For the quality of good and beverages that they serve, the amount is reasonable and amazingly affordable. You must visit to have tea.
The best thing about Chaayos is their chai is customisable. Not particularly fond of their poha or pao bhaji but I like their desi style sandwiches. Also, their date and fig cake is as soft and fluffy it can be without eggs.
The tea was really awesome. Chaayos has a wide variety of tea and we can choose to satisfy each individual taste buds.
Gur wali chai was gooooood. Drinking chocolate was okay-ish.
Also, please start selling water bottles too...💁
The only tea I order each and every time I visit here - "Shahi Chai", best tea I had drank till now. Bun maska could be a little better, other than that everything else I tried was great.
The motif of Chaayos' service is the variety of tea available. Decent in taste, you can very well rely on Chaayos if you want consistency in it. Prices are slightly high - that's the only drawback.

Was not a big fan of 'Chai', got into chai world with Chaayos and let me say not at all disappointed. Their kulhad chai is undoubtedly a classic but was quite impressed with their lassi range. We had strawberry lassi which was worth a shot. A big yes for all chai lovers out there.
A small cozy cafe situated right next to Big Bazaar serves a variety of tea and quick snacks. They can be called Tea Masters as they know how to perfect every tea flavor.
Our personal favorites are Samosa matar Chaat which is definitely a chaayos special ⭐
Crispy samosa with matar and tangy imly chutney pairs best with their kulhad chai☕
You can also try their Desi chai which tastes perfect with every sip. You can select additions for your tea like elaichi, adrak, masala, etc.
We also ordered Keema Pav and Bun Maska.
Keema Pav which is a little spicy covered with a soft melt in your mouth bun and is paired perfectly with their mint chutney.
Bun Maska at Chaayos is the safest bet. It's light and goes with every tea flavor at Chaayos. When in doubt just order their Bun Maska.
First time tried something from Chaayos, and ordered Kulhadh Chai. The Chai was strong and felt so good.
Can't wait to try more from this place.

Before the actual review, hats off to the staff for handling a family of hooligans. No civic sense, zero sensibility. Pushing others ahead in line to place their order, sitting with the feet up with dirty feet, licking sugar off their hands and talking at decibels which make conversation for others impossible.
Now on to the place, great place at the lower ground level at Mall of India, with good desi kadak chai, great Maggi sandwich.
Chaayos is my go to place whenever I want great cup of tea. Their Shahi chai is amazing. I love cake shake too.
Spinach corn sandwiches and open loaded parantha are must try there.
Plus there new summer menu which includes various flavours of lassi and chilly cheese bread are good too.
As we all already know how amazing chayos is, i took a moment to write this review about their staff. To the management, you guys are rocking when its about staff hiring. The cashier, boys or the cleaners too are just so polite and well groomed. It feels so good that whether you are in noida or saket delhi(not to degrade noida tho lol) , your chayos experience and staff remains the same. They are always so welcoming and enthusiastic, like they are really happy to serve us chai. Well done! Love chayos. :)
Chaayos is one of my favourite place when it comes to tea... Their shahi kulhad tea is the awesome, if you are feeling cold or to have in winter.

No amount of praise would be enough for chaayos. It's always a delight and homely aroma of chai that it offers. The snacks are tasty too and go well with chai. On top of it, they have good variety in dessert section too.

A cup of ginger lemon tea was quite refreshing after a tiring day of shopping in DLF. We were quite tired of walking around and this came across this place. I had their ginger lemon tea in the Powai outlet once and decided to try it out here too and it's pretty consistent across places (the ginger was slightly higher in Powai may be). They do have other options for tea as well as food if you want to explore.
I went to Chaayos a week back, and happened to try their new Summer Menu.
I had Chilli Cheese Toasties which was made on a Whole Wheat Bread, although a healthy option, but it didn't go well with toppings.
I also tried Palak Patta Crispies which were the best of all. It was topped with jalapeño and damn, those crispy palak Pattas and flavour toppings, amazing.
Their Open Loaded Parathas are delicious too. I had their Chicken Keema Paratha.
Definitely a must visit place, if you love having chai with wide variety of sides with it.

The toast was prepared on multigrain bread with some cheese on top, it tasted good and as oregano was missing , staff there offered me some garlic powder( Bada pav sukhi chutney) which pepped up the taste but I still feel, chaayos needs to step up to improve the quality and taste of good, for which they have already came steps higher than before

Recently, they launched their Summer Menu and we were excited to try it. During our visit we ordered, Chilli Cheese Toast, Egg Bun, Samosa Chaat, and Sicilian Chicken Sandwich while in drinks we had Masala Mint Lassi, Litchi Lassi, Mango Lassi, Strawberry Lassi. Everything tastes well and you love to order it again.
On the service side, it was quick and the staff is good & fast in preparation.

This is one of the best places to hang out with friends and have tea. Whenever you are free, make a plan and go there , sit with your friends as long as you can, do chit chat, have tea and many other things to eat as well. Best part is "Meri waali chai".

Tired in the mall then do go to Chaayos it was my first visit to this tea cafe. I had a very different impression of this brand. I didn't ever experience such a nice tea with my choice of variation as per my need and requirements. Wow I had the meri waali chai. You get to choose what ever you want like all the ingredients how much milk sugar tea leaves etc. I also had the bun omlette and keema pav though it was expensive but it was worth the try. And I was satisfied with the quality and service. Tip - keep patience, Sabra ka fal meetha hota hai. Hygene can be worked up, tables and chairs should be cleaned even the floor please.

We’ve tried many things from chaayos, we’ll review them as well but for now; Bhelpuri is the thing we will suggest you to have from Chaayos for sure. This have blend of uncountable taste of spices in it.
According to us, if you’re in a mood to have anything light and full of taste; have this. This is the perfect Bhelpuri you can expect from a Restaurant.
The only issue we have from them is of Quantity, according to its price we think Chaayos should increase their quantity but they’re doing great in terms of taste and quality.

I’ve seen Chaayos around for a while, and finally I’ve gotten down to trying it. We ordered the chicken Papdi chaat (they’re trying to innovate, as you can see), the kulhadi chai, filter coffee, bun samosa and vada pav.
I was disappointed with the papdi chaat because it was literally 10 bites,
which in my opinion definitely wasn’t value for money. That aside though, Chaayos is perfect if you’re a chai lover and like to keep it simple with what you’re having your chai with. Additionally, if you like Bombay snacks like bun maska or Kheema pav, then I think you’d like this place because you don’t get that kind of stuff in other such places. All in all, it’s a new experience that’s worth a shot for your afternoon/evening tea break while roaming around.

My first experience at any Chaayos outlet and it was fantastic.Went in the DLF Mall of India outlet and it was very crowded, even for a working wekday. Still the staff was polite and helpful enough to find us a seat.For what we had:Kulhad chai - Stand true to the brand's USP, a good option to tea lovers. Just the right ingredients and not too sweet with a saffron thread to top it up. 4/5

Chai ++ theme but normal chai not that great. But their kulhad butter chicken is nice one. The place is very crowded normally thanks to the big bazar store nearby.

I had to say that this is the place with most friendly and courteous staff ever. The staff here is very very polite and humble. And the place is really quite and nice. Loved the service to bits.
Coming to the food we ordered quite a few dishes today
1) Open loaded paratha - This was the best thing ever. It was loaded with cheese and paneer tremendously. The base was also so good. TBH I was little skeptical to this idea of pizza toppings on a paratha but Ohh boyy it turned out to be magical. TOTALLY RECOMMENDED.
2) Jain Shikanji - I went with my mom and she couldn't be thankful enough for ordering this. All its flavours were so much on point. The taste was sharp and so refreshing!!
3) Kullhad pav bhaji - So the bhaji was served in Kulhaad with lot of butter.The presentation was excellent and the taste was on point.
4) Kulfi shake - The most unique shake I have ever tried .I love kulfi beyond imagination and the idea of it in a shake was so intriguing to me that I couldn't help but try and it turned out to be magical. So soothing and good.
5) Tacos paneer thepla - Again such innovative dish!! A scrumptious filling of paneer and bhujiya in thepla just made our day. Really loved it
6) Chocolate factory cake - It was so so dense in taste. The flavor was rich and strong. If you like chocolate too much then must try
7) Chocolate shake and cake shake - Both of these were very thick and enriching. Cake shake was a little bit more thick than it should have been because it was a little trouble getting it out of the straw.
Really loved the place for the food and most importantly for the staff. A ten for staff in there.

One of the best chaayos outlet I have tried till date.
They serves very lip smacking dishes and very thick milk shakes. Tried so many dishes and 3 drink, all of them were super duper amazing in quality, quantity and taste.
Tried kulhadd butter chicken kulcha, kulhadd Pao bhaji, samosa Chaat, loaded paneer parantha, cake shake, chocolate shake and modinagar shikanji.
At last tried their dessert too which was also tasty and soft.
So I must recommend everyone to try this outlet and enjoy some good food.
The best hot chocolate i have ever tasted. I can have this any time any day. And they even gave us this bun complementary .I will recommend this to everyone.

Chaayos is one of my favourite place and I have visited almost all outlets in Delhi NCR. Every time I tried different dishes. And always feel WOW...
Recently I have visited Chaayos at Mall of India, Lower Ground Floor with family. The place is filled with good food and mouth watering aromas.

I have always loved Chaayos! Not every outlet offers great service but this one in Mall of India really impressed me. The staff was efficient.
We ordered Masala cutting chai and regular chai. We also ordered paneer bhurji bun and Mutton keema pav.

Chaayos has very innovative dishes to try. Their Thepla tacos with a veg paneer filling are really good. Tried their Bhel puri which was nice but the quantity was really less. Cold Coffee was really good!
Tried their Kala khatta Iced tea 🖤 It is worth trying. Although sugar was slightly less but kala khatta was adding good taste to it.

There's something about this chain Chaayos, I can't have enough of it. The place is situated in the heart of the mall. Had their Shahi Chai with Paneer Bun, and damn I loved both of them. The place has decent food options, with of course great chai.
Would like to outline, it's good to have out of box decor ideas by placing cycle rings, open kettkes etc. but at least have decent seating for the customers. This place has tiny tables, with tinier chairs, one would definitely struggle sitting here for long. Team Chaayos, I love all your food and outlets, but please do take this seating iasue srsly. I would personally, love to spend more time here, provided seating is better.

All time favourite is Adrak wali Chai.
It was a very eventful experience. I loved the Cafe's ambience. The lightning was perfect and the volume of the tracks playing in background created a perfect ambience for an informal meeting or just a chill hangout with friends.
We ordered Desi chai and Cake shake. Desi Chai had the customization option that feels like homemade chai as you can easily choose your free add ons and the quantity of milk and tea leaves. The cake shake was a blast on the taste buds and literally a heaven in mouth for all chocolate lovers. It had crumbs of brownie which made it absolutely stomach filling and leaving the customer satisfied.
As for the price, the price mentioned in the menu was inclusive of all taxes and the customer has to pay the exact amount mentioned in the menu. We loved the new concept of taking orders by name and phone number that involved confirming order through OTP.
Lastly, the staff was super friendly, kind and helpful.
I have been here a few times and initially they served some good tea which brought me back here but of late they serve mediocre ones and that is a sore point with me .
But on the positive side , they serve some really good snacks and the service here is very warm and accommodating at least they serve you a glass of water which other cafe do not .
I like the Butter Chicken Kulcha , The Home style potato sandwich and the Bun omelette .
I have tried their Paneer Bhurji bun , it is loaded with paneer but has less flavor
I just wish them to serve tea which has fresh ingredients like ginger tea should have fresh ginger rather than dried ginger powder to make it a great place .
The prices are pocket friendly here and you can easily fill yourself up with Chai Nashta in 500 bucks !

Tried Chaayos today , amazing place with great fusion of chat and western cuisine. We ordered bun dabeli it’s kind of dabeli burger. , chicken open paratha basically indian quesadilla lovely combi and had chai and imly banta totally refreshing.. it’s ambience is also very welcoming with that chai cups chandelier.

It's a great experience here. You can enjoy your time here and at affordable prices. Sufficient space for sitting. Sugar is already added in tea so if you wanna sugar free then ask them earlier to do so otherwise you can't do anything. Staff is quite good. You have fill detail that is quite not impressive in my point of view.
This particular outlet is the one I visit the most for my all time favourite MERI wali chai with their regular cookies and the taste is always authentic just like home made tea and this is the only reason why I never hesitate to have tea at chaayos whenever I am out on weekends. I have tried various snacks as well and till now all the snacks were up to my expectations. So chai lovers don't hesitate to have a cup of tea whenever you are out on weekends and feel like sipping a homemade tea. I will rate chaayos 9/10 coz I am yet to try other options for chai. Maybe after that I can update this rating as per my other experiences.
Tried the Kulhad Chai and it was really good. The tea was well prepared with the right amount of sugar. Even my mom really enjoyed the tea. Served in Kulhad, both the quality and quantity was nice.
The ambience and decor is nice to. Good place to have some gossip session with your besties over a cup of hot tea and some amazing snacks

If you like Starbucks but don't like coffee and want to drink tea in the same way, then boy you will love it.

Chaayos is true delight for a chai lover.

They also serves Desi snacks and other chai.
It may seem to be a bit costly but is a great experience.
Overall a must try.!
