Nice vegetarian restaurant. Loved the idlis, and sambhar was lip smacking. Honey chilli potato was a bit dry, could have been better. Service is prompt. Overall value for money

I had the idli chaat, the rawa onion dosa and butter masala dosa and the Food was great. The service was good, just the ambience music was off putting. They had some Chinese remix playing in sagar ratna, a big turn off indeed.

The South Indian food at this place is exceptional. The service is fast and attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Although the ambience is average, the highlight of the meal was definitely the dosas. They were perfectly crispy, expertly made, and served with piping hot sambhar and delectable chutneys. A must-try for South Indian cuisine enthusiasts!

Had ordered Dal Makhni from the restaurant. Well, they are good in their work....one of the finest Dal Makhni I have had and at a very reasonable cost. We are aware that Dal Makhani is one of the most popular lentil recipes from the North Indian Punjabi cuisine made with Whole Black Lentils (known as Urad dal or Kaali Dal in Hindi) and Kidney Beans (known as Rajma in Hindi). This Dal Makhani recipe is well made with subtle smoky flavors and creaminess of the lentils. If you love authentic Punjabi food then you are going to love this Dal Makhani even more.

We had a very hearty breakfast here. Food quality and service was very good. A bit on the pricey side but gets compensated by excellent taste.

Sagar Ratna is the most preferred destination for authentic and freshly cooked South Indian cuisines. The must – try dishes at Sagar Ratna are the Mini Idlis dipped in sambhar, Medu Vada, Dahi Vada, Masala Dosa, Rava Onion Masala Dosa, Mysore Masala Dosa, Rava Kesari. The filter coffee, served in the traditional steel tumbler and saucer is another specialty. A thali at Sagar Ratna costs you approximately Rs300 and a Masala Dosa would cost you approx Rs200.

Good place and welcoming staff. This place was in renovation for a long time and not its pretty much updated and more comfortable. Good selection is nice and South Indian food has good Chennai taste. Sambhar is on spicy side. They do have Jain option as well. My favorite is Coconut Rawa plain dosa with no oil.

The taste of each and every item was totally authentic Dosa, utthpam, idli, sambhar, chatni, rassam etc all were top notch. The interior of the restaurant was also well maintained, Lastly paytm has made life more convenient by integrating such good restaurants. I'd love to eat here every now and then.
