I liked the food I consumed over there. They have varieties of natural food which tasty, light and good for stomach. This shop also contains various alternative treatment medicines and equipment. It also has a huge variety of spiritual products which impressed my eyes with detailed explanation about the product.
This shop has a great variety of products which needs for our health. In one sentence we can get all products for health care and solutions for all health problems.

Visited a couple of times now, both to explore the health food shop and to have some food. The shop is very well stocked with health books, herbs and spices, fruit and nuts, many other health food products and some random things like beads, copper water bottles and accupuncture needles. The food is also delicious, offering a huge range of juices and raw food including salads and desserts. Everything is very reasonably priced.
It's a wonderful place. It's not New York level raw food but they have some very creative and tasty meals at good prices. The Dosa made from mashed sprouted lentils and spices served with coconut chutney and also the Vegetable rolls rolled up in cabbage leaf are my 2 favourite dishes. I usually drink them down with a sesame seed milk or carrot juice. They have great products on the shelves too such as Aloe Vera juice, Berberine. Raw Energy balls, Raw Indian Pickle, popped Amaranth, Natural soaps and house cleaners etc. All the girls working there are super friendly even if once in a while they accidently put jaggery in your juice.
The food is good, but not all. All sweets are extremely sweet, they put jaggery everywhere. Organic "tea" and "coffee" contain jaggery.
I liked special 9herbs juice, all juices are mixed with coconut milk, so not a strong taste. So for regular juice i prefer juice centres.
Tried amla soup- just coconut milk with Alma juice, used it as a drink.
For breakfast they use puffed rice and wheat, so i hardly can say it's raw.
The best thing I liked here is simple veg roll( asked don'tput onion and spices)
They have lots of curing powders, food, oils, books, even yoga mats, shoes and blenders.
The oddest creature in the cafe is the owner: he s totally unfriendly and angry ( even when i smiled to him), answers questions showing his unwillingness to answer. And you can't not to ask questions- because there're plenty of unknown goods for me.
He is unhappy person, but his wife ( I suppose) is quite informative and pleasant.

Great selection of organic pulses, herbs and snacks. The shop also has a wonderful selection of books on health for the body and the mind; acupuncture, massage and yoga equipment; and a nice looking cafe. Lots of products from Auroville, as you might expect.
A very affordable health food joint. In the age when healthy and organic means expensive, this a very affordable joint. If you want a luxary sitting, polite English speaking service please don't come here. But if you want to experience real india, health food at affordable rate, this is the place for you.
