The bakery was highly recommended and thereby decided to visit the place for breakfast. This probably was a bad Idea as they do not have actual breakfast but generally bakery items.
We ordered a few items on display and was pleasantly surprised to see the bread so soft that it felt as light as cotto
Little cute bakery. Nice, fresh pastry. We especially liked coconut cookies and chocolate croissant. Very nice tea with a pinch of cardamom flavor.
been here couple of times, overall a better quality than the mass produced using dalda or palm oil in the local market bakery.
good parking space, limited options of baked goods and somewhat pricy for few items.
you either like it or hate it..
most selling items- donuts@10/-,sweetbuns@10/-,coconut bun
small & wonderful place to chill & have some food & drinks with your family & friends. Also we made new friends there.
A small cute hut shaped bakery near Pemayangtse monestry. We reached around the closing time and most of their stuff was over. We bought cinnamon roll, doughnut and cream bun each in a parcel and loved all the items- buttery and delicious.
Best bakery in entire Sikkim (tried a few in other towns too
Soft very soft donut apple.pie . just loved it and super value for money
What an unexpected discovery! Wonderful food in a great location. Pizza, croissants, donuts, coffee, tea, cakes and more. Money raised goes to the school opposite. Tranquil surroundings with school children and travellers mixing. The incredible Pemayangtse Monastery is just up the road - pop in on t
Small quaint bakery. The tea was really good . The buns , apple pie and cookies were freshly baked and good
Cup cakes and coconut rolls are delicious 😋... Must try!
if you are expecting a quality like "Dunkin' Donuts" or "mad over donuts" don't go there. but what they serve is very awesome at a very cheap price.
All money raised goes to the nearby Denjog Pema Choling Academy, which works with underprivileged children. I respect them.
far better than I had any right to expect in pelling! the baked goods (apple rolls, pizza, donuts, eg). didn't try the bread) were nice--not great by international standards, but way way above average for India, and way better than you will get within 50km of it. (I dunno about Gangtok.) get whate
A quaint bakery just on the outskirts of Pelling, between Pelling & Pemyangtsey Monastery, on the left going out from Pelling. They serve a competent enough coffee & the baked items are good enough but not always straight from the oven. A single storied wooden structure, it has a rustic air to it &
Oh dear, a cake shop on the way to and from our destination of Pemayangtse on one day and Rabdentse Ruins another day. Stop and top up your energy levels in the way there and then stop on the way back :-)
Anything you eat will be burnt off with all the walking you're doing so it's all guilt free :-
Food is good and fresh. A nice getaway to have bakery food if you are fed up of local food like noodles and momos
Beautiful little co-op bakery on the way to Pemayangtse monastery. Chocolate croissant and tea were delicious!
The best bakery in the world. I visit this special place every time I cross Pelling.
