Wow, what a way to bid adieu to Goa! This little restaurant stole my heart with its flavors. Imagine a burst of local spices dancing on your taste buds – that's what every bite felt like. The seafood, oh my, it was like they just plucked it from the ocean. The chef's creativity in blending traditional Goan ingredients with a modern twist was pure genius. The place itself had this cozy charm, making my farewell meal a truly emotional experience. If you want your last day in Goa to be etched in foodie heaven, you've got to give this place a shot!
From the outside, Spicy Bella might look like any other Italian restaurant in town. But trust me, the service that you will experience is like no other restaurant. We were in awe by the hospitality provided by Chef Verma.
At first, we got confused by the selection of Pastas on the menu. But the chef spent time explaining every little detail about the types of pasta and the sauces it would come with. We ordered almost all the pasta dishes listed in the menu.
The service was a tad bit slow, but that is understandable because of the size of our order. The server accidentally bought the wrong order at first, but chef Verma was kind enough to put that on the house.
Highly recommended if you are in an around Calangute. Tripadvisor bought me here as it was the highest-rated Italian restaurant in Goa. But when we reached there we saw that their menu was much more extensive. Would love to go back and try other cuisines the chef has to offer.
A nice cosy restaurant with excellent food. The chef Kamal Varma personally attends to customers. Food is fresh and there are options available from Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese and Indian cuisines.
I have removed one star due to the excruciating price. Food and taste is exceptional, ambience is average. It is under renovation due to monsoons. We had italian chicken and thai green curry and they were heavenly.

We dined in at the restaurant. We sampled several dishes recommend by the chef. In total honesty, the food I consider some of the best I have ever had. The chef considered everything we needed, and freshly on the spot produced our food from scratch. The local organic products this restaurant uses are perfect. The food and beverages from this restaurant were delicious! We ordered two of the Virgin mojitos and piña coladas because they were so good! For the second drinks it took more time than we thought it should have.
We ordered Goan specialties that did take some time to come out but were worth the wait.

The most delightful Indian restaurant in Calangute! The service by Hari and food quality surpass five stars. The 7-Star orange-pimeapple fresh fish was delicious, and who can go without buttered naan with garlic?

We ordered Goan Recheado Fish, Red Snapper in Butter Garlic Sauce and Prawns. The portions were good and the presentation was aesthetically pleasing to say the least.
Fish Recheado and prawns were brilliant. Chef Kamal Varma personally hosted us and recommended the best from the stable. Memorble experience!
The food was super amazing 100/100. But as the chef explains.. good things take time and therefore, the service was extremely slow. Will recommend to visit only when you are having a lazy day with not much planned for the day
It was a beautiful dining experience, relishing on the sumptuous food, amid pouring rain and a peacock roaming around right in front of the restaurant. Out of the world experience will cherish this for the rest of life.

Impressive hospitality, you will get extensive food options on the menu. We ended up ordering nearly every pasta dish on the menu.
Although the service was slightly delayed, it was justifiable given the bulk of our order.
I wholeheartedly recommend Spicy Bella if you find yourself in or around Calangute. A high rating on Tripadvisor led me here, branding it as the top Italian restaurant in Goa. Upon arrival, we discovered an even broader menu than anticipated. I’m eager to return and explore more of the diverse culinary creations.
