Same as other kfc outlets.. what else u can expect.. taste is same most of the time if anytime u get something else, they usually change n provide u a good service, happen to me few times😅
Soooooooooooooooooooo gooooooood.... packing is good... about delivery time: have to be improved.... it took nearly 45mins to get to my place which is just 1-2km...
KFC cannot go wrong, and this one didn't, too. Many will say, "But what is the point in going all the way to Pondicherry and ordering in from KFC?" Well, my answer to that is, "It's KFC and it's yum!" We ordered their chicken popcorn and were not disappointed.
So this is the first KFC in Pondicherry.. always crowded, placed at the right location.. tastes like any other KFC outlet . Must needed for the lovely population. Opened quite late after all the other food chain outlets, yet spacious and good.
Found this place while driving towards Pondicherry, just like any other KFC outlet serving the same menu. Food was ok, the outlet is spacious.

We got the food home delivered.As always the best..my love for KFC chicken is undying. We ordered the zinger box and the fried chicken tub..loved it like any other time.the oil and the fried part is worrying..but sometimes the binging can't be stopped!

I am in Puducherry on vacation. Went to KFC MG road. Ordered 2pc Smoky Grilled, 2 Chicken Longer, 1Alphonso Burst, Large Pepsi and Large Fries. I got 1 mini burst free on paying through Paytm.
The order got ready in 10minutes. The ambience of the restaurant is good and have enough seating space on1st floor.
The Staff (Amma, forgot her full name) was very polite, soft spoken with a smiling face.
2piece Smoky Grilled was perfectly grilled with fresh chicken leg pieces. Chicken longer was also tasty with fresh bread and fried chicken pieces. Alphonso burst was yummy with mango flavour having perfect quantity of ice crush mixed. Pepsi was cold and Fries were also fresh and good in taste. Free Mini burst was also very tasty.
Was there for takeaway. Veg strips were good. Smoky Chicken not as good as crispy chicken. Chicken strips were ok, but rice was quite sad. May be this place is best for burgers
The new double down burger has been added in my list of favourites... Chicken popcorn and the other amazing dishes by KFC will never disappoint you... The new zinger burger combo is a total money saver if you don't want to go hard on your pocket...
This has always been my best destination to land whenever I am hanging out. A usual KFC outlet, I just love every single thing about it. However I have been to other outlets of KFC I never get disappointed by their service and taste of the food.
The service was extremely satisfying. We enjoyed eating both veg and non veg. There is immense place to have your meal. The rates are quite reasonable and feasible. The outlet is situated in the middle of the town and so you can even map to the place very easily.
A usual kfc, promoting the existing reputation. Located in the center of the town perhaps no parking space. Known for Wednesday offers and multiple combo's.
Now does KFC need a review.... but of late this has been my fav team out destination.

This KFC outlet is located at MG road.We ordered one smoky grilled chicken rice bowl,hot wings and mingle bucket.Taste was good as usual like in any other outlet.Ambience and service was good.
Tasty food, reasonable price, good customer service, great deals. If you want a quick bite there no other place in pondy if ur a chicketarian.
Chicken was good, even it was customized for me adding up some spice..

Yesterday me and my husband visited M G road (Nehru Street) KFC for taking some take away burgers.
After reaching at resort we found one veg burger was missing.
We called KFC and they assured us to send it to our resort which is 20 km away from Nehru Road.
It was around 8pm and heavy rains started.
After about 30 min guy not only delivered yummy burger 🍔but bought us complementary rice bowl 🍲 which was very very mouthwatering.

Reliable food chain - ordered chicken wings, hot & crispy chicken, popcorn, boneless strips. No problem with service or taste. Got coupons worth Rs 2500 which were useful for next 6 months.
Another typical kfc.....they need no reviews to describe their taste...only things needed to be mentioned is their location and dining area...it provides an awesome...dining experience within the busy mg road
KFC is same everywhere in terms of costing and menu. While I'm a veggie I love their veg bowl rice. They have enough place to for you to dine and you also quickly get the ordered food with average timing of five minutes
Thrice .visted with friends and sissy .same like evey centres.but service is good enough....went after lingaa first half ..first time tried masala fries .
Located on one of the street corner of the busy MG road, this outlet is an easy access for all the hotels and lodges in and around the rock beach.
Ambiance(4/5): It's an individual duplex outlet of KFC. Quite big. Nicely lit. And very clean. The seating is good too.
Service(4/5): I have had food from here thrice. The service is quick and hassle-free. You don't need to wait for long. I have been here once at the very last hour (almost their closing time) and even then they did allow me to place my order, though most of the dishes were over. 'twas very courteous of them.
Food and VFM(4/5): It's the same everywhere. No complaints. :D
As a frequent customer of this joint, I can safely say that I began to like this particular KFC more than any other KFC I have been to. Great service, nice food and decent ambience.
The type f dishes r awesomeeeee..........various types f combos nd dishes.....nice place nd seating arrangement........very hygienic........
Over all experience was good. Too much traffic to this area. I am sure car parking is impossible. We managed to keep our bike. Washroom is really mess. It was not hygienic. Please do the needful.
The outlet here in Pondicherry in mg road is soo good.
It was my first experience to order by self in a display monitor, it is so responsive and convenient.....
Love the way seating arrangements are made and decorated....
One thing that they can do is to provide some table or other mean of furniture to sit in ground floor while waiting for collecting our order ......

Parking is very difficult and getting to this KFC in Four wheeler on weekends is impossible as both entrances are surrounded by Sunday market shops....better to order online on weekends.... dining is upstairs and again not suitable for people who find it difficult to climb stairs...... otherwise the dining place is clean and the ambiance is good ......staff are helpful.....
This restaurant could be better managed. Waiting time is too long and the service is okay. I have been to this eatery many time at around 9 - 9.30 pm and most of the times most of the items on the menu list were not available. They can improve the cleanliness and the staffs are friendly and responsible. Overall rating is okay.
We first time visited KFC in Pondicherry… we had a 1.5 km walk to reach from beach to just fulfill our chicken craving and forever love for KFC… and really it was worth to eat there as we were enjoying our holidays 1600 km away from our native place in Pondicherry but still KFC satisfied our cravings… the best chicken ever…
The food and service in this franchise is just as like any other KFC but the ambience of this place was nice with beautiful interiors.
Visited this spot for dinner and we have been made to order in the self accessible machine which is set over there for card users which was a good option to reduce the que time. We have ordered:
1. Zinger meal box combo x 1
2. Zinger classic burger x 2
3. Veg classic burger x 1
4. Chicken popcorn and fries combo x 1
5. Mojito x 2.
Overall the dining experience was good and neat. Also the new method of ordering was impressive. But the thing is I am disappointed with the chicken wings provided in meal box which is too small, As in initial times they were bigger pieces
but nowadays they were very small. Other than that everything is okie
