It is the restaurant at Taj Vivanta Hotel. The ambience is very good. The staff is very cooperative, courteous and customer friendly. The taste of the food is also great. It is a multicuisine restaurant. There is a bar attached to the restaurant. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian eatables are served here, hence strict vegetarians need to be observant.
There is live music during the morning breakfast where as during dinner, recorded music is played. On the whole, it is a nice experience.
Amazing experience at Caramel Cafe at the Taj Vivanta Hotel in Panjim. The service is really good. We had the Chicken & Ham burger and Ham & Cheese Croissant. My friends enjoyed their burger and i relished my croissant. All went down with a nice cup of Cappuccino.
Great place to have pastries, cakes, sandwiches along with cool drinks deserts and coffee.Ideal place for A quick snack. Situated in the heart of Panjim. Well done Taj Vivanta. Good service.

Caramel is situated on ground floor of Taj Vivanta Hotep, Panaji. Good selection of cakes, pastries and quick-bite foods. Had tried a couple of their cupcakes - right amount of sweetness and cream on top. Daughter loved them!
Desserts are nice and not pricey.. Service and decor are good.. They claim they have free Wi-Fi but it's only for guests.. Lol
