A great vegetarian restaurant in ooty. The ambience is beautiful and the food delicious. The staff is efficient.
We ordered:
1. South Indian thali - all items were tasty and the rice well cooked.
2. Butter kulcha - extremely soft and delicious
3. Dry Kadai veg fry - loves the spices and masala in it.
4. Paneer Hyderabadi - oh this dish was the highlight. Extremely delicious and good spices and masala . The paneer was soft and tasty.
3. Jeera rica - this was okay, the plain rice much tastier
4. Dal fry - though we had ordered for dal makhani the restaurant just gave us the dal fry without even informing that they have changed our order on their own. After arguing they then told us that the black lentils were over. This was the major disappointment. Nevertheless the dal fry wasn’t bad.
Excellent in taste and quality but pricing wise I feel it’s too over priced but no compromise in service taste and quality during cold days definitely you should try to find a table close to woodfire
