Crispy_waterchesnuts_with_green_bean : pan stir-fried water chestnuts(singada), beans in fish sauce. Crunchy. Didn’t go down well with me, found fish sauce overbearing.
#Som_Tom_Salad : Best of the three salads. Crunchy with raw papaya, radish, carrots, cherry tomatoes, spring onions, roasted nuts, Citrus and soy sauce dressing. Koshimbir got another Asian twist! #highlyrecommended

The auromatic shitaki mushrooms, seabass fillet infused in fish sauce, stir fried ..Outcome : tangy, sweet, sour and salty. #Perfect #veryAsian
Mirchi_da_paneer : Tikka da different!! Squares of paneer with fire hot green chillies. Smart work..Wow! #highlyrecommended
Tandoori_stuffed_mushrooms : medium spicy paneer stuffing in the mushrooms, soft and good starter. #highlyrecommend
Butter_chicken_penne : Nailed it. Orgasmic indo-italiano fusion…a crowd puller! #nottobemissed
#Aloo_Onion__Amritsari_Kulcha : Kulcha a bit undercooked. Was I finding faults?. Overall a good dish for kiddos.
#Dhaba_Chicken : Perfectly spiced and paired with roti and rice . Comfort food. Excellent #recommended
#Dal_Makhani: creamy consistancy, flavors intact, yummy. Paired with jeera rice. Must-have #highlyrecommended

Both all time favorite with regulars.
