Good food, nice music and lovely ambiance.
The staff here is absolutely courteous always ready to help you pair food with their beer offerings... I'd say the beer gets pretty close to what you find in Germany, i.e. if you pick the right beer though!
They have a good choice of food too. They could although work on offering some good portions for the pricing they levy.

About the starters, we have ordered peanut garlic starter and I was disappointed with this as it was full of garlics so we have asked for replacement of the starter and they were kind enough to serve us another starter of our choice. So we tried potato wedges and it was satisfying.
Amazing ambience is an add on and if the weather is good then your day is made.
Recently visited the place with friends its a nice place to hang out with friends or family with a nice ambience with a comfortable outdoor sitting, service n hospitality were good, we really enjoyed their house beers n the food was also nice but i found the place a bit heavy on the pocket, still recommended 👍🏻
While we know Independence Brewery is great for their brews, this time we decided to opt for some other cocktails from their menu. The one we particularly loved was the Tiki Taboo, a good alternative to the lethal LIIT, with gin, bacardi, old monk passionfruit puree and orange juice, before you know it you'd have had atleast a few of them since they are just too tasty!
Now to the food, 10/10 across the board, from their fries, to their crispy lotus stem, hara sukka mutton to their soya chaap, their mutton keema to their butter chicken, we were really happy all night!

This is a perfect place if you want to grab a couple of drinks away from chaos, still amidst city in a soothing environment.
They have quite a number of crafted beers, Apple Cider, Hafeweizen and Blueberry being my personal favourite.
Their thin crust pizzas are really good. The staff is courteous and service is good as well.
They have both indoor as well as outdoor sitting, outdoor sitting with comparatively dim light, soothing music and lots of natural wind.
Only thing to consider is, it's a bit on a higher side of cost i.e. it will cost you approx 3K for food and drinks for 2 persons.
All in all, this place is very good to chill.
Independence brewing company is my absolute favourites! Sophisticated and relaxed place to hang out . Have been there several times along with friends and my office colleagues. My favourite would most definitely have to be the tenderloin burger ! I keep going back for more . I was also taken aback by the wide variety of choices that they had in the vegetarian section , That was super yum as well. They often experiment with their beers and that is something my friends and I definitely look forward to . Exceptional staff , very friendly and courteous. keep up the rear service 👍🏼

The brewed beer served here is without a doubt the best brew in whole Pune. German wheat and Belgian are must try.Irish frappe cocktail they serve here is one of my favorites.
Pork/Bacon Cheesy Fries, Chicken Satay, Nawabi Kabab are some of my favorites. The thai fish with rice was absolute delight.
Ambiance is like a typical pub and is perfect for a party. They have outdoor sitting available too.They do play a lot of classic rock/hard rock music here.

I have always loved places which serves brewed/crafted beer and this place is no different. With varieties of specially crafted beers this place provides a very cool ambience to relax and enjoy. You can try the testers before going for a large one of their crafted beers. Nachos and masala peanuts can be ordered as side dish and they go well with their super tasty beers. They have big in-house brewery which can be seen through a glass panel. They have ample space so it doesn't feel crowded on weekends. Main courses of chicken are yummy and their pizzas are well known for its cheesy kicks. A very established brewery in Mundhwa which can be relished over and over again.
They brew their own beer and they give you samples to select from ngl, they all were simply amazing that I couldn't choose one for myself! The food here is a bit costly but the taste is quite good
After an entire day, that was nothing but misery, I came across this place that I'd been meaning to go to for so long. I went in alone for a lunch that I'd been denied for almost all day long. But it seemed like it was worth it, the lunch over here I mean. More than the food, it was the beer. The brew was so smooth that I didn't even realize when the stress had evaporated off of me and put me into a state of bliss~
I decided to give this place a chance because of my love for craft beers and that to after long time. I found it very interesting as I got to know much more interesting things about craft beer production. You can get a tour of brewery if you ask for it. Recently visited this place for a team party. And found very descent options on beer. As they make their own beer, the taste was kind of unique. But when it came to food, it was a bit disappointing. Veg food was good compared to Non-veg food. The ambiance of the place was quite soothing. Centrally located near Passport office, This place is pretty much in the competition. The service of the staff was very good, but if they could improve on food options, it would be appreciable. Will continue to visit this place to try for other options.

Perfect huge place to Hangout with your friends and also with family. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Also their mini brewery where there's a lot of options to sip in. They have totally worked on their food as well as brews and also their music track list
GRILLED CHICKEN AND PINEAPPLE SALAD:
I had such Super healthy and lipsmacking salad till date. garnished with sunflower,walnuts, pickled chillies which are marinated in paprika, grilled pineapple with Dijon dressing. The strong and sharp flavour of dijon dressing added more flavour to the salad.
BBQ CHICKEN WINGS:
Roasted wings which had that slight pungent flavour. Bbq sauce was good could increase the quantity of sauce more so it'll get that spicyness
SMOKED VEG SAMOSAS:
Finely chopped veggies stuffed in Patti Samosa. The smoky taste it had was amazing and on point. Also the crunchiness of Samosa stays for longer time even if it gets cold accompanied by pure mint chutney. Could also add tamarind dip.
CHICKEN AND SMOKED CHILLI FRY:
This was so good. The Curry leaves and fried peanuts has balanced the taste. Crispy which had that good mouth feel cause of Indian spices.
MAC N CHEESE:
Three Cheese mac-n-cheese i.e cheddar, parmesan and blue Cheese. Not the regular mac n cheese but just made over pan because of this the Veggies tossed in pan creates a smokey flavour so its was my first time I had mac-n-cheese with the smokey touch.Garnished with breadcrumbs.accompanied by GARLIC BREAD which could have been a bit crispy. Smooth and cheesy.
COORGI CHICKEN:
COORGI CHICKEN is something worth trying here.
This is southern style chicken indulge in with lot of spices and cocunut curry which was served with mini dosas. The curry could have been more thick as it was a bit watery. Which can be also served with appam.
CHOCOLATE MOUSSE:
A bitter Chocolate sweet mousse not a great fan of bitter chocolate but this was super yumm.
Also with touch of chocolate soil, pistachio dust and almond praline. The extra bitterness of mousse was covered up by Chocolate soil
COCONUT PANNA COTTA:
FULL OF FLAVOURS WITH coconut sauce, Pineapple, Kaffir lime,Chilli salsa and some dry coconut slices. Had that creamy texture and also had a rich hint flavour of lemongrass and chilli flakes which added stars to dish
Do try their whisky lager, robust porter and my personal fav blueberry pie this is the best brew I had.
Coming to the service and staff they are brilliant.

A perfect place for hanging out with friends for parties and even for dates.
The ambience here is pretty lively which just pumps you up. A big space with a lot of seating arrangements. Its a place outside the city which makes it such great and ideal in terms of transportation and away from the city traffic.
The bar counter is always fully stocked ready to serve your drink. They brew their own beer. You can easily see their beer containers inside the resto.
The staff is very friendly and humble. They have pretty fast service.
We tried some of the dishes from their new menu and I was pretty amazed. It was really a nice experience for me to taste some new and very unique dishes served only at this resto N outlet.
The mocktails are pretty good. 4.5/5.
The honey chilli lotus stem was the starter which I'll remember for my life. These are litreally the best honey chilli lotus stem.
The smoked veg samosas are literally the best samosas you will ever have. They have a soft crust/shell. You could feel the soft n warmness of the crust while eating. The inside feeling is smoked as well and has slight creamy texture and tastes incredibly good.
The quinoa salad was good. Definitely above average.
Roasted veggies and pesto pannini is a 5-6 inch sub stuffed why roasted peppers and fillings.
Coconut panna cotta was just superb but it also had paprika. It gave a creamy and rich coconut flavour while the paprika just breaks down your mood. Personally would like to have the panna cotta with no paprika.
The chocolate mousse was the best mousse I ever had. It was made up of pure dark chocolate. Though the garnish was too much bitter and made it un-eatable with garnish. But without garnish the mousse was just perfect on its place. Loved the mousse.
Hats off to the chef for serving such great food.

It's a large space with beautiful ambiance having classic touch to it. Staff is diligent and cooperative and their service is prompt. What foodie soulmates hogged on-
1. Grilled chicken & pineapple- Ditch your ordinary breakfast and head over to this place to relish this super healthy and nutritious salad.
2. Honey chilli lotus stem- This sweet and tangy crispy and crunchy lotus roots are great to munch on while sipping your favorite drink.
3.Goan fish cakes- A cutlet like dish prepared by making use of fish. The spice level was well balanced and went well with the green chutney served along with it.
4. Katsu chicken burger- A traditional Japanese style crispy katsu chicken stuffed in bund along with tasty sauce was very fulfilling and tasty.
5. Coorgi chicken - A delish chicken curry made with adding spices & coconut. And accompanied with 2 spongy dosas. A perfect authentic lunch to indulgent in.
6. Coconut panna cotta- A sinful dessert. You need to try this out. The right balance of sweetness with tinge of spice is a perfect dessert to end the meal with.
Altogether it was a great evening spend here. I will highly recommend this place to everyone.

Had visited this place a lot of times in Balewadi. One thing i am fond of this place is the crafted beer.This place has a variety of freshly brewed in-house beers which is the USP here. The ambience and interior is very well designed.So they have recently launched a new food menu in Mundhwa branch. Honestly had a great experience on one fine Saturday. Had visited this place in the afternoon.They have indoor and outdoor seating arrangements with some good background music being played creating a soothing atmosphere.
.So we started off with Nitro Porter Beer which is smooth and well balanced beer with a coffee aroma in it.The beer basically exhibits an intense malt profile with roast, dark chocolate and coffee.This was just WOW!Totally loved it and will highly recommend this.
Then the next dish i tasted was a healthy and tasty option.Grilled chicken and pineapple salad-This was mixture of grilled chicken pieces, boiled egg, veggies, pineapple and nuts to add on.It was fresh and i liked the taste.
Then what followed was a series of starters including veg and non veg carefully chosen and as suggested
1.Honey Chilli Lotus Stem: Good for Vegans.The lotus stem was cooked properly with a nice crisp to it. The honey chilli sauce was a bit too sweet , a spicy flavor to it would have been better. But yes presentation was good and overall the taste was decent enough.
2.Chicken and Smoked Chilli Fry-Tender chicken pieces slightly fried tossed with nuts and onions and then seasoned in flavorful sauces.The chicken had a burst of flavors and tasted delicious.The chicken pieces could have been more soft though.So overall taste was mildly hot, sweet and sour.
Next what i had tasted was the Spicy Charred Chicken Pizza.Thin crust pizza with decent amount of chicken pieces and veggies. Presented well with perfect amount of cheese and other sauce.It was additive, crunchy and delicious
Moving over to the main course. Good and interesting no of options in both veg and non veg.As suggested ,decided to try the Coorgi Chicken. It was a Coorgi style chicken curry served with dosa and was so yummy.One of the most delicious Indian recipes.The dosa and gravy was a hit combination and honestly the chicken was perfectly cooked. It was so soft and yummy.#recommended
Last but not the least, a very sweet ending. How can one forget the desserts.Had tasted Coconut Panna Cotta & Chocolate Mousse. Both were sinfully,delicious , mouthwatering and just too good. Loved the Dark Chocolate Mousse alot!!!The dark chocolate was a ultimate chocolate fix. It was delicious and equally versatile. The presentation was really good.
A big fat thumbs up to the service over here. This place is worth visiting and they came up with new and yummy food options most of the times. Overall had a great time over here and would love to visit again

Being a Baner resident I always keep visiting IBC on Balewadi High Street because it's one of my favorite places to go for having some delicious food and craft beers. I visited this Mundhwa branch for the first time for the tasting of their new menu.
The management and service here is really good & the ambience offers both rustic and fine dine feel.
Starting with beers : I tried their two new brews :
1) Whiskey Lager : This beer offers a light smokey bacon flavor at the start and then finishes on sweet notes. So bacon lovers you are gonna love this one!!
2) Brown Ale : This beer offers more chocolate and nutty flavors but it's not like a Stout because this beer overall is more on the sweet side rather than bitter like a stout.
Coming to the food : Some dishes from the New Menu which I personally tried are :
1) Sichuan Cauliflower : Now I am not really a big fan of cauliflower and I hate it but but but this dish really changed my opinion. This dish maybe the first caulifower dish which I loved!!!!!
The cauliflower chunks served were generous in size and nice and crispy on the outside with a nice spicy sriracha flavor coming through.
2) Honey Chilli Lotus Stem : The lotus stem was not cooked properly and hence it was raw instead of getting a nice crisp to it. The Honey Chilli sauce was a little bit too sweet and because of which it overpowered the spicy chilli flavor.
3) Chicken & Cheese Nuggets : These were crumbed nuggets with a filling of herbs ,chicken and cheese. As far as the flavor is concerned I loved it but it did not deliver the cheese part as there was literally very very little cheese and all you could taste was chicken and herbs. This dish was served with a mustard mayo.
4) Street Style Pizza : The name says it all. This was literally similar to the pizza you get at any small local food joint. It's a desi pizza basically. Onion , Capsicum , Cheese, Ketchup and Chilli were the only ingredients. For me the taste was a little bland and I think more sauce should be added to it as it is loaded with with above mentioned veggies and cheese.
5) Mutton Kheema Masala : This was my 2nd favorite dish here. The mutton kheema was a little tangy and perfectly spicy. What I loved about this dish was the texture. The kheema was melting in mouth which just added to the pleasure of eating it. The mini pav served with this dish are made in house but I personally thought that they were dense which made them a little soggy from inside after a point of time.
Also do not forget to try their amazing desserts. My favorite here are Coconut Panna Cotta & Dark Chocolate Mousse. Try the combo of Dark Chocolate Mouse along with a nice pint of Stout❤️
We reached very late, enjoyed our pitcher it was a great wheat beer. Outer deck was peaceful to sit, please go with ample amount of time in hand to enjoy the same.

Did a 2nd visit to this place during my last few trips to the city. Since I prefer tap beer over bottled, I was recommended to come here. Nice large joint, casual and enough outdoor and indoor seating - in Pune, sitting outside can be pleasant. Music a bit retro, but peppy and not too loud, good for a conversation. Service staff attentive.
Decided to start with their IPA - decent, wish it was stronger. Took their small measure - it disappeared pretty fast since I tend to take 3 sips at one go - as advised once by an old gentleman in Munich that to taste the beer, 3 sips are needed. Followed that up with their wit and a lager. After 3 beers, I guess I was pretty boozy. The beers were good, not great.
On the food side, we tried their tandoor items - chicken tikkas, lamb sheekh and tandoori chicken - pretty good actually. We also had the South Indian prawn dish - avoidable.
Costing came up to about Rs. 1,600 a head - seems fine.
If one is looking for beer on tap, and a casual place to catch up with friends, this is a good one.
Very nice food, polite and courteous staff. The thing I like most is variety of beer and ambience. Nice crowd and one of the best place to hangout with family and friends over dinner as well as on sunday brunch.
Along with Hefeweizen, Juicy IPA & Four Grain Saison in House Beers, we had Panko Crumbed Stuffed Mushroom, Murg Lasuni Tikka & Chicken-n-Cheese balls in starters and Kaju Paneer Masala with paratha & Mutton Masala with rice in main food. Main food was average. Beer was good. Mushroom & Chicken starters were excellent. Price, especially of the main food, appeared on the higher side. Overall, a place worthy enough to visit again.

We love Independence whenever we visit Pune. Great chilled out vibe, generally clean with friendly service, good food and great beer (we are IPA lovers). We just heard they got a double IPA so we will make sure to visit as soon as possible to sample it :)
Foodwise we have tried:
- Lamb burger and hot dogs (decent)/ Love the thick cut fries that come with the burger
- falafel pocket - wish it was not made into an indian fare of hummus mixed with the thinly sliced veggies. Would prefer a more deconstructed version where you can sample the falafel as well as the hummus. Falafel bit on the hard side
- lovely chicken wings
Overall, great experience - food can be bit better but we come here for beer so food is always secondary in our minds :)
If you love beers you need to checkout this place. they have variety of beers and frankly speaking i loved almost all of them. you can order the taster and taste the beer and later on order the one which you like the most.
Good beer and a great time with two of my dearest people. What more could I ask for? Loved the friendly and attentive service. I particularly loved the tenderloin salad. It is my go to from now on.
Visited this place on a Friday with my friends. It was a peaceful and happy place with a good selection of Beer at a very affordable price (i compared it with thr Mumbai outlet). Ordered 4 Grainz Beer. The beer was refreshing and tasty. In food we ordered pizza and chicken kabab. This was beautiful made and tasty too. Special thanks to Sadique for all his hospitality. Will surely visit again.
Offers variety of starters, the ones that I would recommend are Chicken Tikka , chicken wings even paneer starter was good to go with. Main course did disappoint me, and didn't have much variety same goes on with desserts the icecream(fig icecream ) was a disappoint but I still liked the jaggery caramel custard pudding. I went in the afternoon and the place had live performance which was really good and did add up the taste of food. I would suggest the place to add up more items to their main course( also try making soft plain parathas as their edges were very hard )
Stout and belgian wit are a must try here. They serve amazing sea food as well. Friendly staff. Away from the buzzing crowd of KP but overall a great hangout place
Weekend chilling out plans happen here. Independence makes for a great place to wind down, get some great beer, food and music. One of my favorites on their menu is the Juicy IPA and the Chicken Nachos to go along with.
Did I mention they have Zomato Gold on drinks?

It is an remarkable brewing company. The beer they serve are amazing. They serve various kinds of beer And they make their own beer at their factory. Each beer is brewed with international brewers. Each and every beer has its own speciality ,has its own flavour, has its own aroma. The beer is blended with spices like cloves etc and fruit like banana etc.
We came for happy hour on beer 600 a.i.c but we ordered the nachos which is the most simplest item to get correct but yet couldn't deliver on quantity or taste it was tiny compared to the price. Lovely place great ambience great beer just sort the food out 🙏😁✌ peace n love
My wife and I had an awesome time at this microbrewery. It had the perfect ambiance and light music at the background. If you are looking for a microbrewery at Pune then this place is just perfect. However I won't be able to comment on the food as we were on a time bound visit and couldn't order any food. Be rest assured with their variety of in house beers, you will be spoilt for choice....

#BelgiumVit : Traditional yet with a twist of quirkiness…leaving you mildly intoxicated after two glasses , yet sober enough to enjoy your conversation and a fantastic starter that was ordered with it.
#Samosas: Mutton mince Bohri style Samosas came hot, crisp, absolutely delicious with a mint chutney. This is a dish you can’t miss at IBC #highlyrecommended
#Muttonmasala : Maharashtrian homestyle recipe with higher spice level . You can choose Parathas(2) or steamed rice. We choose the later. Soulful and contented meal. #recommended
#Ixcacao : This dark malt, very smooth lager is brewed with cocoa, bourbon vanilla. It’s quite frothy and goes well with a Chocolate Soufflé and vanilla Ice cream. One must try it.
IBC is a huge place, in the same premises as the Passport office, service is good and spaced out seating to enjoy a date night, fun with a few friends or a larger group in the outdoor seating enjoying the rains and grills. They also have a Sunday Brunch(12-4pm).

I visited this place for a match screening. The place is well maintained.
Ordered:
1. Nachos - super yummy, crisp and hot (yes many places do not serve hot nachos)
2. Chicken Tandoori - so yum, perfectly cooked.
3. Pulp Fiction - the beer flavored with Mango was so good!!!
4. Siam Kingdom - I did not like this cocktail. Not the flavor that I'd prefer.
All in all Independence Brewing is a good place to visit.

Good place to be talli has good seating arrangements outside felt fresh. Has good brewed beer option. Food was delicious we had veg and non veg starters with good number of beers to with and had a great time
Nice place with a perfect ambience.Chilled Brewed Beers are their Prime Usp so never forget to try that.Food is above average and staff service too above average.

Absolutely loved it. The service was prompt and great and see is their Beer. Ambience and overall experience is awesome. We were a group of 7 from office and were seated comfortablly on out arrival.
My go-to place for everything. The beers are amazing and they keep coming up with we seasonal flavours. If you order ala carte, the food is great. But the food in the Sunday brunch is average. The hospitality is outstanding! Deep, especially, is very hospitable and welcoming. This place never disappoints you!

Every once in a while you feel blessed to be treated to some finger-lickingly yummmmy food
We started off with Pina-co, a mocktail which is concocted with fresh pineapple, Orange juice, Cranberry juice, Coconut syrup and mint. Very refreshing 😃. Kainaaz stuck to Diet Coke.
What followed was a host of starters carefully picked:
Bohri style smoked mutton kheema samosas... Absolutely the best I have had so far... The ever-so-thin and crispy cover, enveloping within delicately spiced kheema. A bite into these heavenly triangles and you realize that one bite of this melt-in-the-mouth beauty is just not enough. I think I could eat up a dozen of these without a whimper 😜
Next came Crispy Shrimps in Sriracha mayo... Ooooh the decent sized shrimps were fried to a crunchy crisp and liberally lathered with spicy Sriracha mayo. Served in a cocktail glass, this was one beautiful dish you can't help admiring and definitely can't stop eating😋😋😋👌😍
Next came Stir-fried Chicken liver in Green masala, the liver was cooked to perfection, tossed in a coriander mint sauce with lots of onions. Served with crisp garlic bread.
Masala fried Calamari... was cooked in a fiery red spicy masala and was a bit chewy but then that's how it's supposed to be 😋🙏served with crisp garlic bread.
Then came the main, which I was particularly looking forward to.. Soya Chilli Pork Chops served with Fries and exotic veggies. The well loaded chops were done to a falling-off-the-bone consistency, beautifully presented and the first bite brought out a strong taste of the salty soya sauce. The saltiness hit the palate.. Maybe it was meant to be but if only the sauce could have been diluted, this dish would have killed us completely... I was the only one who in spite of the overpowering salty taste polished off most of the fatty fleshy chops🙈🙈🙈😃
Then came the main course, of course!!! The Chocolate Souffle 😋😋😋👌you have to order this 30 minutes in advance as it is prepared from scratch only after the order is placed.
OOMGEEEEE this was absolutely, sinfully, gorgeous and no words can describe the taste of the decadent oozing goodness of this dish. Just the right flavor of rum comes thru when you dig deep into the cup and pick a spoonful of the smooth chocolate.... leaving you craving for more. Went beautifully with the vanilla ice-cream. Thoroughly luved it.

Beer after a grueling battle in the passport seva kendra is the best thing that can happen. Me and my wife were hungry and thirsty after spending hours in passport office. So we decided to get into this place at evening 5 since it is in the same building.
I had heard a lot of it so I knew I wanted to try out custom beers only. We ended up trying out 4 of them and all were worthy. The starters were delicious. We tried crunchy chicken. And more items

I think I would rate this place as one the best bars I have been so far in Pune. This is so much of a place I would like to visit most of the time when I want to relax, have my drink and taste the amazing food also the music that isn't so loud to hurt your ears and you can easily have a conversation.
The Food is just amazing, from their home fries to the pizza and goes on. I havn't found any complains yet.

Place has got great ambiance, good crowd, good presentation and taste in food. Just one thing I kinda felt was not upto the mark was music, couldn't really understood what's playing maybe because the place was packed.

Independence brewing company is a great place for beer lovers. This place has a variety of freshly brewed in-house beers. For just ₹99 you get to try all 9 beers which I think is a great option! The food is pretty great too. The ambience, location and music make the overall experience much better!

Chose this great beer place to view the IPL final.. really liked their variety of beer & tried them all before ordering our pitcher... the place was packed to capacity resulting in a slightly slow service but overall the experience was good!
Nice ambience. We tried chilli paneer and loaded nachos. Chilli paneer was good but we didn’t like the loaded nachos that much.

Well after searching a lots of brewers decided to visit this place. Upon entrance place is really lively with dim lights & not too loud music. I tried every avaliable beer flavours & liked most of it. My favourite was Nitro Porter it's dark beer with coffee & dark chocolate flavor. Food was also nice I tried Stuffed Mushroom & corn chaat. So if you love beer & you are foodie this place will not disappoint you.

It was a good place we went to chill with light music and it was up to the mark, seating was decent public is decent and staff is also well mannered.
I absolutely loved this place. It was the first restaurant I’ve been to in Pune and it was great. They had some really nice beer tasting options and even better food. The ambience, location and service was great too. And I found it be a great value for money also.
Ambience is nice, food and prices are in commensuration considering the property, staff is well mannered, spread of food menu could be improvised. Bar menu is adequate. The only fly in the ointment was the brews. Have been to quiet a breweries but this brew was not to my liking. Overall a good place to visit.
Huge amounts of place to sit. The ambience is conducive for sitting back and 'gapp marooing' ( idle chit chat). Beer is fine and food service is good. Snacks are in sufficient quantity and tasty. Wish they allowed dancing at least once a week, even recorded music will do.

An Exquisite Craft Experience!
Had a delightful evening at Independence Brewing Company, Kalyani Nagar. With a lineup of 12 craft beers, the new additions - Billy Wonka and Oryza, were a hit. Personal favorite: King Jovial (Mango Graf), ordered a whopping 1-liter glass!
The culinary journey was equally impressive. Chef Gunjit Chawla curated a scrumptious spread, including a special off-menu Butter Garlic Prawns with the best garlic bread. The Chilled Watermelon Tomato & Feta Salad, Prawns Sukkha, Pizza, and Hot Fried Chicken were a flavor explosion.
Kudos to Restaurant Manager Sanjog Rai for the warm hospitality. Special mention to our humble waiter Pravin Sathe, who not only served with a smile but also nailed the dessert recommendations.
The ambiance is a perfect blend of warmth and charm with both indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoor features a beer-playing area and large screens for sports enthusiasts. Overall, a must-visit for craft beer aficionados and food enthusiasts alike!
A nice place for party. Rates are fine. Service is good. Many varieties of beers are available. And many other drinks too. Shots included. Food options are good too. It can get crowded even when it's huge. But no prior booking so need to be there earlier to get table. Lot of parking is available. Little inside from main road, but easy to find

Visited on a hot May Sunday afternoon and found the place mostly empty. The outdoor seating areas are fully exposed to afternoon sun so isn't really recommended Unless the weather is kinder. Indoor areas are more game oriented with a pool table and multiple large screen TVs for live telecast. Craft beers continue to have great variety and seasonal specials, they cannot be termed the best in the city though. Food menu is extensive but does not impress. Service is courteous and prompt if the restaurant is relatively quiet. Good for all ages, although weekend nights are louder indoors than outdoors.
One of my favourite restaurants around town. The hostesses Kate and Angel were very welcoming and helpful. Ashwin, one of the servers did an amazing job of describing anything on the menu . The meals got served rapidly and the rates were reasonable. Highly recommend tasting the drinks. Delicious food, waiters are very attentive, and atmosphere is super nice. The service is unmatched and the staff truly cares about your experience. Can totally recommend it and can’t wait to come back!

A good dining experience, have wide range of beer in terms of flavour and alcohol percentage. Food also tatsed good. Loaded nachos was OK-OK. Peri-peri chicken was good. And mushroom and spinach pizza was better than OK.
I recently visited Independence Brewery Kalyani Nagar and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with much lighting and comfortable seating. The staff was friendly and attentive, and they were able to recommend some excellent dishes and cocktails for me to try.
They have amazing collection of beer. You can asked them for tester and enjoy your favourite beer.
In addition to the great food and drinks, the service at restaurant was impeccable. Our server was knowledgeable and helpful, and he made sure that our experience was nothing short of fantastic.
