Ordered in food from China Grill on my parents' anniversary. We ordered Crispy Spinach Chicken, Honey Chilli Potato, Triple Szechuan Rice and Burnt Garlic Rice.
I must say, we absolutely loved the crispy spinach chicken, it's a chef special dish and also a best seller. It is a must try starter dish.
Although, we found Honey Chilli Potato quite average.

Chicken Sweet Corn soup - Good in taste. Lots of chicken. Perfect thickness. Was loved by my kids. 4 / 5
Seafood spicy soup - This was a try out from our end, and it was an average experience. The soup had something missing, which didn't make it enjoyable. Quantity of prawn, crab and fish pieces was good. I didn't find it spicy as the name suggested. 3 / 5
Chicken Tikka - Good in taste. Perfectly marinated. Tender chicken. 4 / 5
Chicken Shanghai - Tasted awesome. Today, I found it a bit oily (photo attached). Couple of chicken pieces were chewy too. 3.5 / 5
Chicken triple schezwan - Amazing combo of gravy and rice. Super tender chicken pieces. Very fulfilling. 5 / 5

This place serves reallly good authentic Chinese food. The quality has not reduced over the years. Staff is hospitable and helpful. They all have a mini banquet hall/venue that is available for functions.

A must visit place if you are craving for chinese. We ordered chicken manchow soup which was really heartwarming.
For mains we ordered Chicken peking noodles which was good and the quantity was adequate. The ambience is good, the staff is courteous.
For the dessert, sizzling chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup is just heaven. Its a must try.

Chinese has been my first love and China Grill never fails to impress me with its delectable cuisines. From prawns sesme to chkn chilly to lamb in bean sauce, its all too good. Burnt garlic rice is my fav to couple up with these delicacies. Located at walking distance from my place, its my dav one stop for Chinese cuisine cravings. Coming soon again.
Decent option for (indo)chinese food. Not too classy and not too pricey either. Good and prompt service. Had both veg and non-veg items and liked all of them albeit being a bit oily.
It would be good if carry bag is provided with food as not good when zomato delivery guy comes with all transparent dabbas in his hand. It must be inconvinient to him as well and not a good way to receive parcel for customers.
This happens to be one of my favourite oriental restaurant in town and am very fond of this place for both value for money food and the ambiance.
My favourite soup on the menu is the ‘Wanton soup’ which I think is the must try!! The pad Thai here is always perfectly cooked with not too much oil on the plate with outbursts of all the Thai herbs.
It’s been my second visit and on my every visit every new dish, I have tried has always been real good.
The restaurant has a beautiful ambiance and a very quick service and post the beautiful dinning experience the bill is always value for money!
Although it has been there for a long time, this is one place that has kept upto the standards. Great ambience, amazing chinese cuisine, and service par excellence. Can rely on China Grill for an unexpected dinner or if u can't decide on where to go.

We had an amazing experience at China grill.
We ordered their Crisy spinach chicken and peanut satay starters .. Both were finger licking good.
Talumein Soup was a bit salty but overall tasty.
And American choupsey was delicious..

This restaurant is one of my favourite restaurants in Pune. The environment and ambiance is very relaxed, staff is polite.
The food is amazing. Clear chicken soup, butter garlic prawns, duck and lamb recipes are awesome.

The crackling spinach and paneer is absolutely delicious , a perfect combination of soft cottage cheese and sweet and spicy spinach.
The chinese chopsuey is my personal favorite . If you like a chopsuey but don't like the sweet flavour of an American chopsuey , try the Chinese version for sure . It's a very simple , bland gravy (which is how it's supposed to be) loaded with vegetables and tastes absolutely delicious .
I've tried practically everything on the menu here and I have to say that I've never been disappointed.
If you're dining in , definitely take a reservation as it gets packed , especially of weekends

China Grill being one of the oldest Chinese restaurants in Pune have 3 branches in the city - East Street Camp, Wanowrie & Viman Nagar. Being one of my favourite Chinese restaurants in the city I've been visiting their Wanowrie and Camp branches for ages now.

Things I love here
Singapore style fish - Basa fish made in red sauce sauteed to perfection. I personally choose fish but you can have prawns or chicken in this style.

Dakchin prawns/chicken/fish gravy - It doesn't really matter what meat you choose. This is a must try here. It is a medium spicy brown gravy goes perfect with fried rice.

I generally have prawns friend rice if I'm having chicken gravy or vice versa.

Caramel custard is my favourite dessert from their menu. Cold custard with caramel sauce is perfect to end a meal.

Their cocktails are pretty decent and refreshing.

The staff is courteous and helpful and the interiors are curated

Every summer vacation as a child one pot rice was my fav diet
This time I tried paneer chilli with sparkling spinach. The best combination of spice and sweet to enjoy for the starter along with a nice and super tasty and tangy veg American choupsey gravy which had a good taste but I felt that vegetables should be added more in the same
The new rice plate which I tried was veg burnt garlic which was a bit disappointing as it was bit bland and not full cooked but some how managed it with American choupsey
I am to going visit again for sure so that I could give it a perfect score

Drums of heaven - nicely prepared, served with sauce
Chicken Hakka noodles, chicken fried rice - as normal taste but worth trying
Now important dish because of that dish I have given 4 star is - Chicken Dakchin very nice in taste a worth trying this dish

There are a few dishes that are awesome, the ambience is amazing , the staff very polite, the rates are okay ( bit higher than reasonable I guess ) , I would recommend crispy chicken with spinach , which I loved ! But I would say it’s a good choice for people who don’t mind some sweetness in their dishes, the soups were like any other, nothing exceptional. The fried rice was good. Overall 4 star as some dishes were not as should have been like the veg rolls, but again, that’s my perspective. Do go ahead and give it a try!
I have been to this China Grill a number of times... I like their food and really quick service. The drinks are always served at the right temperature and food in good time. The food is quite tasty as well. My favourites are the Chicken with Crackling Spinach for the appetisers and Pot Rice for the Mains. My son loves the Classic Sizzling Brownie so have not ventured out and had any other desserts. The brownie is good though.

Hands down the best Chinese in Pune. Dishes like chicken dakchin, pan fried noodles and wontons are just amazing. My absolute favourite is the honey noodles and ice cream. Simply delicious. The general manager personally comes and asks about the food and if everything was okay. He even remembers your choices if you are a repeat customer. This is my go to place for Chinese food.

China grill never disappoints. The Chinese is delicious. If you’re looking for some with an Indian tinge this is the place to be. They have paneer variants in their dishes as well. All chicken starters are tasty. They have good soups too. My friend is obsessed with their basa soup. The seating is a blend of luxury and fancy. They have an upstairs seating where the bar is along with the TV. That’s the one usually reserved for parties if you’re looking to book for one.
Indian options are also available. In fact they have a whole Section in the menu for that just like a strictly North Indian joint would have. Funnily enough, I have tried the butter chicken here and I was not disappointed. The service is good and the owner himself is quite involved and humble.
Great place to visit and have a sit down dinner with family. Expansive menu options and good drinks to boot. Decent delivery but the real treat is to go there itself. Interior murals are chinese - japanese fusion themed and tie well with the seating and decor. Expect a wait time on weekends and peak dinner times. Great option for a date night too 😁

Yes yes..... went with their Indian selection and was AMAZED..... beware all my fav curry and tandoori spaces.... you have a serious unidentified competitor.... loved it loved it .... a big love of Punjab in Wanawadi.... super kahana.......

Its not any exaggeration, taste yourself to come to your own conclusions.
We have been here several times, and each time the experience was the same.... exhilarating!
Be it the Lung Fung Soup and Crispy Chicken starter, the Prawn Fried Rice, or the Chicken Hakka Noodles, each and every item that we picked today, was spot on. Only the BBQ chicken in Hongkong style was too sweet for our taste, but good nonetheless.
We signed off with Caramel Custard and honey noodles with vanilla ice cream. The latter definitely tasted divine, while we have tasted better custard elsewhere.
All in all, a very satisfying Sunday family lunch...

Superb ambience good food and courteous staffs. To name few of my fav items from all the fav items in menu my preference is Shanghai chicken, golden fried prawns, Dakshin chicken, chicken supreme, crispy noodles, burnt garlic fried rice , crispy spinach, honey noodles with ice cream and date desert( forgot the name).i am a big FAN of China grill!!

This is a really good restaurant focusing on Chinese food with speciality in lamb, duck and other dishes. Perfect for families/friends or even solo/couples. The quality of the food has is really good. Went with: Family
Food: dishes ordered 1) chicken manchow soup: This was a standard but really good tasting soup.
2) golden Prawns fry: very fresh prawns, perfectly cooked and fried with golden brown egg batter. This was really worth it with an amazing taste. 3) roasted chilly lamb, this dish was so good. Soft not chewy well cooked with a wonderful sauce.
Quality and quantity: The quality at this restaurant has way up with with some pretty good dishes. The quantity is also very good worth the prices.
Alcohol & other beverages:they serve everything beer, hard drinks, wine, non-alcoholic drinks, cold drinks.
Ambience: beautiful quite ambience, the restaurant has two floors with the first one being the main. The seats and chairs are comfortable and big.
Staff & service: The owners and managers are really nice & polite people. Most of the staff are knowledgeable on the dishes and also nice. Service is also really good, some dishes must take slightly longer depending on the crowd.
Notes: 1) There is only common street parking.
2) some days are crowded and might have a wait a while.
3) They do have a nice clean washroom.
Best Chinese restaurant in the area! I tried a variety from their menu and everything was delicious. Initially ordered chicken saiwoo, drumsticks, chicken crispy, prawns garlic fry, fish fry with spinach. And I would say that the fish with spinach was really amazing. Then for the main course we ordered kung pao, American chopsey and tripple rice. I would say that tripple was very different, tasty and not at all spicey like other indo- Chinese restaurant. Cheers
I visited this place with my love interest who was interested in food more and this place did not disappoint. We just loved Shanghai chicken and Burmese noodles (cooked in delicious coconut gravy). It was indeed a pleasant experience. Ambience is also unique.
This is at par with Mainland China to be honest or I can say it's more delicious and cost effective than Mainland China. We ordered Paneer Chilly with crackling spinach and boy!!!!! to be honest, I would rate this as one of the top dishes in my life. Then, we ordered shanghai paneer and this one also was perfect. The ambience is good. It gets pretty noisy but who cares. The restaurant owner always there to take care of guest. Service is also good. Will be visiting quite frequently.
Very nice place, one of the best in Wanowrie area. Food is very good, valet available. Reasonably priced. Very good indo-chinese dishes. They have started Indian cuisine too. Meal for 4 would cost around 2200-2500 . Valet parking available
We have been ordering food from China Grill on the Swiggy App. This time we decided to go there and eat - The food here is really good, the staff is very courteous and helpful.
Celebrated by birthday lunch there with my family. Good experience. Service was great..we had to wait due to full tables as it was Sunday but the manager arranged tables for us asap.
Nice cozy place to have clean hygienic but tasty chinese food. The staff is quick and there is an uncle who might be the owner who keeps checking in on tables to see if we are comfortable and liking the food

Wow Wow and Wow, it never fails to impress. The food taste here very good. The ambience is very good. The starter provided like cucumber in Vinegar taste very goood. It also serves drinks. Price is though not cheap, but considering its ambience, quality of service, seems reasonable.

One of the best places to have Chinese, absolutely loving, we order sweet corn soup , tangdi kebab, paneer chilly, fortune pot rice. All of these were top notch in taste, I would personally recommend fortune pot rice, it's smooth not at all heavy.
Love everything about this place. Good Chinese and Indian variety, open till late, tasty food, super friendly owner and staff. Out go to place when in Pune.
