Vegetarian Corporate Combo Meal
Choice of Paneer, Dal Tadka, Jeera Rice, Tawa Paratha, Salad and Gulab Jamun - this was one combo meal. The paneer was soft and fresh, the curry was medium spicy and good. The rice was perfectly cooked and the taste of jeera rice was too yumm. Paratha were soft and fresh. Salad was the pasta one, it was fresh and delicious. The Gulab Jamun was soft, sweet and luscious.
Veg Biryani, Salad and Gulab Jamun - this was the other meal. Biryani was Full of veggies. The rice grain was long and perfectly cooked. The Biryani was little spicy, the veggies had a crunch and it was tasty.

So recently the covid has hit us very badly. To overcome this pride group of hotels started with a concept of delivering great food to us by following all the norms for safety. They have curated a special menu for this dilevery. They have started with special thali menu for delivery. They person who came to deliver me my thali was completely packed with mask ,face mask and hand gloves. The delivery was contactless delivery.
Mix Veg Thali.
This thali had mix veg sabzi, along with some rice, dal, a dessert which had gulabjam into it, some green salad and wheat parathas. The mix veg sabzi was really amazing it has flavor of each veggies going into it. The rice was having pea into it and was cooked prefectly. The dal was having a good sweet and a hint of sour spicy taste to it. Which complimented the rice. The gulab jam was really soft and prefect on sweetness.
Paneer Tikka Masala
The thali was same but it had change in the the sabzi only. The paneer was really soft. It was fix cooked in tandoor with some onions and capsicum. The gravy was infused with this flavor of veggies. It was really amazing dish.
But the thali were amazing and delivery was also on time really like the service and food.

North Indian food in the western part of India. The ambiance is great giving a rustic Punjabi village look of the seventies. The food is a buffet and the spread is vast. The service is excellent. The fish curry and brinjal were too good. I did not like the daal tadka and the rose rabri. It needed more attention. They do not serve liquor here so the true Punjabi effect is missing.

As the name suggests, first thing one would notice the ambience which is typical Dhaba style which is rare in Pune. Food is good, especially Makke di roti and sarso da saag. Staff is very courteous. I would like quote Mr. Partho here. It seems he enjoy serving guests with enthusiasm. Thank you Partho once again. Dhaba like ambience at very accessible location.
No need to go outside the city to experience the same.
Service: It was not 10/10 but 11/10. I was looking for a special dinner for special occasion. These guys helped me a lot. Sachin and his team took care of every detail and made us feel special. Though the food was good and ambience was pleasant but I think their polite and prompt service is the USP. Live music was being played as per the requested songs.
Coming to food. Well you get plenty of items to choose from. So the buffet really gives you options. Some of the dishes really stood out like MAKKE DI ROTI & SARSO DA SAAG, chaat items were made like original chaat joint. Sweets were really fresh and cooked to precision. Only item during the entire meal which I felt average was mango phirni. But Moong halwa and pista burfi were delicious. Everything was being served hot.
In the starters they served pineapple tikka along with paneer tikka and baby corn which I liked a lot.
Sachin was very attentive during the entire dinner and took really good care of us.
I would love to visit here again.

A typical punjabi culture restaurant with a great ambiance and live music.
Ambiance:- The decoration & presentation was very good with old live music makes u feel alive.
Hospitality:- the hospitality was awesome by the management & staff, they provided quick responsive service.
Food:- they have a buffet of veg & non-veg foods which includes with starter drink of jaljeer & meethi sarbat (although i’ve liked the jaljeera) the starters was delicious they provided fish (although i’m not really fond of fish but i’ve liked it well juicy and fried) the chicken badami & tandoori was my favourite part. i just loved although the paneer was really awesome & baby corn was very nice for vegetarians.
But when it comes to main course my expectations was little high as they provided in starters but the pulao & butter tandoori roti was really nice
and at last the the desert was lovely especially the gulab jamun & rabdi.
Although a great experience and must recommended place. Especially they provide zomato gold on buffet which is rare in pune.

Even the Waiters there were wearing Village Style Kurtas .
they Have Many Counters like Chaat counter which serves all types of chats and are delicious,Meethai Counter serving some delicious gulah jamuns ,jelebis , shahi tukda , fruits , etc.
Also the Veg And non Veg Counters are seperated ..Also A seperated Salad counter is present.

This is definitely one of a kind dhaba i have seen in the city area if Pune. The ambiance is amazing and it makes you feel as if you are on a roadside dhaba. The aroma of the food served will make your mouth water instantly! Such is the food served at this place!
I got to taste their buffet which had delicious arrangement of food! The nonveg starters were amazing! Fish amritsari, chicken hariyali were delicious! The paneer malai in veg starter was so soft and delicious! The main course was good too. The veg dishes were on a bit sweet side. I expected a bit tadka type spicy dishes. The nonveg starters were amazing! They had perfect balance if flavours and they gave a real dhaba feel to it!
Also in the sweets, they made live jalebi in front of us and it was really light and crispy! The balushahi was delicious too! Wasnt very sweet and gave a perfect relief to the meal.
The staff was very friendly and the ambiance is perfect. Really a must visit place for all foodies! Cheers!

Puran Da Dhaba
A Dhaba in the middle of the city. Pride hotel is one of the oldest hotels in the city and truly is the pride of the city. Situated at the heart of the city the hotel attracts your attention immediately.
Puran Da Dhaba is total surprise. I was expecting a casual dining restaurant in the hotel but this is a total dhaba. This place gets full marks for the decor. They have maintained the theme and they are have done it wonderfully. Service is also really good. Staff is well trained and very soft spoken. The service was very impressive.
My experience with food was a mixed one. Few things I really liked few things didn't go well. Non-veg veg starters are good but veg starters lacked in giving that beautiful taste which was expected. Main course is good but less options in Non-veg Curry. Desserts are good, Jalebi is made fresh and perfect for winter evening.
On and on good experience if you are around.

Puran Da Dhaba is located inside The Pride Hotel, which is one of the oldest hotels of Pune. The ambience is made pure Punjabi dhaba style, where you can see a lot of earthy colours and might even spot a well or two at the entrance! There is a buffet so obviously it wasn't possible to try every dish. The one's I did,
Starters
1) Fried Fish : This was nice and fish was very soft. 4/5
2) Chicken Tikka : The masala was yummy but found the chicken a bit hard. 4/5
3) Paneer Tikka : This was my favourite. 5/5
4) Tandoori Gobi and Pineapple : I really liked these and found them refreshing. 4/5
5) Hara Bhara Kebab : These were normal. 3.5/5
Main Course
The variety of main course was a lot with some typical Punjabi dishes, I had selective and loved most of them
1) Sarso Da Saag : This was one of the best I have tasted. I poured ghee and guud in it and it tasted amazing, with Makke di Roti ofcourse! 5/5
2) Paneer Tikka Masala : This was good but could have been more flavourful and paneer more softer. 3.5/5
3) Subz Diwani Handi : This mix veg was yummy with a delicate flavour. 5/5
4) Murg Lababdar : This was also very yummy. 4/5
5) Zafrani Pulao : Loved the mild flavour with perfect hint of spices. 5/5
Desserts
Here too there were multiple options but I ate just a select few,
1) Jalebi : Like usual. 4/5
2) Gulab Jamun with Vanilla Ice Cream : Their Gulab Jamun was delicious and soft and I enjoyed a lot with the Ice Cream. 5/5
The staff was very attentive and they had some beautiful live music with old songs. All in all a good place to go with family to enjoy some good and heavy Punjabi food.

The ambiance is really nice so is the service. The buffet system is nice. But the variety is very limited specially for non vegetarians in main course. I loved the sarso da saag and make di roti, even the chicken was nice and chilli garlic fish. In dessert gulab Jamun and loki burfi was really nice. But they need to work on some of the dishes as they are not worth the price.
Love their variety and selection of menu. Good music, good ambience, good food and the friendliest staff. Kudos to Sachin, Partho, Kalyani and Kishor Ji.

I loved the wide spread of menu. They have buffet and they serve veg & non. Veg both.
Food in all was veryy tasty.
We had the starter platter which had hare bhare kabab, tandoori pineapple, tandoori paneer, kurkure babycorns.
In desserts they had Chukandar ka halwa (beetroot halwa) which was unique and delicious. We loved the buttermilk and rose sharbat that was given as welcome drink.
My visit was amazing and I am sure I am coming back..

Extremely caring staff, they care about your taste buds. Tanuja and pankaj made assure that we are happy & satisfied. Sweets are limited, a bit vague. Should be more constant in sweets section. Vegetarian menu was amazing, covered a lot of veggies and gravies. The overall taste was amazing except the gosht curry.

I came here with my friends as one of them suggested me. It seemed quite boring at first but it turned out to b a fantastic evening. The food was amazing with lots of varieties. Ambience was interesting. The service staff were extremely approachive. Mr. Sachin was very polite, came on every table to meet guests and made sure everything's alright Mr. Kishore took care at regular intervals that everything's going correct. Ms. Tanujja was extremely sweet to take care of us and our order. Mr. Partho was excellent at explaining the menu and recommending dishes. Thanks to the live music who played our suggested music. Thanks to all.....
