The best thing about this hotel is the location. We took a sea balcony room but that can honestly be skipped since it's not on the beach and you get only a partial beach view. Service is poor, asked for 1 extra pillow and was denied.
Very tidy hotel. Rooms were very clean and staff very well behaved.
The balconies are not exactly sea facing but sea is easy visible from the sea view rooms.
A lil bit on the costlier side.
Our stay at Pondicherry was relaxing and fun. The hotel charges and the amenities associated with it were not satisfactory. The room was not clean it was dusty..
Linen were clean , constant pressure sound was coming from the washroom, flush tank was functional but with efforts.

Nearer to the beach. But actually there is no sea facing room. You need to go to balcony and also need to go one corner then only you are able to view the sea. Otherwise everything is good.
It was a pathetic experience at the time of booking a room, receptionist not at all trustworthy, he changes his words in minutes. When we called up at the reception to enquire about the availability of rooms and tariff, they told one tariff, but changed that tariff when we reached the hotel. When we
1 star only because 0 star is not available to rate. They only have check-in after 2 PM. No consideration or accomodating if you reach early. The receptionist will always smile but refuse all the requests.
