The Carmine offers a wide variety of food that caters to every palate. The staff are amazing and well led by the Executive Chef Mr. Sanjiv who is personally always around to ensure things are in order. I had a peanut allergy and he made sure the kitchen prepared a platter of fruits for dessert. We stayed for a week and almost every meal ate at this restaurant. Special mention to some awesome staff that made us feel at home: Ms. Jyoti, Mr. Abhay, Mr. Namdeo (he was new yet very alert to our needs!), Ms. Tejaswini and Mr. Parth.
Carmine is huge, has a super tall ceiling, a lovely restaurant located at ground floor at Radisson Blu Kharadi. Tall curtains falling all around gives it an amazingly rich experience.
Their Sunday Brunches are very inviting and tempting. When we visited, the theme was - Millets.
Brunch spread is huge. There were about 7/8 starters each veg and non-veg, multiple salads including 3/4 millet salads.
There were about 5/6 live counters serving litti chokha, chole puri, dimsums, bhutta, sweet and spicy millet pan cakes, pizzas and much more.
There were about 8/9 veg and non veg curries. So many unique and lost recipes were served in curries - few of them were Allu Wadi curry, millet gatte ki Sabji, Bharwa aloo and much more. Food was very delicious.
Dessert counter was superb and we were completely spoilt for choices. It was a delight to eyes and taste buds both. There were multiple chocolate base, fruit base and cheese based desserts but I was amused to see about 10 types of millet desserts. It was a superb experience tasting desserts here.
Staff is very courteous, drinks are nice and live Bollywood music made it even better. This is a must visit theme for every Indian with your friends, family, colleagues.

Can you miss Sunday Buffet @ Redisson Blu (Kharadi)?
The Buffet Spread is fantastic, it is far-fetched. Thanks to its excellent team of Chefs and skilled F@B service team. While team of Chefs prepare scrumptious food for their guests and win hearts, the friendly service team pamper guests with their enthusiasm and powerful charm.
The entire Production Team and Service Team are seriously and sincerely considerate and conscientious. They know what they are doing and what they are talking about, and you could noticeably perceive that making their guests exultant is their prime precedence. The entire Production Team is indeed remarkable. And while food is being prepared with great concern, care and passion, it is served with enormous skills and promptness by the Service Team.
Kudos to Chef Dinesh, Sandip, and Susmita especially Pastry Chef Abbas and Dining Room Heads, Aniket and Naveen - especially Nivrutti, Abhay, Akshay and Manav.

Recently, with some family friends had a chance of experiencing the Middle Eastern-themed brunch at Radisson Blu's Carmine restaurant, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The ambiance was beautiful, with elegant interiors and attentive staff who added a touch of sophistication. The buffet spread was a delightful fusion of Middle Eastern and traditional Indian flavors, leaving me spoiled for choice. The live music, creative mocktails and yum desserts enhanced the overall charm, making it a memorable and enjoyable brunch experience.
Great place with lot of options in buffet. Indian, continental, Mexican delicacies. Ala carte menu is also quite good and tasty. Great place to come with friends, family or even business meetings. Kid friendly place as well.

Carmine is a restaurant in Radisson Blu Kharadi. They serve North Indian, continental and muglai cuisine.
I was there for a staycation and we had dinner and breakfast which was being served in the same restaurant. We also chose to have lunch there only.
We had so many dishes there and almost everything was so delicious and good. Breakfast was not that good but the lunch menu was superb and the service was good too.
My family was totally impressed with the lunch where we had lasagna, biryani, walnut brownies and so many things and they all were delicious.
I prefer this restaurant and recommend this one for Indian cuisine.
