The taste was good but sweets are placed at a premium price. 1 kg of normal peda cost around 460/- and pista Peda at 540/- per kg.
You can get Pilani's best quality of traditional Rajasthani sweets and namkeen here. PEDE, LADDU, JALEBI and MALPUA are very delicious and mouthwatering. If you're a non diabetic foodie, definitely you'll love to visit here.

All sweets contain adequate sugar, NOT EXCESS which is a good thing.

Established 1921, I think this shop can be counted in one of the oldest sweet shops across India.
Famous for their Shekhawati Peda, Laddoo and Bhujia, no one else nearby beats the taste and quality of Mahaveerji.
Other must try items include Jalebi, Kaju Katli, Mohathal, Mathri, Gond Pak, etc.
Jalebi is made only on Sundays.
All items are made in desi ghee and no preservatives are used.
They can ship medium to large quantities across India and even outside India as well.
On festivals, there is queue outside just to get a few boxes of sweets.
The owners very humble and friendly to talk to. A must visit if you are ever in Pilani and try a few sweets from their shop.
Quality and service both are top class. Name of Chirawa PEDA is there but if some one taste Pilani ,he/she will never like Chirawa .It is really super

I visited Pilani, my home town, recently and no visit would be complete without buying and eating pedas from Mahaveerji. I bought several kilos to gift my friends and relatives in Delhi. These pedas are the best!
