Wadeshwar hotel is known for its seating capacity they have much place to accodomate everyone and with trees and flowers plant. the famous dish you get there is gunpowder idli and ghee idli this too dish are popular here
A must try restuarant for South Indian dishes. They are all good.
My fav place to have dosa in FC road
Best experience of dining in Pune happened here. Best food. Best crowd. Great ambiance.
One of the very famous joint for South Indian cuisine.. Always over crowded but some of the dishes here are lip smacking, also do not forget to try my favorite of all Chocolate protine shake ❤️
An authentic place to have south indian cuisine. #Wadeshwar #Pune #Myfavourite #FCroad
Great taste as they are popular for south Indian food. This place is always crowded but it is worth to wait. Parking is big issue here as it is on main road. Closely packed seating in open with shadow of trees as well as furniture. The atmosphere is very awesome and vibrant. staff is very much friendly. Their food presentation was awesome. Little expensive still worth it. Excellent quality of food....❤
Wadeshwar is very famous for its south indian cuisine in Pune. If you are craving for some authentic south indian, you should surely visit this place. This has a wide variety of options to offer you. It is somewhat on a pricey side but its good to give a try.
Yummy food.. ordered Ghee idli, Maysoor masala dosa, Idli vada Sambar and Molgapodi Idli.. all dishes were tasty. 😁😋
Last but not the least Best Filter coffee.❤️
My all time fav place to have pavbhaji whenever I visit to fc it's mandatory to have pavbhaji at this place I simply live the ambiance...bt you have to wait due to the crowd... #punefoodies
All of the above food was tasty and authentic. Would love to visit again.
A casual place to enjoy real good food
And the best sambhar vada in town according to me
A must visit in FC
@wadeshwar is able to pull crowd because of ambiance and taste.Closely packed seating in open with shadow of tree as well as furniture, menu and rest of the items following a color harmony scheme totally amount to nice ambiance... wadeshwar always full with Indian as well as foreigners...
Moong dal Halwa had awaited me for very long; I have been visiting twice to Wadeshwar for this fantastic and famous dessert, its just mouth watering😋
Moong Halwa is a popular confection in the northern and north western regions of India. This is made usually during the winter months. The lentils are slowly cooked in ghee releasing its rich, nutty aroma. It is sweet and redolent of cardamom and saffron.
.
Aappe is one of the speciality..this is made with fermented batter of rice and urad dal in aappe mould, the aappe are crispy outside and soft in side served with tasty coconut chutney... You can enjoy it as breakfast or evening snacks...

I go here for thalipith and paratha bhaji.. They served 2 medium sized thalipith with coconut chutney and curd and butter.. Coconut chutney is incomparable here.. Thalipith is extremely delicious.. In paratha bhaji they serve plain paratha and alu-tomato-mutter mix gravy.. It was a great meal..
Wadeshwar is famous for its south indian food and Located on F. C. Road.
You may find it expensive but food quality and hygiene worth the price.
You can always try Cheese Chilly Set Dosa which is my favourite dish at Wadeshwar.
Service is very good here.
This place is always crowded but it is worth to wait.
Parking is big issue here as it is on main road.
Tried set dosa, molgapodi idli. Both dishes were delicious. Idli was tossed in pure ghee with chutney. Also filter coffee was worth a try.
Wadeshwar serves the best south indian dishes. Idli is prepared in a unique way with spicy touch and dosa was also one of a kind. The chutneys they serve are authentic. Its a very famous joint thay us very popular among all kind of crowds and is a must try
Went to try some local snacks at the place
We ordered variety of items and all were great. Ordered paratha bhaji, sabudana vada, pav bhaji, pesarattu dosa, ghee idli.
Trip to Maharashtra can't be complete without pav bhaji so that was must and taste was great.
The best item we had was Sabudana vada. It's first time that I tried this and i liked that.
Slight disappointment in case of pesarattu dosa. Although taste was good but I expected this with filling of upma (I had this one in Hyderabad)
Ambience was just fine.
Overall great experience. Worth 5 stars.
Butter tomato onion uttappa -Too yummy. Perfect size and texture too. It's soft.
Sambhar and Chutney - very nice..I am a tambrahm so I can vouch for this place :) ...it's surely much better than other so-called famous south Indian speciality restaurants in Pune.
Aape - Do try this out if you haven't yet
Maharashtrian dishes like : Veggie thalipeeth & Misal are nice too :)
Service is quite fast. I have visited here in the early morning hours as well as when it was completely packed & had no complaints.
NOTE : I have visited few other wadeshwar branches in Pune but I found the food quality, taste and consistency best in the FC Road branch.
Wadeshwar is famous for its south indian food we thought we should try something different we ordered kothimbir wadi and guysss the taste was really awesome there was some crispyness as well as it was soft from inside and with greeen chutuny the combo is dashing with that we had chai which was awesome but the only thing is they provide chai in the glass which does not look good good and the quantity of chai is too much so it's better to divide one chai between 2 people the staff is very much friendly and the ambience is also decent so overall a good restaurant
Ambience rating should be 5/5
Taste is excellent
Cooperative workers
Fastest service
Fresh water
Toilet facility is present
Billing work is faster

People are very nice. Service was very good and price was affordable. Ambiance was terrific. There is a system where a water sprinkler was there and after few min they spray water which makes ambiance wonderful.
Was here on a lovely Saturday morning for breakfast with friends. we ordered dosa, thalpeeth, kothimbir wadi, Sabudana Wada and everything was good. We had a nice time talking over food. filter coffee was a delight. Will definitely recommend the place. 1 star less for some special idly which we just couldn’t have.
This restaurant offers decent ambience, nice variety & excellent quality of food. Service was slow. Parking space for 2-wheelers is very less/limited (and none for 4 wheelers)
Very popular and always crowded food joint on FC road!! The atmosphere is very awesome and vibrant. I had ordered onion Uthappa, appe. Taste was good but I felt it is little high on price.
Good South Indian food, Pav baji and good service good ambiance and the best setdosa you can get in Pune must try place for family and friends.

Today afternoon just had PAAV BAHJI on FC ROAD OUTLET. Very good ambiance. Quick service by waiter Parshuram.
PAAV BHAJI was served with a pair of bread which is nicely buttered.
Taste of BHAJI is just awesome. Perfect blend of spices. Not much spicy .Perfect balance and garnished by corriender and floating butter.
Try once.
Can't resist my self to visit this resto again.
Will meet soon again.
Again, a place that needs no review! I had podi idli which could have been a little better but again not bad! Chhole bhature were a treat for the buds! Pav bhaji and mineral water Pani Puri were great as usual. In summers, the sprinklers act as a cherry on top. All in all a great place! One of my go to places for sure! Also, the ghee idli is a #musttry
I always visit this place to have south Indian.
One of the best place to have snacks, specially dosas.
It's always crowded, but worth to wait.
.
I had tried onion uttapa and Masala dosa.
Onion uttapa is good in taste and served with coconut chutney and sambhar.
Masala dosa is thin and crispy dosa served with potato sabji, chutney and sambhar. Taste is good.
.
Good place to munch on, good staff and good service.
Here, waiting for 10 mins is also worth if you are a south Indian food lover...also the aloo paratha they serve is a cherry on the top...though the service might be improved..
Legendary outlet on FC road with tasty food and great ambiance. Had almost everything on the menu, pick blindly you won't regret.
Ambiance 4/5
Food 5/5
Cost 300 for two
Overall must visit in pune!!
Situated at the prime location of Pune. One the best south indian food in Pune. I tried dosa with filter coffee. All ingredients of dosa were balanced and tasty.
Filter coffee was OK. Maybe my tastebuds were not familiar with such taste.
Wadeshwar is a typical South Indian eating place situated on FC Road at Pune. The place is huge and usually crowded around lunch time as compared to any other time of the day.
We've been to Wadeshwar only twice and haven't been disappointed so far. The dosas are nice (made crisper on request) and the Kothambir wadi is delicious. Other than South Indian food, they also have Sandwiches, Pav bhaji, salad, Parathas and such other snacks listed on their menu. Mind you, Wadeshwar offers only snacks (a range of them) and hence may not be suitable for those looking for a dal-rice-roti-sabji kind of meal. Also, since most of the dishes contain a generous amount of onions, potatoes and garlic, there isn't much of an option left for those consuming Jain food.
Overall, a good place to go to for some snacks and also if you are in a rush to dine(they're service is usually quick!).
Ghee Idali is a special favorite. Small idalies dipped in a sambar bowl loaded with ghee. Aroma and taste both delicious
Veg thalipith is also must try. Great option for health food.
Punjabi Kulfi is absolute stunner. It's creamy and full of dry fruits

One of the popular restaurant in Pune amongst all age groups. Popular for some quick brunch in any time of the day. Located on FC road but they do have several outlets in the city. They have many varieties of food right from South Indian food to Chaat , Sandwich to North Indian food and Maharashtrian food as well. Good place to chill with friends. Budget friendly as well.
Wadeshwar is one the authentic and traditional places in Pune, which people are visiting since many years.
All school, college reunion takes place here.
The ambience is good, huge area and open campus.
People come here after their morning walks and have a heavy brunch.
We had onion uttapa. This was very filling and tasty. The sambar and chutney were complimenting it.
The another dish which we had was kothimbir wadi, a very famous dish of Maharashtrian cruisine. It was well made and delicious too.
The quality and quantity was good and made in pure ghee.
Great food and polite service...keep it up guys
I have tried almost all dishes and found that the quality is very good and consistent. There is a lot of variety to cater to all age groups.
Had cheese chilli dosa here ... Amazing place ,never disappointing, always our go to spot for breakfast😊❤this dosa was yummy and we absolutely loved it
A good place ! nice ambience !! perfect for all age group people. The food was good but service was a little bit slow.
Overall rating: 4.3

One of those sunday family breakfast places. Families and groups of all age groups enjoy sitting and having a relaxed breakfast. The ambience is very homely and comfortable. The staff is welcoming and polite, food taste is nice. Overall a good experience.
Must try : Uttappa variants, dahi vada, molgapodi idli and filter coffee!

Been here everytime whenever I am on FC road. Fantastic food, fantastic staff and beautiful atmosphere at time of the day. Sure place to visit whenever you are in Pune.
I have been to wadeshwar multiple times and food is always consistent. Those who love south indian food, they'll definitely love this place. Be it uttappa, ghee idli, molgapodi idli, pavbhaji, chhole bhature.. everything is good and tasty. Just love this place.
FAMOUS MARATHI MOVIE SHOOT HERE MUMBAI PUNE MUMBAI
must visit here nice look and feel food is fresh if your are in pune must stop try here coffee
Regular fir breakfasts here. I am big fan of Appe and Upma. The Mysore masala dosa is decent too. They need to work a bit towards table cleaning. Ambience is fine when not crowded.
On a Sunday afternoon we got the table as soon as we got there.. that was quite unexpected.
We ordered for a Menu Wada sambar
Ghee Sada Dosa and a
Ghee Masala Dosa.
It was above my expectations. Obviously not the first time visitor. But I would love to go again and again.
Mulgapudi Idlis are love. Must try.
This has been my go-to place for over a decade now. Whenever I am in the vicinity and hungry, I just go there. The food served here is good and tasty. Mostly I end up eating their set dosa. I love it. So, if you're hungry and looking for some good hygienic tasty food, you can trust this. I am not sure about their other outlet, but I can surely vouch for the one on FC Road.
A lovely place on one of the most crowded streets of Pune! Great simple food, good to pocket too! Offers great variety of southindian and maharashtrain food cuisine! Most the times its full, which makes it evident about its popularity! Tried Aloo Paranthas and Ghee Idli! Taste was up to the mark and so was the service!
To find some authentic amazingly fresh snacks both South indian and Maharashtrian cuisines. Must go place in Pune and when hungry. Has some health food as well. This is Mulpodi idlis, mint chutney and tea
Best South Indian food outlet after Vaishali in pune, the food was very tasty and delicious, the ambiance was also very nice , the service was little bit slow.

First of all, Friendly and welcoming staff. We can say this is a canteen styled restaurant. I had wada and idli(ek dum spicy and tasty) and onion uttapa, they tasted delicious!
Could be a 4.5 star place. We went here in the evening and guess what this places is always packed with customers. The ambience is nice and comfortable for to have long chats and good food. We ordered two set dosas along with misal pav, aloo chat french fries and coke. Everything tasted good just the quantity could be improved as per the rates.

One of the hotspots for youngsters to hangout and have some quick bites. Serves delicious fast foods, chaats, juices etc. Friendly place to fill your stomach while shopping on FC road.
I like this place for its authentic flavours. I really enjoy the kokum drink they serve. My top picks are coconut kachori and kothimbir wadi a must try. Last I tried their moong daal halwa that was great too. The service is bit slow but rest everything is good
Visited this place for snacks on 27th January 2019. This place has lovely outdoor seating with shelter. It's nice and colourful.
Tried Uppattam and Malgodi Idli for snacks. Had waiting for an hour.
The Idli was very yummy sprinkled with South Indian Powder.
The butter milk served at this place.
Famous food outlet located in hub of Pune.
Always busy but good place to have food. We had to wait but they organise it well.
We had ordered- set dosa, onion uttapa, chole bhature.
All was tasty & delicious.
Staff were co-operative.
Reasonable rate.
If you are in Pune, do try out.
Located at crowdy f c road..this place serves you extremely good south Indian food like Idlis, dosa, uttapa, etc..it is my most favorite place since so many years..n i can say that they have maintained the food quality n taste same up till now..
Must try: masala dosa, mysore masala dosa, appe, mini Idlis.
Avoid weekends as you may need to wait for some time because of rush.
Parking could be the problem.
Good food, decent place
With an already overflowing branch at F.C. road, they opened another one here at Nal Stop.
Essentially outdoor seating, they have a few tables indoor too. We had to wait for around 10 minutes on a weekend before we could get a vacant table for ourselves. This outlet is more comfortable and enjoyable than its counterpart at f.c. road. There's a lot of chaos, hustle and bustle at f.c. road
Coming to the food.... They have maintained the quality and quantity of food over the years. We have been their customers for over 8 years now. They provide ample sambhar and chutney at no extra cost; this is something worth mentioning when you have a hubby who just loves sambhar.
The ambience is not too decorative bit is nice. A pocket friendly place with good food.
.
This is good place for eating fast food.... The appe here are damn good... The thalipith here is also very tasty... The magai podi idli is also a good dish..
Been here a lot of times, great food, good location and just as you get tired from all the shopping at FC head right here. Try the Ghee Dosa, as a south indian i approve it and i love their Pav Bhaji and Coffee. Even if priced at the higher side worth it.
We went to Wadeshwar. Cool Ambience. Tried Meduwada and Sabudana wada. Delicious n mouth watering. MeduWada Crispy a worth . Staff Polite. A must visit.
If you are looking for a good South Indian food this is the place you can rely on.
Great ambience.
Good seating arrangements.
Fast service.
Tasty food.
Reasonable price.
Has many varieties of food and drink options.
Has toilets.
Accepts online and cash payments.
Easy to locate.
Has a TV.
Happy eating!!
PS: if you are visiting this place public transport is preferable since parking is hard to find for 2 wheelers.
One of the Best restaurants I have visited so far for the south Indian dishes. You will get an authentic test of all South Indian dishes. I especially liked the coconut chutney. I would recommend this place for breakfast.
Visited Wadeshwar with Friends and found a very well mannered staff and their services, The taste quality of food was awesome...
The best thing is the Tea when I ordered it get full of the glass which makes me remember the days of Delhi tea stalls.
Love to recommend this.
Yeah a bit crowded but not as much you will get space with 5-10 minutes...
I will recommend it on the all the quality levels.
Food is tasty but the price is unnecessary high. We can easily find this taste at any Dosa stall.
Ambience is Ok. Atmosphere is mix of energy and happiness.
Good option for food, be in snacks or breakfast. We visited for breakfast and enjoyed south indian and maharashtrian items. All were good. Service is prompt. Easy to locate on FC road , and very famous anyways. No parking but 2 wheelers can be parked nearby. Sitting is ample. Inside place too. Dosas , Appe, coffee are really good and must try
The taste is good but i wont hesitate to say that after Vaishali it’s most over hyped place in Pune . The price of dishes doesn’t give justice to the taste like there’s no such wow factor to it but still people visit here and end up paying extra for no reason .Wont recommend to have Filter coffee over here they have completely twerked concept of it and top of that they charge 75 for the same utter waste of money same goes with Normal chai (Masala chai tastes better) .Apart from that ambience is topnotch , service provided is also prompt plus cleanliness is taken care of properly
The hotel is pretty crowded so expect a waiting of 15-20 minutes minimum so plan accordingly.
"Wadeshwar Restaurant's dosa is a delightful culinary experience. The dosa's thin, crisp texture paired with a perfectly spiced potato filling showcases the chef's expertise. The accompanying coconut chutney and sambar add a burst of flavors, enhancing the overall taste. The generous size of the dosa ensures a satisfying meal. Wadeshwar's commitment to quality ingredients is evident, making their dosa a must-try for South Indian cuisine enthusiasts."❤️👍🏻
Food is good but a bit hyped like any other restaurant on FC road. Try anything from the menu and you won’t be disappointed. That’s the best part. I have been visiting here since long time now and they are pretty consistent with the quality and taste they maintain. Rest everything is like a normal restaurant. It’s full most of the times and you might have to wait few mins depending on the rush.
Best option for South Indian food lovers
U will get a variety of South Indian food
It's full most of the time and also parking is very less
Reasonable rates
