The place is so serene and beautiful that it makes you want to stay there forever. It did for me. The rooms are pleasantly furnished and the outset in the natural space with an artist's touch makes it unique.
Laila is a wonderful person and so warm that it makes the stay more pleasurable, not to forget the awesome food at the cafe..
If you are looking for an off beat space ,then this is one of them.
Will definitely want to be there again.

The space looks amazing! And it's in such a great little area, slightly off the regular map, but not too far out. I'd love to walk through the reserve forest bordering The Village Studio on my next trip to Goa.

We were lucky that this place was open during off season.
We had nice music evenings there. They have good selection of live performances and artists. Very good atmosphere with a bunch of people that become like family.
They have some food on the menu too, the veggie and the chicken pockets are really nice. And they have Simba beer too!

The village studio, located in the interiors of Parra with a refreshing artistic ambience and a chilled out backyard space, having bamboo trees and a small creek by its side. One could just sit here sipping a cup of coffee, reading a book and u wouldn't know how time flies by.

Tried out the Khombucha, which is fermented drink, with lots of health benefits, served in different flavours of pomegranate and pineapple. Other dishes included were the healthy beetroot tikkis, khow suey which is a soup meal made of noodles and curried chicken/veg, served with a variety of condiments, that enhances its flavours. Last but not the least ended the meal with an amazing pudding, which was just perfect in flavour as well as texture. Loved the place
Amazing place. I liked it. Delicious food. Tried the local brewery beers & that was amazing. Host was friendly & informative. The only reason I will go this place is that I can visit with my dog.

A good artsy place to hangout People tht host are very sweet and humble. Place is situated amongst nature and is very peacefull.They hold many kinds of art craft music workshops. They hav a small cafe area. The full palce is decorated with the art works of the owner. I wud hav given 5stars but the one star is deducted coz of parking problem for four wheelers.
It's such a special getaway in the midst of a small and lovely village in goa. The The food is fantastic! Beetroot tikis, hummus plate.. wow. The crew is super friendly, and have created a family-like atmosphere. It's great to come chat, drink coffee, bring a laptop and work, or come in to read. And then there's art, live performances, workshop events. Really a special place, so happy I got a chance to visit
Loved the experience of staying here!! Very courteous hosts... The events organised here are so good, you may not want to leave the place and explore Goa!!
Also, added bonus is the presence of some lovable pets!! Would love to come back again.
Lovely ambiance and amazing new menu which has North eastern food. Loved their fresh juices and the breezy afternoons here. Attended a lovely art workshop and met like minded people.

Located in the interiors of Goa, this place took our hearts. We were there for an overnight stay and trust us it made us feel home. The vibes of this place is so soothing & vibrant.
The Village Studio has such tranquil and peaceful ambience to chill and just be yourself. They also keep on organizing different Cultural & Art events, Music & Yoga sessions, etc amongst other things.
They offer some really delicious food and their menu is a win-win for non-vegetarians.
We tried some of their dishes for breakfast and loved them.
- Beetroot Tikki
- Vegetable Pockets
- Pancakes (Add it to your must have list)
- Masala Chai (because we can’t do without chai)
You can just sit here with a cup of coffee or a beer and enjoy the serenity of the place. Everything here is so beautiful and organic, it makes you feel lively.
They have got 2 rooms to offer for accommodation, which are listed on Airbnb. Imagine waking up to such a beauty!
Special mention to the hosts, they made us feel super comfortable and nice. The Village Studio is surely on our list every time we will be Goa.

It's a lovely serene place. Perfect for eopele with pets! I came with my labrador and thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The restaurant was closed for holidays and hence couldn't try out the food. I am sure it would be great cuz the menu sounds wonderful! The host is easy going and wonderful!
Several things say "Relaxation" in life. One? Watching the last scene of Sam Peckinpah's The Wild Bunch with a cup of tea. Two? Listening to the latest Burial track while the monsoon rain falls outside. Three? The Village Studio, Goa. An utterly charming place, nestled in a beautiful old Portguese village, with a truly incredible host and amazing setting. As someone once said "your heart would break with so much beauty."
Attended a small Manish Pingle concert here. Lovely, intimate setting - there were about 25 people at the event treated to an hour and a half of exquisite music. Great experience.
Had a wonderful time at the village studio. Loved their food, specially their fish dishes. A nice quiet space run by a humble staff.

Finally found myself a cozy nook in goa. Hosted a workshop there and witnessed some fun events at the space. Food was homely and yum!
