While my stay at Hotel Unite provided a satisfactory experience overall, there were a few areas where improvements could be made. Here is my constructive criticism of my stay at Hotel Unite:
One aspect that could be improved is the responsiveness of the hotel's staff. While they were generally friendly and accommodating, there were instances where it took longer than expected to address certain requests or inquiries. Improving the communication and response time would enhance the overall customer experience and ensure a smoother stay for guests.
The maintenance of the facilities could also be more meticulous. Although the rooms were generally clean, there were a few areas that could benefit from more thorough cleaning and attention to detail. Additionally, some aspects of the room, such as furniture or fixtures, showed signs of wear and tear, which could be addressed through regular maintenance and updates.
The noise insulation within the hotel could be improved as well. During my stay, I noticed that sounds from the hallway or adjacent rooms could sometimes be quite audible, causing disruptions to my rest. Enhancing the soundproofing measures would contribute to a more peaceful and restful atmosphere for guests.
Another area of improvement would be the variety and quality of the breakfast offered. While the breakfast options were decent, there was a lack of variety and the overall quality could be elevated. Providing a wider selection of fresh and appetizing dishes would add value to the guests' dining experience.
Finally, the hotel could consider incorporating additional amenities or facilities to further enhance the guest experience. For instance, the addition of a fitness center or a business center would cater to the needs of different types of travelers, ensuring a more well-rounded stay.
Overall, while Hotel Unite provided a satisfactory stay, addressing the areas mentioned above would contribute to an even more enjoyable and memorable experience for guests. By focusing on staff responsiveness, maintenance, noise insulation, breakfast quality, and the addition of amenities, Hotel Unite has the potential to elevate its offerings and provide an exceptional stay for its guests.

Hotel Unite provided a great experience for me my first time in India. I had a previous booked reservation confirmation with Shamyana Hotel, when I reached the hotel.
Hotel Unite provided a great experience for me my first time in India. I had a previous booked reservation confirmation with Shamyana Hotel, when I reached the hotel. They told me they could not accommodate me, that they did not have my reservation. They hotel stole my money and told Hopper that I stayed at their hotel after refusing me. However, Hotel Unite came to my rescue. Not only where the accommodating. They were very friendly and was too eager to help. I had a wonderful stay the morning Free breakfast, the room service, the general great customer service that was giving by there staff was EXCELLENT. I would recommend Hotel Unite to anyone planning a trip to Pathankot.
We have booked at party' hall for our function.
Why i am giving 5 star to this hotel please see below mentioned points.
1.Best service ever provided by their staff .
2.owners of the hotel are very corporative and humble .
3.Food , and dinner was awesome.
4. We have invited 200 guests every guests are happy with their services and tastes of food.

After staying here times I can confidently say that this is THE BEST hotel in Pathankot to stay, party with family or friends and even for that matter just to have a meal.
1. The staff are very welcoming and ever ready to assist you in any way possible.
2. Rooms are spacious, bright and tidy. Washrooms are clean.
3. Restaurant is awesome and food taste is amazing.
4. Aura bar is exceptional.
This hotel is deserve aa all star because they have facilities is very good
I never stayed there but if I'll talk about the entrance it is not clean as it should be when you enter and on the right side you can see sofas no doubt they are expensive but not cleaned secondly washrooms are also not cleaned and need to be maintained. I'm posting this here because I want to send this message to the owner please sir this hotel is Amazing but like a car maintains this hotel. The remaining services are affordable and hygienic.
