Initially I was sceptical about the restaurant after reading last few reviews.... but my view changed after I hosted a small party for 20 people. The Veg and Non veg snacks had a good variety... and equally good taste.... The Main Course included Indian, Chinese and Italian food... Options were also good for Dessert. Ambience is decent... Service is good... it's not at all bad as mentioned in the previous reviews.... Overall good experience

Went for team lunch. Had both veg and non veg buffet. They have 2 buffets normal and live grill buffet. We had normal buffet. We got 3 veg and 3 non veg starters. In dessert too had 3 options. Variety was less but were delicious. Food was also served hot and was yummy. Pocket friendly buffet and good taste.
Had gathered here for a simple get together on 19 feb and am pretty satisfied with the food,service and ambiance of the restau.the starter were quite good paneer malai tikka was good along with other .main course was good .overall a good time spend together with delicious food

Had my Dad's 66th Bday bash, must say had a memorable time. Yummy food, lavish buffet, over and above respectful, courteous and attentive staff.. Thank you all for the Amazing hospitality. Must recommend place for all Chandigarh/Panchkula people.

5/5 for the hospitality of the staff. Great place for the semi formal official dine out we had. Good bar menu too. Main course by that standards was way below expectations. We had chicken butter masala, paneer masala n dal makhani, some what sweet all dishes all of them. But chilly chicken n tikka as starters were amazing. Has a good crowd n pleasant music if you happen to like old bollywood
Royal retreat is a good venue . For short functions as well as for official meetings . Service is good and food lovely . For today dal makhni and paneer dish with corns was tasty .

food is so yumm...nd their paneer tikka with green chatni...jst lv it...nd their mushroom snack jst awsome...but these days they did nt serve mushroom snacks nd they serve cheap snacks nw...they did.nt serve honey chilly colliflower...they serve honey french fries...they change their snacks menu which is nt gud...nd few veg dishes ...but its yumm...i hope they change their snacks menu ...they serve mushroom nd honey chilly clflwr...

In a city where almost every dining restaurant gives you Buffet option , What is one thing that can make you stand out from the rest, well the answer can be simply doing nothing too different but making everything right from start to end.
We were a group of 20 people and the service was great with no delay in service. The service staff was polite and cheerful. The ambiance was good and the lighting were perfect, neither too shady nor too bright with light instrumental music playing in background providing the perfect aura for a party :D
Some yummy prepared Veg and Nov-Veg snacks were accompanied by the ever-lasting pitchers of coke and along with it the extraaa.... spicy Hot and Sour Sour helped people to keep themself warm in this Winter season :P
Coming to the Main Course Section, thought all of us were full with lots of Booze (booze is very cheap here :P) and snacks in our stomach but then also we almost finished all there main course preparation with Paneer Makhni being the spotlight from the menu. There was no delay in the serving of bread to the table.
Overall I would say that I did not found any loose point in this restaurant except the fact that the pricing can be brought down a little.

Well these days you generally don't find restaurants that serves you with some chick interiors and some lovely food .
If your looking for authentic Muglai food , with out any doubts head over to this place .
PS : The ' Meetha ' Pan served right next this place is amazing. Don't forget to have that after you finish having some food !

Peninsula is one of the heavyweights in panchkula, world class flavours are provided with a warm welcome. the snacks are amazing and mouth watering. can hold big parties too, so its a plus! their signature dishes includes Dal makhani,panner tikka butter masala and in snacks it has to be spring roll s filled with a mix of palak and corns. buffet is amazing and cost 449 and 500 , veg and non veg respectively. the interiors give you a warmth and dim lighting provide's an royal experience. the dishes taste great and the service is quick. a pure class place to visit with your near and dear ones and don't forget to try panner tikka and honey chilli cauliflower at this place! outstanding they are. overall- Price- 4/5, taste-4/5 , Quality-4/5,Ambience-4.5,& SERVICE-4/5. For a fine dining experience, peninsula is the place! a big thumbs up.

Visited this place to treat my team. We were informed by the manager over the phone that they offer a lavish lunch buffet.
Trust me, it was no less. At a cost of 299 and 399 for veg and n.veg respectively, they have awesome range of salads, 2 to 3 starters, main course and deserts. Not to forget unlimited soft drinks.
All of us had a great time.
A fine dining restaurant. Buffet is really delicious and at low cost ! The problem lies in the service given to the customers. Delayed servicing spoils the charm of the place and food.
Everything in the menu card is excellent :)I`ve been thr twice and Personally loved Pasta, hot n sour soup, and ofcrse starters were really yummy.. :)
