A great place to stay by while visiting Vagator beach.
Sumptuous food, lovely decor, good music, awesome vibe & courteous staff, if I have to sum it all for the place.. Chilled beer, good quality food & awesome seafood.. Visited the place twice for breakfast on my 2 day trip to Goa. Really nice place with beautiful decor. The outside bar area was really eye catching as you can sit on the road (almost) and sip at your favourite drink. The inside is very spacious with each table accomodating 4 each. The staff is also very friendly and will help you out with whatever you want. Had ordered poached eggs and bread with butter. The bread was toasted to perfection and a small new chunk of Amul butter was given along with the bread for me to apply as per my needs. The pricing is not low. It's a little bit on the expensive side. It's worth a visit though.
We visited the mango tree twice , once in the morning for a quick break , had a spritzer and an icecream for my daughter , and then for lunch where we ordered an egg fried rice , prawn curry rice , cold coffee served in a king fisher glass and you guessed it right - icecream .
The ambience is lovely , it’s got a nice bar area with bar stools overlooking the road and the interiors are a little dim but pretty none the less , the service was decent , they were quick so no complaints, the food is average but the spritzer and the baskin Robbins ice cream was good 😃.
A little less expensive would have made it a 5 star though it’s not costly , it’s not cheap either .
We heard that the place is open till 4 am and is a great place to visit at night so maybe another time
We would definitely revisit for the charm of the place and the cheery vibes.
Awesome place the mango tree I think you should visit this place after midnight because so there were jungle by the hostelcrowd is near by the mango tree cafe and it’s open till 3 or 4PM and serves best food and alcohol

Outlet time: 9am to 4am
Food: We ordered for Cheese garlic naan, Butter garlic calamari, Masala calamari, Beef chilli fry, Pork chilli fry sausage, Beef Burger, Chilli chicken and Fish curry rice.
All food except for Fish curry rice was fabulous. Fish curry rice was not as per expectation.
Beverage: Ordered for Bira Blonde then finally settled for Beer tower and then pitcher. Glasses I feel should be served chilled. They wash glasses in glass washer but then too i felt some bad smell while having beer. May be since they get so many guest they don't get time to clean water in glass washer.
Service: Service is very quick, but need to have smiling face to indian guest as well.
Overall: Very good place to unwind.
Early in the morning to have breakfast. We had English breakfast and it was totally yum. The juice that was served was fresh too. The ambiance is 4/5. Would recommend.

Saw this place on our way to fort, just wanted to grab some coffee (cold coffee) , and in Goa coffee is served in kingfisher glass, and it was worth it.
It has a place outside where u can see all motors running here and there.
This is an awesome place! The food is very tasty and the atmosphere is pretty chill! Definitely recommend this place. For vegetarians try mutter paneer!
This was my first time in Mango Tree and I completely enjoyed the food. We ordered. Roast Beef which was served with boiled vegetables, Curried chicken pasta salad, Garlic crusted grilled chicken, Pizza Calzone and Chicken curry with rise. Pizza Calzone is the start here! It's an Italian oven-baked folded pizza stuffed with mushroom, ham beef and bell peppers. If you eat beef, then you must try this one. Grilled Chicken was the week among all. it was blank, lacked flavors, and pressed grilled which made it stony. The ambiance has quite a different energy, up-cycled newspaper ceiling in warm colors, open bar facing the street and old wooden furniture. This place looks completely different at night.
Prefer to visit this place for late noon lunch or deem light dinner!

The Mango Tree is a chilled-out place to have a drink and some great food. It offers value for money and is one of the few places that is open till 4am. So if you’ve just finished partying for the night and want to gorge on some good food, you won’t be disappointed.
The pastas, Calamari Vindalho and the cocktails in this place should be tried. The prices are pretty decent although they charge slightly higher after 12am.
Having been here atleast 6-7 times, I feel that the staff here needs to be more attentive. Sure, they are quite hospitable but the time taken to take the order is a little long. Only point of improvement.
But all in all a good experience each time.
Went to this restaurant couple of times during my stay in Vagator as it was 2 mins away from my hotel. The ambience is fine as it gives the feel that you are under the branches of a tree and they also have bar counter by the road were you can sit and enjoy the meal . Tried Israeli dish for starters which was Chicken Schnitzel and it was delicious. Ordered Chicken masala(staff recommendation), kadhai chicken and butter naan. The food was tasty. The staffs were polite, however, the number of staffs needs to be increased.

During our stay in Vagator we visited this place two time. Location is not so good near road side but ambience was very good. Music was amazing. We order cold coffee , cold chocolate (cold coffee taste is better than cold chocolate), fried rice, veg sizzler &veg noodles. Service was very good Taste of food is grt.

The sitting around the bar is visible straight from the road and you’ll always find this place crowded with people.
It has the best north indian food to offer and also biryani is out of the world.

This is a fantastic place near vagator beach. The setting is really great. Being Goa the drinks are very reasonably priced and food is also great. The overall ambience is fantastic. What I loved most was the roadside sitting area.

One of the most known place in goa vagator, located at the center and you can always find good crowd over there, Thry serve all kind of draught beer and tandoori pompret , my all time favourite , the best thing is they serve food till late morning, though with a little variety but we get quality food.. Its a must try..
We were not really hungry when we visited this place but really wanted to try something over here since we heard a lot about it. The service was good. The waiter understood our choice and recommended us the right options. We tried margherita pizza and spaghetti pasta in red sauce. Pizza was super yum and infact the best margherita I have ever had. Pasta was quite good and authentic.
Best seafood pizzas ever had. The tuna pizza and the mango tree special pizzas are out of this world. Also, a must try is the beef chilli fry.
No doubt good food and good music ... plus at Goa beaches this is purely best .. I wish to be here again ... der is pizza offered and its best we had in our lives
The Mango Tree is one of the “all time favourites” in Goa. This road side restaurant you come across while moving towards Vagator, serves real good food and of course some nice beer! Recommended, must go! 😬
Nice place near the vagator beach we hve been 3 times when we were in goa it is open till 4 am so no rush of going home ... they have a wide varities of spirits do try the masala french fries its very good ... nice music and crowd ... they keep on coming here .... sit at the bar side if you get a chance .... must visit if you are in vagator

We went there in the afternoon before catching our bus. Its a nice cosy place, all wooden interiors and excellent ambience. We tried pasta and orange juice and beers which were great. Food and crowd is great

After visiting the fort in sunny afternoon we wanted really good treat for our stomach.

One of my favourite places in Vagator. It is open till 4 AM in the morning. The drinks are amazing, so is the food. One of the places which plays food music (tracks and not live). It is by the road and is always crowded. Staff are great, eager, courteous and cheerful.

Nice atmosphere and service. But things to be noted after 1.00am the menu card changes and prices of all including foods changes and increases a but good to order things before 1.00am.

This is the most versatile and affordable restaurant I’ve come across in Goa. The service is not only quick but also kind. The food is really really yum inspite of having so much diversity which I was taken a back by. Nothing is over 400₹ and the quantity of the food is excellent. Definitely recommend going here! Just a side note, the place is not a fancy restaurant so if you’re looking for something super aesthetic you may wanna look another way.
Had a chicken biriyani and veg spaghetti.
Biriyani had this strong smell of spices and delivered a really good morning taste and speghetti tasted really moist with fresh mushrooms and baby tomatoes. Really huge quantity, super appetizing

I have seen this restaurant by the road for many years Nd finally visited it. It has bar seating by the road and table seating inside. It's a nice bar. Decent food and good beverage. Very reasonable prices for drinks. Service is good and also quick. Staff is nice.
Just on the middle of the road you can’t ignore this beautiful set up. We stopped for a lunch break and had an amazing pizza, some paneer with sauce on a bed of rice, fish etc. They serve some freshly prepared authentic flavours. I like the colourful indoor ambience and the roof which was very beautifully done. The place is frequented by foreign tourists. The experience at night must be more interesting I guess.

After visiting 4 times and in different- different seasons, I will say this place is awesome to hangout with friends and strangers. It’s situated under a big Mango tree and the whole place is open. They have made sitting arrangements outside the bar adjacent to road and that place is my favourite. I remember on my one visit I sat there for 6 hours and still I was not bored of the place. If you are with friends you will notice time just fly by there. Their ambience is quite unique. Everything is so simple not much decorative and that adds points in their bag. Its nearby Vagator beach you will find every kind of crowd here. Their food is good and all sort of drinks are available here. I love beer so sitting here and having chilled beer would be called a good day spent in Goa for me. So if you are around the place and looking for a place to hangout just go there and chill out. Don’t think about your life while you are drinking. You will love the whole positive vibes. Cheers 🍻 🍻
Must visit place if u are I'm vagator, very good ambience with music, they have wide range of menu. But we had pizza and pasta, pizza was very good in taste.... Smoking is allowed on the table and have good vibes, the roof of the cafe is very attention seeker n out of the box, I tried beer kati patang for the first tym which was very good in taste.

I have a special love to this place, just love the way it is, bar stools on the road side and restaurant inside. It gives a completely different vibe altogether, you'd enjoy this even more post 10pm or 11pm towards midnight. The last time i visited was when the lockdown had just opened so the crowd was relatively less. Initially i thought it was a very underrated place, but looking at Google reviews, i may be wrong.
Food : 5/5 - Ok, so i haven't tried food much here, but i guess it should be good. I've only had like fries and just some rice. Drinks is what Ive had, again my visit pre-covid which was around in 2017-18 they were very good. Even simple cocktails like the Mojito was so good. They were liberal on liquor that day, but on my second visit, which was just after the lockdown, wasn't as good as the first visit.
Ambience : 5/5 - Ah, ambience, beautiful. I think they get extra marks / points just for the beautiful ambience.
Service : 5/5 - Service is good too, nothing much to complain.
Overall - 5/5.
Visited late night on 17th Aug 21 to have dinner with friends. Goa is back to its old form albeit with 1/5th crowd. The music was good. For a change we ordered Indian food as we wanted to get some spice on our tongue after a long night of partying. The service was quick and the food was very tasty. Importantly the pricing is also quite affordable.
Toilet was maintained well, which is a big relief when the bladder gets filled up quick after bouts with Beer. Smoking is allowed at the table
