This was my first tryst with Peruvian food. The menu here is limited but has great sandwiches, rice bowls and quick bites made with Peruvian ingredients. I loved the beef empanada , flaky and beautiful fillings. The tres leches was also outstanding here. Marco, the man at the counter was a charming man who helped me learn more about this cuisine and select the right items. Surely visiting again
Had a lovely time at On The Go's outlet in Porvorim. I tried the empanada and loved the flaky baked pastry just as much as the mildly spiced meaty filling inside. Apparently you're meant to squirt some lime on it before taking the next bite and that really made a difference to the taste. The causa was delicious but the best part of my experience was biting into the Buttifara - a delicious sandwich made with home made ham, lettuce, onion relish and mustard. Very very fresh and so filling! Do try the iced teas - the passionfruit one is lovely!
Wow...so happy to have found this place on my way to the beach. They serve up great chilled sandwiches and salads ready to grab and takeaway. Super convenient, fresh and delicious !!! Totally recommend the Peruvian chicken, chicken peri peri , beef slaw or my favourite, the Mexican tuna. Iced coffees and teas too are super refreshing

A welcome stop on your way to Ashwem, On the Go has just about everything to fill your palate, from breakfast pots to fresh salads, to yumm sandwiches, to blended iced teas and delicious desserts from Mona's Pantry! Definitely a place not to be missed!

Everyone must try the blended iced teas here... They're made with fresh fruit and are very refreshing. The Bircher Muesli here makes for a delicious and healthy breakfast. If you're in a rush, this is the best place to grab a sandwich or salad in the area. Nice place to use wifi with modern design too.

Love the place! The owner, Marco, is very welcoming. Food is yummy and authentic! Strong Peruvian coffee which can give good kick for the rest of the day👍 convenient location, has parking. Very clean and all sanitary norms are followed.
Finally I get to try on The Go! Place is cute, clean and neat in Porvorim! We tried a few things:
- beef empanadas
- cold beefslaw sando
- alfajores
- brown butter banana cake (the only jaggery based dessert)
- tres leches
- carrot cake
Food is really delicious. Empanadas and beefslaw sando were too good! All desserts were delicious but have to really mention alfajores and tres leches as they stood out for me! Super happy they had a jaggery based dessert for our almost 4 year old who doesn't have processed sugar yet - Kudos!
The only downside is too much plastic - would encourage and urge the owners to use paper based only and remove the plastic covers on their desserts and sandos! Otherwise, highly recommend!
Finally got to visit On The Go, a cute little place in Porvorim. Marco, the owner was very friendly and welcoming.
Bought the alfajores, apple frangipane tart, causa and chocolate truffle mousse.
The alfajores and the causa were the standout dishes, could have them all day. The apple tart and chocolate mousse are a must-try.
Highly recommend visiting this gem!
An amazing cafe run by an amazing Peruvian person, the sandwiches here are fresh and tasty with healthy ingredients, i also tired the Peruvian choco chip budin which is a must try along with a cup of coffee or ice tea. Marco has been a great and a friendly host which makes this a great place to chill if you're in Porvorim.

The concept of this place is that of a take away joint with precooked items. The menu is extensive and the decor is bright and cheerful. The place has a lot of natural light and is great for pictures! We ate their Mezze salad, Triple sandwich, Spinach pie and vegetarian empanadas. We drank pineapple juice and blueberry smoothie. While the idea is a takeaway joint, dine in was self service and it was understandable. We were served in paper dishes. This to me seemed quite wrong. For example, the server put my Spinach pie in a Ceramic plate for heating in the microwave and then put it on a paper plate afterwards. The desserts were to die for! I loved the peanut butter cheesecake and chocolate mousse. The suspiro limeño was unique. I wish I could have more. The owner was a very friendly person and I wish I had more time to talk to him and find out more about this place. We had a great experience.

A wonderful Peruvian Cafe in porvorim, that serves mouth watering food and refreshing coffee from Peru. The owner and host Marco is an amazing person and very friendly. We had the beef empanada (with a special chilly sauce) and cold sandwiches that were so unique and flavourful. A must try!!
Had tried the food at a friend’s place and was keen to try the cafe first hand. Tried a Peruvian coffee and a chocolate & peanut butter cheesecake at the cafe - which was fabulous. Also packed a few sandwiches for lunch - my choice was the tuna which I loved. Overall loved the place - clean, cosy, friendly! Much recommended :)

Go here if you're a food connoisseur. Marco the owner is a chatty guy and loves to talk about coffee and food available. We've tried Alfajore (hope i got it right), Chicken Sandwich and Chicken Causa (Peruvian cake) and everything on the table tasted delicious...
They serve Indian and Peruvian coffee and both blends are lovely...
