hits the nostalgia wave reminding one of old Bombay cafes.
On our visit to the outlet in DLF Mall of India, Noida, we tried the 5 Berry Sober Sangria, Chicken Chilli Cheese Pav, Chicken Braids Roti and Mutton Beri Pulao.
The citric blend of the sangria went perfectly with the just enough spiciness of the chicken chess pav. The flaky stuffed roti was a delight and the pulao came with a semi dry mutton gravy which was mesmerizing. The service was hospitable and the staff was extremely friendly. We would definitely recommend everyone to visit the restaurant.
I visited this nice place with my friend in the month of March in the Mall of India. Ambiance wise this place is nice, and the taste of food was also good.
Serving size is good enough you will never feel like too little or too much.
The time they took for getting food on the table was decent looking at the time.
It Is truly value for money place
So, all in all, I will strongly suggest this place.?

Food was really good and ambience is good for family to dine.
My one of the favorite places to visit whenever in the area. This place, specially this location never fails to disappoint.
The first thing you notice when you enter this restaurant is the lovely music. Be it old songs or the new ones, it always catches your attention and I love that about this place.
The servers and the service is also impeccable. They are attentive and quick from the moment you enter the place. I went during the lunch time on a weekday so the seating wasn’t too hard to get. Got seated right away and then came the surprise and no it was not the but the…... 🥁🥁🥁
Our SERVER (forgot his name) was a deaf & mute guy. He was super talented and even though he could not hear or talk to us, he communicated with ease. I was literally taken by surprise. He made sure to explain to us by pointing what we are ordering and what best options would be to get and he was spot on.
Kudos to Soda Bottler Opener Wala to give a chance and hire a differently abled person and giving him an opportunity and not leaving him out like you normally see. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
My respect for this place just doubled or rather increased many folds 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Now the food, as always everything was great and full of flavors except the Khari pizza.
Vada-Pav was tasty
Chicken cutlets were crispy and mouthwatering
Fish cutlets were flavorful and melt in your mouth
Masala banta was fun to pop
Khari Pizza was super disappointing. First it took almost 20 mins to come (and we finished the rest of our food and kept waiting for the pizza). The toppings were kind of giving a burned flavor. The base of the pizza was very difficult to eat and kept falling apart since it was khari. I wouldn’t recommend the pizza but rest everything was good.
A food lovers paradise. No dearth of flavors and variety of food options.
Highly recommend 👍🏼
Soda Bottle Opener Wala, a quirky and nostalgic restaurant immediately caught my attention with its charming Parsi-inspired decor, music and vibrant atmosphere. Eager to explore their menu, I embarked on a culinary adventure to sample some of their popular dishes & I must say, the experience was a true feast for both the senses and the soul.
To start off, I couldn't resist indulging in the classic Mumbai street food staple, the vada pav. Soda Bottle Opener Wala's rendition of this beloved dish was nothing short of exceptional. The vada, with its golden and crispy exterior, revealed a flavorful and spicy potato filling inside. The pav was soft, perfectly toasted, and provided a comforting base for the vada. The accompanying chutney added a tangy and zesty kick, tying all the flavors together. It was a delightful reminder of the city's culinary heritage and I savored every bite.
Next on the menu was the chicken cheese chilli pav, a fusion creation that combined Indian and Chinese flavors. The dish arrived with tender chunks of chicken sautéed alongside generously smothered in melted cheese. The aroma alone was tantalizing, and the taste exceeded my expectations. The chicken was succulent and well-seasoned, while the cheese added a luscious creaminess. The hint of spiciness from the chilies gave the dish a fiery kick that was balanced perfectly. The pav acted as a delightful vessel, soaking up all the flavors and adding a comforting element to the dish. It was a harmonious fusion that left me thoroughly satisfied.
As a seafood enthusiast, I was eager to try the Fish Koliwada, and it did not disappoint. The dish arrived with perfectly fried pieces of fish, coated in a flavorful batter. The fish was impeccably cooked, retaining its moistness and flakiness beneath the crispy exterior. The Koliwada spices were aromatic and enhanced the natural flavors of the fish, resulting in a delightful combination of textures and tastes. It was a dish that paid homage to the traditional Parsi culinary traditions and showcased the restaurant's commitment to quality ingredients.
Lastly, I sampled the chicken farcha, another Parsi specialty. The chicken was expertly marinated in a fragrant blend of herbs and spices, then deep-fried to golden perfection. Each bite revealed tender and juicy chicken, enveloped in a crispy and flavorful coating. The flavors were robust and well-balanced, creating a tantalizing experience for the palate.
The chicken farcha & fish koliwada was a testament to Soda Bottle Opener Wala's commitment to delivering authentic and delicious Parsi cuisine.
Overall, my dining experience at Soda Bottle Opener Wala was exceptional. The restaurant not only captured the essence of Mumbai's culinary heritage but also brought it to life with their inventive and flavorful dishes. From the iconic vada pav to the delightful chicken cheese chilli pav, fish kolivada, and chicken farcha, every bite was a celebration of flavors and culture. Coupled with the charming ambiance and attentive service, Soda Bottle Opener Wala truly delivered a memorable dining experience. This restaurant is a must-visit for a taste of authentic Parsi cuisine.
A place one must try for good food. Me and my friend visited Soda Bottle Openerwala after office with only food in mind. Well we did reach the right place. More to food and drinks, the interiors are quite aesthetically done justifying the Parsi setup with cozy vibe. The old songs playing in the background is exactly what we wanted after a hectic day at work. Because not everyday is meant for Fancy. We ordered Keema pao and chicken farcha, both being delicious and had appropriate flavour to it. For drinks we took Sekan-ji Ben ( this being one of the most experimental form of lemonade I have ever had) and other being Kala Khatta Banta soda. Both being equally wow. All and all it was a great experience.
Good quality of food available with good ambiance.
Price is also fine as this restaurant is inside mall.
Pav bhaji and their rice options are great in taste.
Excellent food , ambience and service.
Authentic flavours brought back wonderful Mumbai memories.
Special thanks to Irfan for the great dining experience.
Nice place with good ambience. Food was good. We tried palak patta chaat, veg goulati kebabs, vada pav and prawn. Loved the food. Service also was very prompt and good.
Cant say enough about this place. Its an Oasis in the milieu of eatries. Go here for the TASTE without any frills or fancy names. Ambience of the place takes you back by a few decades and I love it. Old style setting, menu, layout and typical traditional Irani and Parsi food. Try Mutton Haleem, Naan Chaap, Jujeh Kebabs with choice of sodas and cocktails.
Good food quality and taste, nice ambience and welcoming staff.
A really good underrated restaurant with a lot of options available specially in the on-table buffet option. The quantity served is very good and big and more than enough for a single person. Their chicken wings and main course options are mouth watering and seemed to be freshly prepared. The only thing I would point out is that they serve every single dish on your table and that leads to food being wasted, if they decide to ask what you would like to try and serve in smaller portions it would lead to lesser waste of food. Otherwise, the restaurant is top quality and the service is amazing!
Based on old parsi theme, the restaurant gives chill vintage vibes. Interesting interior with an interesting menu. There are total of three menus: drinks, food, and dessert.
Not a very elaborate menu. Select food items but good.
Berry pulao and Vada pav is a must try
Bombay falooda was good.
I went on a weekday so it wasn't crowded. No waiting line.
Serves the best Parsi dishes…
We tried chicken dhansak, keema pav and Mumbai sandwich…
Keema pav was the best followed by the sandwich… the chicken dhansak felt like chicken tikka added to dal…
Overall a wonderful experience!!
Wonderful Mumbai Kind a Caffe, serves alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages, and good looking and authentic taste. Nice ambience, slow and peaceful music. One can always sit relax and pop a 🍺
The place has some good vibes with even cooler ensemble of innovative cocktail concoctions. There were so many to choose from but I managed to try an old fashioned with an espresso twist which lived up to its expectations. The most delicious was the the greeen tikki with its yogurt dip.
