It is well known for its misal but I personally think that the misal was ok not up to my expectations. It was very much overloaded with the namkeens. So I didn’t like it personally.
Top most place for authentic misal. Trust me their misal is worth having in your life. Perfect blend of spices ,you will never feel heartburn after having this misal ,which happens with most of the spicy dishes.Unlike all other misaal they don't put only tari n lots of farsan but they actually put mataki in their misal with generous amount of farsan.I had misal at many many places but Arihant misal is my all time favourite and I don't like any other misal. You can also try their dahi wala and mataki bhel. There are equally tasty.
One of the best place to have Misal , Bhel and Panipuri .
It has one of the best Bhel in the locality. The best part it all the flavours required which are perfectly balanced . The panipuri here is also more than average in taste . But i like Bhel more than panipuri .

Was craving for misal & had been hearing about Arihant Misal from a long time on PEO, so without thinking twice I headed to Arihant Misal with my elder brother. Wanted to taste something new, so had Cheese Misal & my brother had Dahi Misal.
The misal was served along with slices of cucumber, lemon and finely cut onion as well. The amount of matki was perfect, tarri was spicy as expected!
In short it was worth visiting Arihant Misal. One of the best Misal I have had in PCMC.
They offer many snacks items (as mentioned in Menu above) and Misal is just 1 of them. Very Spicy/Medium Spicy/Less Spicy are options for Misal. I have collected Misal Parcel many times (told my preference "least spicy") and it has been tasty & nice always. Staff is prompt & co-operative. Place looks congested but neat & clean :)

Arihant is a popular place in PCMc serving fast food/quick snacks. The ambience of this place is simple and seating is comfortable. I visited last week along with my friend for evening snacks. We visited this place around 5 PM.
We tried Bhel & Misal Pav. The Bhel was tangy spicy in taste which was topped with shev and was superb in taste, Misal Pav was also good in taste with medium spicy rassa (curry) with good amount of sprouts in it, it was served along with finely chopped onion, cucumber slices and lemon wedge. The rassa was nicely blended. It was sweet spicy in taste.
Overall: The restaurant was not fully occupied yet the service was slightly slow, we had to remind the service guy twice for our order. Restaurant was hygienic. We paid Rs 106 for 1 Bhel, 1 misal and 2 extra pav which is quite reasonable and food quality was excellent.
One would easily find a misal place in every nook and corner in and around Pune, what gives Arihant the bragging rights is that it's misal even though not being spicy as one would like it has the taste that makes you crave for more, taste that is brought out by the right proportion of spices which they keep varying with the seasons.
Wonderful in taste, even the rassa served was very good in taste.
They are charging 5% GST since 1st Dec now.
Thought the seating arrangement is very conjusted.

If you love the Kolhapuri taste this is the place. You have to ask for tarri for extra spicy taste.
There is always a wait, sitting is really what we call as awesome. It's cramped up. The first floor is good to sit. Poha, wada and misal are my personal favourite here.
The misal is apt in quantity and serve hot. It is perfect balance of all spicies.
Though I like my pav to be served hot. The cold pav is what I really didn't like. Though the pav was good but I like it served hot, especially on tava. It was a good experience, parking is a bit of an issue.
When u feel like eating asal kholapuri misal must Visit this place. Always rushed by young crowd and reason being spicy food served here.
Tried Misal here and one of the spicy Misal I came across. Staff is good. Talk with owner very nice he showed us his hygiene and clean kitchen

Been here on a nice Sunday morning as I had cravings for an authentic (or, almost authentic!) Kolhapuri misal. And as it was Sunday, the place was jam-packed even at 11 A.M. I got to sit after almost 1 hour. I ordered one misal pav and one plate of double dahi wada. Misal was delicious. The presentation and the taste of misal almost reminded me the misal I used to have in Kolhapur. Misal was spicy, yet satisfying to the taste buds. Definitely one of the best I had in Pune till now. Dahi wada was chilled and little bit on sweeter side. But I always like my dahi wada sweet, so no complaints here as well. I'll call it "Sahi Wada" rather than "Dahi Wada". Don't expect much from the ambiance. This is a really small joint. There is also another sitting space above, but if the place gets too crowded, you would have to share the table with other person. And the height of upper floor is so short that I almost saved my head hitting to the ceiling, so mind it! Not really complaining here, but I really wished the owner could have done something about this.
Service was a little late, but that's not something to complain about as it was Sunday, and on a Sunday, you could expect this from any famous place which is bursting out with people. I might give a try on weekdays and see how well the service really is. Prices are reasonable considering the taste and quality of food which's been served here. A nice and good place in Chinchwad area for a nice breakfast, especially if you are a die hard Misal lover like me. Because, they who love misal, will never be settled on anything less.
Misal is no doubt good and tasty as it should be. Bhel and Shev Puri also good. But the hotel is tiny and situated on busy road. Service is satisfactory. Ambiance needs to be improved a lot. I would like to try more dishes.

Being a Sangli kar this place is closest place to my heart . We just love there sangli special bhel, pani puri and misal . Misal and its tarri is perfect spicy and well balance . A tarri of misal is totally non acitic . A perfect misal should be like this .

When it comes to Misal, Then Arihant definitely comes in the top 3 for PCMC. I'm a Misal enthusiast and I love to try different misal. The hunger for good misal took me here.
The ambiance is something which never to is considered when it comes to Misal joints. As per my experience, I had the best misal where the ambiance was poor. I can assure that you will always get the best misal when there's bad ambiance.
This one is pretty good as per the ambiance. As they serve lots of other things than misal and they're known for their bhel also. The joint is hygienic and clean always.
I've tried following things -
Nadkhula special Misal - This was the first and last time I tried cheese with Misal which definitely disappointed me and I was cursing myself to go with that option. The addition of cheese changes the entire taste of misal. They added dahi wati alongside misal which was an addition to my disappointment. It makes it mild and changes the original flavor which you come to taste. The cheese thing, personally I didn't like it. I separated the cheese and tried the rest part which was pretty good. The matki had a nice flavor and had a good amount of broth to it. The main part of misal is tarri and matki which here was perfect. I was happy with the taste.
Cutwada - Cut wada was good and the cut had nice spicy punch with medium watery consistency to cut. The wada was pretty big and had a perfect filling inside it.
Overall Verdict - I can definitely say that it's one of the best Misal joints in PCMC and satisfies the cravings. Although I'm against the addition of cheese and dahi to misal which changes the main original taste.
They have got an awesome misal. Highly recommended is the misal with cheese. Must try for every misal lover. I have been there multiple times just to eat the cheese misal.

A sunday well spent..
Reached there by 9:30 am hoping to sneak in within half hr as it was sunday..
But was lucky enough to get a seat within 15min..wow...
Ordered the legendary misal..and a dahi wada..as a sweet accompaniment..
5 on 5 for misal..as always..
But what took me by surprise was the dahi wada.. utterly delicious..lip smacking..and very fresh..

First and Foremost.This place is more sort of breakfast time specialist and the Cultural Maharashtrian breakfast items have a complete upper hand over the South Indian items.
I would rate the breakfasts in below order.
1) Misal
2) Pohe
3) Upma
4) Batata Wada
5) Udid Wada
6) Idli
Misal is the best one in typical Kolhapuri style (which emphasizes more on Farshan over shev)
They do customize between Medium and spicy after asking us our preference.
Another best option for breakfast is Pohe Upma MIX . Simple, healthy and hearty breakfast.
After breakfast , Despite tea and simple coffee being the favorites , Cold coffee and Solkadhi are some good and different options in section of beverages which are worth giving a try.
If its evening time , the chaat items dominate the tastes over Pav bhaji item. Bhel Puri items especially are amazing with perfect chutney combinations.
There is a rush in the morning and seating arrangement is a bit clumpsy (Although it doesnt matter).
Recommended for multiple visits and Maharashtrian breakfasts.
This is the best hotel in the PCMC to enjoy Bhel, Paani puri, whatever in this category. Awesome finger licking taste and quality & hygiene too. Quantity is also very good. I would say that you must have to try here out you won't be disappointed..
Visited Arihant yesterday. Ordered Bhel, & Paanipuri. Bhel was perfect though the quantity has been reduced than earlier. Paanipuri tasted good but Puris were soggy. I mentioned this to staff. Our dish was promptly replaced. In the new paanipuri dish, there was similar issue. They didn't bill us for paanipuri. This is a good effort to keep your customer happy.

Taste is good..BUT you wont get to share your misal until you order a dish for yourself..PLUS they will provide only limited kat(rassa) even if you are two people and ordered two dishes. But the guy on the other table who is eating alone gets unlimited kat..and you end up paying the same amount!! LOL!!
If you want probably the tastiest breakfast in all of Chinchwad, visit this place. Though they have very limited seating capacity and service has much scope for improvement, you cant get the taste anywhere else...Misal, Pohe, Upma, Medu wada all yum!

After been to lot of Misal joints in PMC and PCMC, I told halt near much known Misal joint on social media and PEO and thought to give a try. The place is ample of sitting arrangements and was hygiene. I love the way helper used to make you comfortable with menu and a smile. Arihant Misal was damn awesome and perfect in taste. Serving time was too quick. I got a chance to speak with the owner about the cashless payment which should be implemented for swift payment, however his reply was quite explainable and very polite.
Issue is only with car parking near the place, however quite a good experience. Must try.
I usually prefer south indian breakfast but also a misal lover. So sometimes eat misal in the breakfast as well.
This time it was Arihant.
Misal - Good quality of farsan with a little thick rassa accompanied with 4 soft pav, onion and extra tarri. The spice level is high but not too high. It tastes really good.
Idli , Wada - Idli and wada as well are nixe options here. Only thing is the chutney is sweet here which is a little turn down for me.
Bhadang Bhel- I had this for first time and liked it a lot. It looked so red making it look too spicy. But it was tasty not too spicy. Chutney, onion made it tastier. Made a very good first impression.
Misal was good. It is not too spicy not too sweet. Ambience is good. Overall it was good. You should try atleast once.

This is one of the places where I have seen no drop in quality and taste over years. The rassa/sample is well balanced and is medium spicy. This misal has decent amount of sprouts with good quality farsan. As usual, I opted for extra tarri to make it suitable for my palate.
They also serve good quality chat items and are must try.
Overall : Service was prompt, restaurant was hygienic. Highly recommended place for all Misal lovers.
Misal is kind of addiction. It's taste improves after repeating it . We visited Arihant misal few days back . Resto is pretty clean but service isn't that good . We had cut Wada and Naad khula Arihant special misal . We also ordered kadak chaha (strong tea). Tea wasn't that appealing. It didn't seem that strong . Special misal had a cheese and butter in it . I didn't like that combo . Cut Wada was okay .

Great misal !! This is really great misal though 'rassa' was so thick. As kolhapuri we like to drink/ eat 'rassa' but this is not potable 'rassa' . You can only have it with 'paav' and in misal. I can call it masala instead of 'rassa' or 'cut' . But over all great misal in pimpri. Staff was really good and unlimited 'rassa' was surprise for me as you do not get it everywhere in Pune. We also buy the 'bhadang' from this hotel that's also testy. This was really Sangli style bhadang. Overall must visit place in Pimpri.

If you are looking for some good spicy 'misal' you should try this place. Amazing taste which you will love for sure. It is a bit congested but for place providing snacks its more than enough. Chat corner is pretty good too.
Typical kolhapuri taste in all of dishes , and yes kolhapuri means not only HOT in taste but its a typical taste of home made spices!

Visited this place first time as I heard about their misal. It is located in middle of chinchwadgaon, good location. Ambiance is not much large. Crowded with customers, so I shared table. ordered dhahi misal and solkadhi. Service was fast, I got misal in 5min. misal taste was good and spicy, worth it. I am not satisfied with solkadhi. Next time thinking about some chat dishes here.

Misal is no doubt a mouthwatering item and loved by everyone. But whenever anyone suggests me Misal place in Pune I never get that excited. The reason is, I am from Nasik and Nasik is not only city for grapes but famous for delicious and wide variety of Misals. However, I must admit that Arihant is an exception. Not only because they serve the best Misal, but the Misal definitely has a unique taste, which is awesome.
The first bite make it taste little sweet, but you get that Misal jerk later on. It’s not unnecessarily hot but spicy enough that one can enjoy the dish. Pav could be little better, more fresh and bigger in size.
They also serve other items like Sabudana khichadi, Batatewada, variety of bhel, solkadhi, basundi etc. We tried Sabudana khichadi and Basundi but I will say, let the place be famous for Misal only, other items looks to be just for the sake – doesn’t have any great taste neither any uniqueness as it has for their misal.
The place is bit tiny, so over weekends go with mind of waiting and yeah importantly you may need to share your table with others – of course its not hangout place after all. Parking is equally an issue especially if you have four wheeler. I heard a lot about their variety of Bhel – so that’s reserved for next visit 😊

On insistence of a friend went to this place. Writing this review after two visits of the place.
The place is small with limited seating at the first floor accommodating 25-30 people at once. Finding a parking can be tricky especially if you have a four wheeler as the place is just beside the main road.
The menu offers variety for a snacks place.
The waiters wer new when I went but their service is super fast.
We ordered Arihant special misal, paneer bhel, cheese pulav (second visit orders). And mind you being a fan of Misal and tried at numerous places the special Misal finds a place in top 5 Misals in Pune!!. That was neither too spicy nor too much of "Farsan" and stuff. The upper layer as perfect with a inge of lemon and the Pav were very very soft, warmed with butter.
My friends liked the pulav,however for me it was just Okay. The Bhel was a little disappointing.
The place is very very economical. Will soon visit to try other things on the menu.

"जिकलंस भावा,आणि काय पाहिजे.बस्स" आमच्यासाठी हिच जन्नत झाली. (पुण्यात भेळ पाणीपूरीला UP,बिहारी टेस्ट असते तिथे अस्सल सांगली कोल्हापुरी टेस्ट मिळणे म्हणजे जन्नतच). ज्याना कुणाला सांगली कोल्हापुरी भडंगची चव चाखायची असेल अश्यानी नक्की भेट द्यावी. भेळ नाही मिळाली पण भडंग तरी मिळाला आणि तोही अस्सल आपली टेस्ट असलेला.

Had Sunday breakfast with family at Arihant. Ordered medium spicy Misal with Dahi wati. Misal was very tasty and had sev, crispy farsan and matki with brown colored sample. Chopped onion, sliced cucumber and lemon was served separately. Paav was fresh and soft. Brown sample had its own unique taste and was refilled with hot sample by service staff. Chilled Solkadhi served at end was nice and tasty.
If you are looking for tasty misal, and not just hot water with lots of red chilli powder, then Arihant is the place!!!

One of the best place to have nice Bhel. A regular customer at this hotel from past 5 Years. They have maintained the taste. Ooli Bhel, Masala Puri, Paani Puri, Farsan Bhel are the most recommended. I would like to try Misal & other Chaat items as well. The only problem with the place is, the place is quite conjusted. Nice little outlet. This place is near Chinchwad Bus Depo & easy to locate. One piece of advice to the people, Go there when you are extremely hungry .. :D
Arihant is a humble eatery specialising in the local Maharashtrian breakfast flavour bracket. Go straight for a no nonsense original 'Naadach Khula' misal, without any butter or cheese add ons. For a variety their special pav bhaji, mattha and veg pulav are also worth trying...although their dahi vadas are the real deal. Akkha masoor and the butter roti combination is a scrumptious option for lunch. Although not very comfortable seating and heavier on the wallet than their competitors, they make sure that the taste and service do make up for it...

Good place for Misal Pav. Misal was very tasty & yummy. Quality and quantity was good.
Some points need to improve i.e seating arrangement and ambience, there is no space for 4 wheeler parking, you can park 2 wheeler in front of the shop.
But I found the overall good place for misal.

They offers maharashtrian food. They have options like Misal, Bhel, Pani Puri, Bhel Puri, Pav bhaji, Cold coffee, Taak, tea, Pohe, Upma, Dahi Wada. I will suggest Misal, Poha and Dahi wada must try. The staff is polite and serve faster. Quantity and quality is quite good.

Also here you can have dum Matka Misal which is just awesome Misal serves in Matka and added the charcoal wati witj ghee and the smoke from that gives a different flavour to the misal..

Heard a lot about Arihant Misal but never get the chance to visit this place. Mostly avoided due to parking issues and congested seating that was visible from the street.
From my today's experience, not wow factor but regular misal. Service was very slow. I could see people from 2 tables were waiting for bread for a long time and was getting kinda aggressive because of delay. Seeing this, we ordered extra bread as we got our misal, but no difference, we had to wait for longer than expected.
Visited on 5th April 2033: tried “Nadach khula Dum Misal” : This was the best misal I ever tried till today. It’s really match the name “नादच ख़ुळा दम मिसळ!!!” अप्रतिम!
Good place for Misal Pav and dahi vada.
Misal was tasty and quality and quantity was good. Importantly there was healthy Mataki (sprouts) in misal.
Dahi vada is must try.
To be Frank I am not a fan of Misal Pav. One of my friend suggested this place to try misal. To my surprise, the misal was really good and tasty. I had ordered their misal Thali and everything provided in the thali was really good and amazing. I liked misal there. I would definitely recommend to try their misal once. Dahi vada was also perfect which was there in the thali.
Quite a good place for Misal lovers.

We visit this place regularly. Cheese special misal or Arihant special they call it, is our favorite. Must try. It comes with kadak pav, ask for extra kadak pav(they make it more crispy), tastes much better.
Even the plain misal is good. It has got very awesome taste. Perfect spice levels and the combination of spices is good. It has got very unique taste.
Owner is a very nice person, very friendly. The staff is also good and polite. They serve you well. I have been a regular visitor of this place for a long time and the quality still remains the same as tasty as it was.
Misal is no doubt good and tasty as it should be. Bhel and Shev Puri also good. But the hotel is tiny and situated on busy road. Service is satisfactory. Ambiance needs to be improved a lot. I would like to try more dishes.
This place offers authentic puneri misal. Taste is good, quantities is ok, service is good. The only concern is less space for seating. You can give it a try.
