Food can't be faulted at this place at all! Some of the best authentic Goan bites. Their cutlet pao is by far the most popular item, but I usually come here to pick up the cafreal and croquettes, both of which I believe are the best Goa has to offer. More efficient and quicker service would make this place better, as the waiting time is the only killer, given the limited parking space and no seating.

Gr8 place for a snack / meal.
Must try - Beef cutlet bread and porkchop bread.

Gets crowded in the evenings, hence plan to wait a bit, if needed :)

It's an old joint near the Miramar beach entrance.
Cutlet pao is amazing here; although the prices have been increased over the years it's still worth every penny.you get various types of cutlets here.
A must try place if you are around Miramar.👍👍

Recommended: fish cutlet and pao

Superb Food – Value for Money ..... the Pao Cutlet/Bread Cutlet are worth to die for.

This is a small roadside joint (very old joint) and very popular with students and residents residing nearby. This outlet was located very near to our hotel in Miramar, near Miramar circle, bang opposite the beach entrance on Dr. Jack de. Sequeira Road.

The item which it’s known for is – Pao Cutlet or Bread Cutlet. You have options of various type of cutlets, we opted for Chicken Cutlet. What you get is simply delicious – a crispy thick cutlet served inside traditional Goan Pao/Bread along with some crispy salad. The pricing is amazing looking at the quantity and quality of the dish. The outlet was crowded, many people were standing and eating the dish, some were ordering for home. We decided to eat it while walking back to our hotel.

A definite item for us in all our visits.

Nothing can beat their Chicken cutlet bread and beef cutlet. This place is there since ages located in miramar on the main road. It is run by locals and it serves amazing goan snacks. But, over the years the prices have been increased a lot. A must try if you're around miramar in the evenings.

Ah, their beef cutlets are out of this world. D'Silva's is a place which is neither fancy nor a street food kinda place but a small place serving delicious Goan fare. They serve limited items like beef cutlet and pao, pork and pao, fish cutlet and pao and some veg items as well. If you are in Miramar and would like some Goan taste which is light on your pockets and stomach, head to this place.

After a hurried check-out from Baga, we made our way towards D’Silva, a shack which serves great Beef Cutlets. After reaching, we learnt that the Beef was over. We placed our orders a little heavy-hearted. All the food was tasty and very subtle. The Chicken Cutlet Pavs were crispy and wonderful, the Beef Chilly Fry was tender and awesome and the Goan Sausage Pav was great as usual. I also ordered a Pork Sorpotel Pav, bread filled with the famous meat-liver-lungs-heart curry and it was cooked just right, not very spicy and letting the flavor of the organ meat flow into the curry. A small place with a big heart.

The beef cutlets and cutlet pao are stuff of city legend. Food that has kept students alive for generations. Slightly out of form now as per what I have heard but a local favourite.

A trip to Goa is incomplete without a treat at D’silva’s .. our family’s all time favourites are Sausage bread, cutlet bread, fish cutlet and Croquettes.. each bite reminds you of the last bite and how it has not just changed over the years.. pretty please keep the taste and quality the same .. until we see you again..

We had fish cutlet and chicken cutlet with bread. It was nice. Different taste. They added cafreal curry to it, which made a huge difference. Parking is an issue nearby. You cant sit there and eat.

I've been coming here for years. One of the best cutlet paos around, whether chicken or beef. Tongue roast won't disappoint either. Most people pick up food and go but there's a few tables outside as well. Parking can be tricky as it's on the main road but you can find parking a little further down.

When you're in Panjim, D'Silva Fast Food has to be on your list of places to eat! It's a place where you can get traditional Goan food that is simply irresistible. Their highlights are the Fried Chicken buns and beef croquettes, and even their main course offerings like Sorpotel and Cafreal and mouth wateringly delicious. You can either pick it up to go, or if you're lucky and are able to grab a table, sit and enjoy it there itself.

Old, established icon opposite Miranda beach. Non veg paradise with limited but delicious local fare. Favourite of locals and the few outsiders in the know.

Had the chorizo pav here, which was outstanding!! The pav was warm and soft. Probably fresh out of the oven and the chorizo was beautifully smoked, flavoured and soft! Happy to repeat!

Visited this place yesterday during the sunset timing. Enjoyed the sunset at Miramar beach and then quickly went to this awesome place. We usually visit this place whenever we have to eat chicken cutlet bread. Personally I am great fan of Chicken cutlet bread served here. You can't literally resist eating second one after eating first one. Although it's quite heavy in itself. Due to Covid thing they are only giving takeaways otherwise earlier you can eat the cutlets at the shop itself. But anyways as they say safety is first priority. Online payment options are available at this shop. If you want to spend a classic evening at the Miramar beach, go grab two pieces of cutlets and a beer and enjoy the beautiful sunset at the beach. Overview - Taste - 5/5 Service - 5/5 Value for money - 5/5 Highly recommended place.
