After visiting the place for more than 12times, the place decided to call me for a #foodtasting.
I've already been a regular here and tried quite a few items with my family or my friends.
Here's a quick share of the items I had which they served me the other day:
•• Starters ••
1. Bhuna Murgh ka Pasanda: A nicely done basic chicken kebab. Everything was on point, and ideal. Portion size good enough for two.
2. Shanghai Fish: This dish could not impress me. The sauces used were on point and tasty, however the fish and it's wrapping was too soft and mushy. Couldn't enjoy it. The same prep for chicken would taste good with that being said.
3. Oriental Cheese stuffed Mushrooms: Not a fan of mushroom, but this was enjoyable. Super tasty crunchy covering with a sandwich of cheese pressed between two Mushrooms.
4. Butter garlic Prawns: the dish had every potential for me to love it, but only thing which stopped was the fact that the taste of garlic was to light for my palate. Rest all aspects, good stuff.
5. Orange paprika Potato: Blew my mind, stunned my taste buds. Loved it to the core. Keep this besides my KF ultra and that's a deadly combo for me. Perfectly crisp potato with hotness from paprika and the orange rub to it does wonders in your mouth.
•• Mains ••
For the mains, we had Paneer khajam which my vegetarian friend liked it. Subz Nizami is something which I liked and was the typical good stuff from the vegetables mains we expect. Chicken sagoti is something which I asked for myself personally and I absolutely liked it. Superb chunks of chicken submerged in the rich gravy. The chicken was marinated in lemon juice and was cooked in Goan masala.
The mutton roganjosh was not that impressive and felt too oily and undercooked. All the Indian breads were good.
For sweets, we had tiramisu which had no depth of flavor, the chocolate lava cake or bomb was comparatively much better.
Overall a wonderful experience once again clubbed with live music and on demand songs from us made the food experience enjoyable.

Most visited hotel ever in my list, food is good, ambiance is good, staff is also good and the service is also fast and the atmosphere at night is to good but I mostly visit this place in weekends....
Soon will be visiting this place again and will keep on visiting � honestly my most loved place ever.......
The place has a unique charm to itself! Awesome ambience!! Dining by the fountains, open air dining, live music... It just can't get better than this! I loved this place, totally!! ��

It was a amazing experience being at Blue Water💧 with friends .Staff was really good and Live music added to enjoyment . Atomsphere around was wonderful and lively. Must visit place for hangout with friends and loved ones .
I visited this place on Sunday evening, and it was most amazing. Specially so delighted with the kind of service received. Food was ambrosius. Ambience here makes you feel completely relaxing.
Hotel Bluewater - A well known hotel located at Aundh-Ravet BRTS Road ,PCMC. Indian ,Chinese & Continental food offered in a spacious setting with a large outdoor terrace. It has live music,lovely ambience,decor,etc.Also you can enjoy Candle Night Dinner. The staff is friendly and cooperative. The service provided is also very appreciable. The Top dishes people order are Mocktails ,Cocktails,Veg platter,Hot Chocolate Brownie.,etc.A perfect place to visit with family , Friends and colleagues.
Nice ambience, service was quick & food quality was great specially chicken tandoor.......variety of seating is nice ..live music was icing on cake....
The food was magnificent and fish curry king fish was great the best in town. Fish lovers should really try it. Goan style to be specific.

We been here for dinner. We totally loved the ambience and good service. We have ordered various starters and main course ,garlic naan etc.the chiken was so good .and the paneer kandhari tikka was just yum.food was really good.

been there last night for the first time love the ambience ,live music,food quality and quantity totally. We have ordered charcoal smoked cajun tikka,charcoal smoked paneer tikka in starter . Cajun tikka chicken was soft, fresh and well cooked. For main course we recommend non veg : murgh kurchan Veg : paneer kurchan. Best time to visit is 9 PM. Live music is an addition. Food : fresh food, good quality and quantity, well served by waiter. Service: best service was given by the staff. Ambience: Restaurant area is huge, one can have fine dining with family, friends, bar area , open area, indoor seating. Everything is well segmented. Love the blue water in every way. Food,service,ambience,staff,live music, 10/10 to blue water.

One of the finest restaurants in Ravet. Serene ambience, good food and great service. The prices are reasonable too. There's both indoor and outdoor seating available in the evening. Overall, a cool restaurant to dine in, and a fantastic choice for team lunches/dinners.

Over all experience is good. Liked the food and atmosphere.. service wise due to rush you may get neglected some time and that's what I got the experience.... good for parties, big screen projection... lots of variety of seating options....

Recently dined at Blue waterimpeccable ambiance, delightful flavors, and an attentive staff. The dish paneer Romanchak was a standout. Highly recommend it for a memorable dining experience! 👌
It has a very good vibe. Service is fast and food quality and quantity both are impressive. We couldn't try a lot of dishes as they give a good portion for each dish, but whatever we ordered was very good. They have a very good live music arrangement where the singer sings and engages the crowd. It was overall a nice experience.
P.S.- only one negative point- there are a lot of mosquitos at the pool side open sitting so I would rather prefer upstairs sitting in the restaurant next time.
I tried paneer varieties dish in main course with family and it was amazing and tasty dish.Paneer smokey kabab was super yummy and chutney which were good in taste.Do visit to try a good variety of food at one place.

A nice restaurant with different types of seating arrangements. Food is good and the vibe is happening. Located at a calm place. Good place for dinner.
Loved ambience and food too. We tried stuffed mashroom, some Mocktails (blue water special, mellon berry, something with guava) and brownie, it was nice.

This is our first time in Blue water and it was good. There are plenty of parking space as well. We ordered veg and non veg and the quality and quantity was good. The service was also good but they misplaced our pasta order and at last we cancelled it. They need to improve on service rest are fine. The price is on higher side as compared to other restaurants on same level.
