Misal pav is spicy and tasty. They are also famous for bhel, bhajji, Vada pav, Vada sample which are delicious. Prices are on the higher side compared to service. This place is one of the oldest places is area good for quick snacks.
Ambiance is ok, not the best for families. Cleanliness and hygiene are not maintained properly.
Based on the reviews from here, i visited this place for breakfast. I ordered misal pav and batata bhaji. The misal rassa and farshan you get here is quite different from other misal joints. Seems they following their old tradition. In rassa you will get green peas π« and the taste was very good not that much spicy and you get extra sample in small bucket πͺ£ which i almost completed with pav and batata bhajiπ₯Ή which tasted good too.
Overall good experience tasty misal pav. Recommended place.
One of the best place for Misal lovers,, service is too fast,, wada and Kanda/batata bhaji must try, once you taste the misal here you will definitely come back and recommends others π
Dnyanraj Bhuvan is a Lovely place to have misal, vadapav, batata bhaji, poha, chai, taak, mattha in chikhali. Tatya saheb (owner) is a very down to earth person. Also the staff is very polite & helpful. U must visit this place. Decent ambience, the interior walls display some of Pune's prominent places, history. I go fortnightly with family to relish. A must visit place to hv local breakfast. ππππ

Dnyanaraj Bhuvan has a legacy of more than 50 years. They serve probably one of the Best Missal in Pune. Also onion pakoda, potato pakoda, Matki Bhel and LAST BUT NOT THE LEASE "WADA PAV".
Taste is authentic and awesome. Place is not that appropriate but one who loves the taste, other things don't matter.

Tatya Lokhande Misal is 35 year old misal house. Spicy, delicious misal is probably the best in the area. The owner is humble and a kind person. Service can be better, but overall you would forget everything after having the misal.

The story of origin for Misal is hot debate topic for its lover. Being it's from Nashik, Pune or Kolhapur everyone has its own story. On early days its an mid day snacks for labourer, which meant to be fulfilled but also provide an energy to them. Earlier it used to be served with bhakari or chapati but now it usually serves with pav.
For few Misal is an snacks, but for many it's an emotion. There are many places to have Misal in and around the city, have there own way of preparations.
On the way explore, we are here at this place to have Misal, and to know own and unique way of preparation. Apart from it they also serves various types of bhajji like batata bhajji, kanda bhajji also serves vada pav and tea. In evening they also serves bhel.
Batata Bhajji was hot and crispy, misal is undoubtedly good.
