Never miss going to this cafe when you in Pondicherry. Located at the backside of the promenade beach road, this place is amongst the must-visit Kaffe. Though when we arrived, we were in a hurry and couldn't order much, but whatever we were being served was a real delish.
Talking about the ambience, this place has beautiful interiors with a comfortable seating arrangement. Colourful wallpapers and slow music makes it more attractive
Talking about the food, we ordered Mumbai Chicken Pulav, Pancakes and Fresh Lime Soda. A well-cooked Pulav with a good amount of check pieces were served hot accompanied with Raita. Pancakes were beautifully made accompanied with chocolate sauce.
Everything was served on time with no delay. Thanks to the service and staff.

Visited this cafe randomly strolling around. Unexpectedly it turned out to be good. The quality of food was good and the service was also very fast. We tried tawa pulao and Chinese combo. Both were tasty and the price was also reasonable.
Attracted by the good rating, we headed to this cafe for dinner. But, to be very honest, it is not a dinner place, given the less number of options. The service was a tad bit slow, but the ambience is so relaxing and laid back that it lent a good experience overall. The one dish that I liked here quite a lot was the pesto pasta, which was creamy and tasted of basil.
Amazing no-nonsense food. Rolls, sandwiches and cold coffee are great. Located on a beautiful street right next to the beach. Ambience can be better, but again this place is more about food, rather than having a wow experience.

The restaurant is located in the vicinity of the promenade beach. One of the best places when it comes to quantity, quality, and taste. The interior and music were warm and cozy. Coming to food, For drinks, we had Oreo Cookie SHake and Vanilla shake. Both of them were thick and yummy. We also tried Lavender fizz which was okayish in taste. Next, we tried Mushroom corn sandwich and chicken sandwich accompanied with potato wafers and creamy salad, the stuffing was amazing in taste and the sandwich was crispy. We also tried aloo and paneer paratha which was huge and delicious. Aloo paratha was loved by everyone in presence. Since everything was so yummy, we couldn't resist trying some more starters, hence we ordered spicey corn nuggets which was again delicious. The chicken salad was average in taste. For desserts, we had Caramelized banana waffle which was the only disappointment we had in terms of taste. Topping couldn't justify the base hence we had to order another topping that is chocolate sauce as add on though it couldn't make it batter as the waffle was not crispy altogether. Overall we had a happy delicious meal and I would love to revisit this place to try out their remaining delicacies.

This would be an ideal pit stop for a short lunch break if you are venturing the French Colony of Pondicherry on foot. Located on Rue Dumas Street, in a quiet neighborhood, is this lovely cafe.
The place was decked up with vibrant wall colors and bright furniture. Sit by the big French window for a lovely background to take some amazing insta-worthy pictures. There is also a cute little store called lil pottery town on the right where you can buy pottery and clay items made by the locals.
P.S. The cold coffees and pesto sandwich were very very delicious and yummy.
Great ambience and music (Hindi though). Staffs are courteous, will make you feel comfortable, no negative or partial vibes that I have noticed in other cafes of pondicherry. Food is decent enough, service time is quite comfortable.

This is a very beautiful little cafe with the amazing decor and ambience, located in white town. The food menu comprises of a fusion of desi Indian cuisines along with some other cuisines. We had butter chicken and prantha combo which was decent in taste. Also, we had pancakes at this place which were yummmmm! So, my overall experience at this place was pretty good.

A really beautiful place located at a walkable distance from Rock beach that offers some amazing coffee.
We headed to this place just for some hot mocha coffee but after tasting it, we ended up ordering mushroom cheese paratha as well.
Left this place with a happy tummy😃 since we were quite full before visiting this place, we couldn't order much. But if I ever visit Pondy again, this will be in my list for sure.
Also, staff is really pleasant who greets you with a smile, and is always there for assistance.
The ambience is very welcoming and cute. Had been there after being recommended by a friend. We had ordered Hakka noodles with chili chicken, cold chocolate, cold coffee and potato wedges. The only concern was being so hot in Pondicherry, they had their AC’s off when we stepped in, it took about 20min for the place to cool which wasn’t appreciated.
Situated in the street next to the Rock Beach in White Town, this restaurant's two page menu punches way above its weight. We tried potato wedges, pav bhaji and Bombay pulao. The quantity was bountiful for our group of 4, and was matched by it's satisfactory taste.
Ordered cold coffee and chicken curry with rice , the taste was perfect , a place for perfect south Indian :)

Lovely place to have lunch with friends. The ambience is cute. And the staff are really good. Not only the food, the drinks were amazing too. Loved the paneer french toast, bombay sandwhich, paneer sandwhich. Cappuccino and cold frappe were amazing too. The oreo shake could have been better.

Oh my gawd! These were the only words that came out my basil pesto filled mouth. Simple amazing taste.
It’s a not so small, not so big place in the streets of heritage town. If you won’t keep checking for the train sign board of this restaurant you’ll surely loose the track.
Ambience is mesmerising. The colours chosen for the interior was calming and delightful. If I wanted to judge this place on ambience also then I would have given 5 stars. Cushions on sofas and chairs were soft. Designs on wall were relative and with proper separation from other people having food.
Staff was so polite that I literally wanted to him to sit me and have dinner. From watchman guard to waiter serving the food everything was perfect no delays no hates.
I ordered basil pesto and chilly paneer with veg hawka noodles. I’ve been to this place couple of times before but never tried basil pesto. What brought the difference was the colour. I think this the only place which serves green pasta. They brought an Indian fusion to Italian cuisine. Just a small glitch, they could have used less olive oil. Even that oil was increasing the taste.
What to say about noodles and paneer! Paneer’s texture so soft and the number were also good. Noodles went good along with pasta.
This all came up to ₹400 which didn’t make me think that it was too much or less. The cost was justified after the food that I had.
If I’d to tell which is best restaurant you’ve tried in Pondi till now then surely I will say #TIKE.

The presentation on the plate was amazing. Only thing I would like to point out is, please replace the tissue papers with either paper towels or something else.
When you are serving such high quality food with those poor quality tissue papers, it just breaks my heart.
It would be great if you replace the plastic straw with a paper one.
You will fall in love with the ambience of this place. This is one of those cute and cosy places where you can get a perfect click and spend a perfect time. The food is good here although I would recommend not to try the veg burger. The rajma chawal is quite yummy. A little overpriced, but you will love the ambience.
It is a super cute place! The food is great, and specially the pesto - we went there twice just to eat it. The ambience is great and they even have an in-house shop as well.
For some reason pondy is very close to my heart after chennai if I wanted to settle one of the place is Pondicherry. I see drastic change in the cuisine I see hell a lot of varieties available around pondy and one among them is TIKE.
TIKE- Oh my gosh my all time favourite, my first waffle was here where my friend took us.. the taste was stuck where I couldn’t find the replacement anywhere so far in chennai.. I really don’t mind travelling to pondy just to have waffle and return back I love waffle and this place a lot.. there is no doubt waffle here is the bench mark to compare the taste in another restaurants. Just a request to the management team do maintain this standard forever. Anytime, anywhere if I think about waffle TIKE will hit my brain first.
Other food items are there but I have never tried as I have gluttony to consume only waffle.
If you really like someone and wanted to spend good time do bring them to white town and TIKE. You will have great time, I promise 🙂
A casual dining café dedicated to North Indian food in the French town.
Please try Mumbai Tawa Pulao; this popular Mumbai street food of rice & vegetables sauted together with pav bhaji masala & other spices-herbs was made just right. Delicious and filling at the same time. There is also Mumbai Chicken Pulao for non-vegetarians.
Paneer Paratha; this pan fried Indian flatbread was simple but mouth-watering. The traditional preparation definitely reminds one of “Gali Paranthe Wali” at Chandni Chowk in Old Delhi.
Try Chocolate Pancake for a happy ending meal.

I Loved this place ❤️ I am not a big fan of French food and when you find a place like this where you get "so like me" food, it made my day! If you are in Pondicherry, I would highly recommend to visit this cafe. This place has mouth watering food and decent ambience.
"Maggi omlet" is a must try. Ginger tea will help you relieve your tiredness ☕ Cheese and potato tikki layered with Arrabiata is a good to give a try.
"Oreo cookie shake" was yummiliciois 😍 "Calcutta rolls" are the best of rolls you might have ever tried.
This place will never disappoint you and I bet you would love to visit here again and again.

We had our last meal at this place. Such an adorable cafe, cute ambience. The staff here was so courteous and friendly. We ordered friend rice with chilli paneer , lemonade, goanese kokum cooler and paneer paratha; all of which was scrumptious and finger licking. This being the last meal in Pondicherry was probably the best. The menu has an Indian touch compared to its counterparts.
Finding good ice tea is a hard task but we finally found one here. The way they serve it is amazing . The interiors were comfy with big cushions and vibrant ambiance.
Went to try some french delecias at this outlet. Tried their pancakes and waffles. Surely was the softest waffle and pancake i've had, it did not have anything extravagant about it and that is what made it so special. The myple syrup and honey went well. Would rate this place to be a little overpriced.

Ordered Chinese Hakka Noodles with Chilli Paneer, and Mumbai Tawa Pulao. Mumbai Tawa Pulao was served with a side of curd topped with jeera powder. Both the dishes were equally delicious. Taste wise, the meal was very satisfactory.
However, I feel the quantity of food served was a little bit on the lower side.

Great food! It’s a small cafe in white town with amazing food. We ordered sandwiches, egg rolls, and paratha. All of them tasted good. The paratha was so filling that 2 of us could share it. The mushroom and pesto sandwich with fried egg is a must try if you visit this cafe!! Great flavors and great taste!!

Place with a nice ambience and good food. Friendly and attentive servers with great service too. We have egg salad, pesto pasta, garlic bread , club sandwich and cheese/ chicken omlette. All the dishes were very well prepared and we enjoyed our "breakfast"

This was a small place in one of the tangled by-lanes that adorn the town of Pondicherry. Like the signature of most cafes here, this too is an easy to miss place. We went there on recommendation on searching best breakfast places in Pondicherry. This was the third in the list. We ordered a chicken sandwich and an egg and ham salad, both of which were utterly delicious. The only qualm we had was it was slightly high on the budget as a breakfast menu. Other than that, very good.
It is a small cafe close to the church in white town. We were really hungry when we went to this place. And it satisfied all my hunger pangs. The rice were really good. And also pav bhaji was like homemade one. I m glad i went to this place when i was so hungry. I had a good experience all together.

We were looking for a good but relatively pocket friendly place for lunch and found this on google map. The ambience was not that great but has a little French colony vibe.
Crevettes (prawns/shrimps) a la creme with rice and sauce was delicious; quantity of the prawn was more than we expected. Steak Au Poivre was good but not as delicious as the prawn item. Overall it was a good and pocket friendly lunch - what we were looking for!!
I went to the cafe after 11:30 and was disappointed to find that only a French menu was available. I sampled Poulet Basquaise, chicken lasagna, pancakes, and cheesecake. The food was well-prepared and nicely presented, and the ambiance was calm and pleasant. However, the portion sizes could have been more generous. Overall, it's one of the better cafes in White Town.
We ordered Vietnamese Cold which was ok. Coffee & Cold coffee and Strawberry Mojito was very good. In food they have started French dishes and we ordered Prawn in cream sauce and fish in wine sauce. Both were tasty. Also ordered fish and chips which was less oily and crispy. Fish in all dishes were fresh. Overall a very good cafe offering good beverages and food.
Good cafe in white town area.After waiting for half an hour, they told that the cafe is closed and they didn't even provide the water also. After we insisted this point they prepared our order and provided. The taste was good. Ambiance was good. Please try to increase the quality of service.

Beautiful cafe. Located at the white town locality of coimbatore. Loved the ambience and decor. Food options were good. Tried Croissant and English breakfast with a fresh apple ginger juice. Definitely worth visiting.
