It is an amazing place for family outings and celebrating birthday parties for kids and kitty parties for women. It has a special enclosure in the basement that separates you from the outer noise of the people. You can have music of your own choice.. they put up speakers if requested.. food is quite good and reasonable.. Some dishes are quite good! The best part is snacks and chinese and tandoori dishes are also well prepared!

We recently visited this dhaba and ordered half plate each for mix veg, butter paneer masala, shahi korma and daal makhni. Their half plate was equivalent to full plate of many other joints and taste is authentic dhaba style
Nathu’s is a great brand providing lovely north indian food... we had quite a few things from here like pav bhaji, veg thali, etc but the dish i loved the most was bermi puri 😍 and we ordered it again and again 😍

muah..jalebi ho to nathus jaisi ho verna na ho....believe me people,no one can even close to nathus for jalebi, a regular spot for jalebi after dinner for me since 29th dec 2018..naye saal ka swagat jalebi kha ke kar rahe hain...😁 apart frm jalebi..chinese and chat papdi also good.

We are often deceived by the looks of a place. No matter how open we are to new experiences, we unknowingly look over things that are otherwise would've been a life changing experience. In the same format, I would've otherwise overlooked Nathus sweet had it not been that I was invited there to munch down on their speciality. I'm clearly not an enthusiast of having Indian food out a lot; before you bring your pitchforks out, let me offer and olive branch. It's because good Indian food isn't that easy to find. But Nathus sweet was able to deliver that and more!
To look back and think about the overall decor of the place..... It was great! The first thing you notice as you enter is it's an everyday sweet shop; but as you climb down the stairs of the restaurant, you find yourself in a comfortable and cozy place which competes with the fine dining experience of best places of Chandigarh. It's beautiful down there. Nothing is over done. It all seems apt.
Next the food which was the high point of the evening.
Hara bhara kebab
This snack had a Great texture and broke beatifully. The crunch, the flavor, it was all there. A great start!
Crispy corn
They were just as they were supposed to be. The bite felt good while munching into them. They were just as the crispy corns are supposed to be in my book.
Afghani chaap
Best snack of the evening without question or doubt. Once you take a bite, you can taste the dry fruits and the great aroma and the excellent flavor makes you wish the bite never ends. Amazing.
Gol gappa Chaat
The gol gappa Chaat weren't loaded with flavors as I'm used to I'd say they weren't bad but they didn't blow my mind either.
Mind blowing cake
Next we took a bite into a great welcome cake and we ate it, and ate it, and ate it. It was brilliant! The cake melted into my mouth. I could feel it making out with my tongue; if that's a proper analogy.
Post the snacks, we head over to the world of main course by the restaurant. Starting with:
Dum aaloo
I wish I had more senses to pick up on the flavors that were present. It was that good! The texture was great, so was the bite and the flavor was just what I want.
Daal
The best according to me. The number of places where this delicacy is served is uncountable but the way Nathu Sweets served it was surprisingly the best I've had in a while.
Paneer Butter masala
Nothing wrong with the dish, absolutely on point, and felt perfect in my mouth.
Chana
We have to talk about chana a little. You see, I'm a sucker for my mom's food. And to see it made so close to that flavor..... I was equal parts delighted and shocked! It had the similar flavor and felt great as they continued their trail down my oesophagus.
Faluda
Next up was Faluda which is something I now down on, on a regular basis. The faluda here was bombarded with the flavors and I missed the isolation that I usually love. I'd say it had something to do with the kulfi. I'm used to a roohafza loaded, kulfi powered dish. This had a lot more and I'm pretty sure a lot of them people would love it.
Overall it was a great experience and I'd suggest you to abandon every plan of dinner and have one down at Nathu Sweets to know what has it running since so long since 1936 in Delhi.

This is a Veg family Restro situated in sec 11. It is giving tough competition to Anupam sweets. They have a full fledged restro in their Basement and a sweet plus chaat shop at ground floor. I tried their Buffet and I must say they have one of the best veg buffet in Panchkula 😍 In starters I had Hare bhare kebab , Soya malai Chaap, Crispy corns and Paneer tikka 😊 I really liked their Soya malai chaap it was very well marinated 👍🏻🔥 In mains I had their Dal makhni, Dum aloo and Channa with Amritsari naan ☺️ A perfect maincourse 👍🏻

Nathu's is a name quite popular amongst the people of delhi and now they have come up with another outlet in Panchkula. Not just sweets but they also have so much to choose from their menu. I had visited Nathu's almost 3 days back and tried various things from their menu.
First tried their Jaljeera with boondi. It was really nice and had that amazing sweet and sour flavour to it. Next up, i was offered starters which included Hara bhara kebab, Afghani soya chaap, Crispy corn and Golgappa chat.
Hara bhara kebab was really tasty. Unlike most of the places where the filling of the kebab is usually dry, this place served melt in your mouth kebabs. Afghani soya chaap was perfectly marinated in a mix made with curd, cream and spices and then cooked in tandoor. Perfectly charred and really soft on the inside. Loved it. Next up, the crispy corns were decent and were properly fried and then well seasoned.
The golgappa chat could have had a bit more spice to it.
In mains, i tried their Kashmiri dum aloo, Dal makhani, Paneer tikka butter masala and Chana masala along with breads. To sum up, dum aloo was the spotlight of the main course with very nice aroma and beautiful gravy. Other dishes were also well attempted.
In dessert, i tried their kulfi faluda. The faluda was yummy. Had rabri, gond katira and fresh kulfi mixed together and made into a really beautiful dessert. Overall, my experience to this place was really nice. HAPPY EATING.. :)

We had lunch at this place a few times. My family loves visiting this place. It has nice homely feel to it. The servers are pretty courteous and helping. They have well organised seating and the food was very delicious. It is a good place to spend with your family and friends.

- However, the veggies were thrown in it without any flavor of their own, they were big and raw- if you want to put in raw veggies, make sure they are small in size, otherwise give time for them to blend in.

Nathu's, which is the most recent ones of the eateries to open in Panchkula, is right up there to give stiff competition to Gopals and Anupam outlets around. What makes the deal sweeter is that they are priced slightly better than the others, who seem to be nudging their prices northward every few months.
Their menu is pretty basic covering the usual north indian, desi chinese and standard south indian stuff. So head here if you are in a mood for the regular outside meal. The basement ambience is actually quite nice and the seating is comfortable.
We ordered choupsey on this one visit and were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the platter! The gravy was rich and had loads of pineapple besides other veggies and the noodles came crisp and crunchy.
Their dosa is equally delicious with no compromise on the fillings. Their milk badam is quite loaded with dry fruits and was a tummyful.
My family likes this place so much already that we have probably eaten out here the most in the last few months.
If Nathu's keeps up their quality of food while reigning in the prices, I'm sure it will soon be the go-to place for the quick diners who earlier had Anupam and Gopals to frequent.

The Punjabi food here is amazing and the service is prompt too.
Everything i had was absolutely delicious -
The kulche chole was yummy, chole were well cooked
The pyaz kachori with the chutneys is just out of the world
Aloo tikki chole is awesome too

For dessert we had gulab jamun and tennis rasgulla these rasgullas are as big as a tennis ball and theyre just too mouthwatering.
We also got some motichoor ladoos and doda barfi packed and both of them were fresh and nice too.

Mix veg noodle soup and veg monchow is best, else the sweets are also good. One can try their jalebi with rabri. Only the jalebi wala staff is not that nice, u just have to mention and get the jalebi made in presence. Paneer butter masala is another good recipe there
Well todays was my first visit in d place on d occasion of rakshabandhan... An awesome interior and d people working over here are nice....best quality sweets and food product..
at least we have a veg place where you can sit down on proper seats in panchkula. Nathu's at ground level is a mithai shop, but the basement restaurant is nicely done up. Food service is a wee bit slow and the food quality is just about average. Tried the cholle bhature, bedvi poori, Shahi thali (dal is good) and south indian platter. All were above average but not droolworthy. Dittos for the pani poori and the golgapa chat. Where they excel is the desserts. Have to give full marks to the rabri and to the kulfi falooda, its the best i've had in panchkula. Jalebi, sadly, due to overfermentation, was bitter and unpalatable. Service is a tad slow, with one order arriving after the other three were nearly over....but it is a value for money place all right.
Total Value for money . Should try dal tadka as well as dal makhni, chopsuey, besan laddu . Service and taste is superb in terms of budget restaurant

Verdict: Families can have good time there but not for youngsters.

Value for money should not always be assumed to look Spartan. The basement restaurant is done up well and the fare is spot on for flavour. The rabri and falooda kulfi are a special recommendation

This is a great spot in Panchkula whenever you are craving Indian savouries and sweets. The prices are very reasonable and there is compromise on taste and quality. Their pyaaz kachoris and Bhalla papri chaat are my personal favourites. They also provide home delivery via Zomato and swiggy.

One of the best Veg food I have over here. I like the ambiance and the options available for us. This place is not easily accessible by wheelchair and there is ample vehicle parking in front of this restaurant. Washrooms are clean and AC works amazing.
