The most UNDERRATED spot in auroville, i was lucky to be one of the few to have discovered this absolute gem of a place. Its right next to the most famous 'Tantos' pizzeria. They have amazing all day breakfast combos, refreshing juices, ice tea etc. Ambience is spot on, parking available.

My favourite place on Auroville for breakfast. Everything here is just perfect!!! The ambiance, the food, the people and what not. Food here tastes really yum especially the sandwich combo, omelette, watermelon juice and the ice tea. Must visit while you are in Auroville for an awesome breakfast!!

This place is severely underrated. When it comes to it's location it is situated right next to the very famous Tanto's Pizzeria but FRITES Corner has no problem simply because the competition is not even close.
You should definitely try one of their sandwich combos, they prepare it with utmost atten
Love the chicken sandwich combo. Service is usually quick and portion size is large. Fries are amazing and so are their sauces and dips!
Always go here for lunch, the chicken fingers and fries are amazing and the ice tea is the best I've had hands down. The only downside is the service can be quite slow especially when it's busier than usual.
