The hotel is closer from nearby tourist places like Rock beach, white town and the market for shopping. Although the rooms were clean and accomodating, the behaviour of staffs were not so customer-friendly. Even after informing them, they made us wait for nearly 45minutes for lunch. After taking orders, they took forever get our food delivered and had to call them from time to time to remember them.
Very good service and location. The food in restaurant is tasty and service staff are very polite. Room in hotel is very neat and clean. Well maintained both room. Car parking area alsosafe and good and put their security. Try to visit next time. Best wishes.
Good Hotel with vegetarian restaurant.
Just 1.5 km from Pondicherry Rock Beach and White Town. We enjoyed our stay here. Dosa was good here, Chutney was very tasty.
the restaurant is quite decent and serves a very nice milieu of Indian food (predominantly Tamil). However the ambiance of the restaurant, service and the maintenance of washrooms, hand wash demands better attention
We attended the banquet hall on fourth floor. The arrangement was very good. The food quality was also amazing. The staff are very courteous and always open to help with when you need any information.

Didn't try the room. Just tried their restaurant on the ground floor for breakfast. Group tables are available. Staff is nice and food is good. Kessari was complimentary on independence day. Perfect for impromptu get together!

The rooms are very well maintained though it's an old building. Breakfast was good and tasty. This hotel is on city center and approaching to this location is easy.
I stayed here for 3 days. Quite old but decent hotel with clean and neat rooms, good room service, tasty complementary breakfast at morning. I would like to give some exta stars/ points for it's very good 'Pure Veg.' restaurent and it's location.
