Modil Mall, located in Noida Sector 25A, is a not so popular destination for locals and visitors for Movies. The mall has a variety of stores too, ranging from high-end fashion brands to electronics and home decor stores. Additionally, the mall houses a food court, providing a complete entertainment experience to visitors.
🅿️ Parking is available and it's paid. They charged me a flat 50 Rupees on Sunday. The parking area isn't very large, however, you will easily find a spot to park since the mall isn't very crowded.

Haldiram outlet r big shop.This is small mall but it is great infrastructure with food court, lots of brand shops and also cinepolis cinema. Also found outside playing game for childrens .outside of modi mall one Rohit mouthfreshner shop is nice shopkeeper diffrent virety of churan & candy 🍬 available

Small charming mall with movie theatre food court and fair priced shops. Lots of entertainment for kids of all ages with trampoline at the front and pool table and air-hockey near the food court. It's pretty full on the weekends. There is also a place to try escape room adventures, for the more daring. New entertainment centre seems to be getting built near the cafeteria with more small/adventure games.
Small but everything is available in this Mall, food court is good and pocket friendly, Theatre is very good and on every Wednesday movie ticket is only for 100Rs I have watched so, many movies here very good theatre and mall, good and big parking area and so, many games and other things for kids.
It's good for small outings with kids... They have small rides which keep kids busy and make this mall attractive for them
Modi mall was once among most favorite places to is it in noida but it has lost its charm with the advent of new malls in its vicinity. Cinepolis is thee most visited place in the mall. Liberty show room and south Indian food outlet is also favorite among visitors. For children also a few options are available.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Cinepolis at Smart Bharat Mall, and I must say that it was an absolute delight. From the moment I stepped into the cinema to the very end of the movie, every aspect of my visit was impressive.
Firstly, the ambiance of Cinepolis Smart Bharat Mall was top-notch. The theater was clean, well-maintained, and had a modern feel to it. The comfortable seating arrangement provided ample legroom and ensured a cozy movie-watching experience. The atmosphere was lively but not overly noisy, creating a perfect balance for enjoying the film.
The service at Cinepolis was outstanding. The staff members were friendly, welcoming, and attentive to the needs of the customers. From assisting with ticket purchases to guiding us to our seats, their professionalism and courtesy were commendable. The concessions area was well-organized, and the food and beverages were of excellent quality.
Speaking of the movie itself, the audio and visual quality were fantastic. The state-of-the-art sound system and high-definition screens enhanced the entire movie-watching experience. It truly felt like being immersed in the world of the film.

Audi AC is sooo cool that it really gave us the feeling like we were in a freezer. Seats 💺 were also very comfortable😌. The screen and the sound 🔊quality is also good. There is a Escape Room also where the whole family/ friends can go and have fun 😜. The mall is well maintained and its clean

The mall is Small compared to other malls in Noida but having everything for, your one time entertainment. Name has been changed twice from Spice Mall to Smart Bharat Mall to Modi Mall now. It houses cinema hall also apart from restaurants and shops.

The mall is great place to spend some family time. The food is delicious and budget friendly. There is also a good space for kids . I enjoyed a sizzeler, which was very yummy. Overall ratings is 5 star from my side.
Small mall in the vicinity . popular in local for movie.carnival cinema is there. In fact it is getting a new makeover and new shops are coming here. Verity in snacks and restaurant.
