The food was good. Better than our expectations, honestly. The service was fast, and the ambiance was pretty too. Deducted one star for white chai. The only thing I didnt like there was chai. At least it should be darker than table color
Food here was great. We had North Indian for dinner here and it was satiating. The service was good. They took care of our table and got the food reheated on our request. Its a beautiful place in the bustling market of Ooty and they have a car parking available. The kulfi faluda was awful though.
This restaurant looks a bit different than other KP branches I have ever been in India and abroad.
Best part is that they have dedicated parking as well in a crowded market area so it is easily accessible. Food and service were upto the mark like other KP branches.

Amazing staff, service and mainly the food. We get good North Indian food options here and the service is really good. We had pav bhaji, aloo tikki chat, dum biryani, two varieties of veg sandwiches (must have) and it is was perfect compliment for the cool weather.
The restaurant was good! The food was good and the ambiance was nice. Went with family and had a great time. The service was a little bit slow, I don't know if it was because the day we went was a crowded day. Overall, a good place to go to if you want north Indian food in Ooty.
We had very good lunch here. The portion was big enough. The staff is friendly and attentive.
If u r a fan of North Indian food, this s the place to visit. They have all the chats even at 10.00 am. Their pav baji is so yum. Interiors r well done and the dining area is spacious.
I never expected Ooty to have so many vegetarian restaurants. One of the best North Indian Restaurants we found here. Been to their other branches in and outside India, quality is a top notch.

Great atmosphere, awesome place, quite uniquely built, positive vibes.
Food - Borderline good, too spicy Biryani, too salty Manchurian, bit uncooked Nan/Rotis, but other items were decent.
Service - Bad. Proper attention not given to the table.
I have been to many cities of Kerala and Tamil Nadu, but I’ve never had such an amazing north indian food anywhere. Taste, presentation and service is so on point that we ended up having all our meals here itself during our 3 days stay. If you’re carving authentic North Indian food, look no further
