A tasty food after so long ...😋
Perfect packing , no spill at all .
Delivery very very fast .. within 25 minutes 😃
One must try this for sure. Just loved the taste. Delicious.
This is a famous and old veg restaurant that serves South Indian dishes in Camp area. Have been eating here since my childhood.
Some of the best dishes are Onion Uttappam, Mysore Masala Dosa, Medu Vada Sambar, Filter Coffee are recommended anytime of the day.
In Lunch (North Indian), their starter specialty is Paneer Piece Pickle, Manchurian Dry, and Tandoori Paneer Tikka.
Main course options are also decent.
Most important factor is the rates are pretty decent and pocket friendly.
A must place to go for a quick snack bite, fast lunch or tea meetings.
Staff is polite as well as well mannered.

serves one of the best filter coffee in town
A Sunday morning staple. This is by far the best south Indian restaurant in camp area. My favourite is the Mysore masala dosa as they put some dry fruits in it. Also famous here is the paper dosa, which is huge!!! Easy for 2 people to finish or a single hungry bhukkad person. The medu wada is heavenly thanks to the amazing sambhar!
Ambience-5/5
Value for money-5/5
Service- 5/5
Note- they have a really good guard outside who always helps in parking. Really polite person!
I'm at this restaurant for lunch.. Whenever you visit this restaurant Youll find most of the customers are having Dosa here... But I'm so much hungry that's why had full course meal which was really good.. Polite staff.. Quality of food is good... I really want to visit this place again for their paper dosa which was as huge as one table 😋😋
Recently got a chance to visit this legendary veg restaurant for breakfast. Location wise its perfect right on the main road with vehicle parking and a very courteous staff managing the parking area. He even holds the umbrella for you while entering and exiting your car.
When you step inside, its a double storey comfortable sitting area. I was surprised to see that on a crowded Saturday morning also the service was super quick within minutes. Appreciate it !!
Coming to food, rates are very reasonable. Awesome taste. Our entire bill comsisting of below items was just Rs. 424.
BEETROOT CUTLET : This one is worth trying. Amazing healthy cutlet with ample of beetroot stuffed in it topped with onion rings and cabbage. Only 1 piece per plate but its huge and heavy. 1 suggestion here is that the sauce and chatni served with it is more than required. It goes waste. You can serve it separately on the table and allow the customer to take as per need.
MASALA DOSA : As requested, they served Masala separately. Sambhar was tasty. Thankfully Not Sweet. Chatni was made of coconut, whereas in many restaurants they save costs by serving peanut chatni. Loved the proper coconut chatni.
RAWA MASALA DOSA : Another wonderul choice. Crispy and good enough quantity. They also add raisins (Kishmish) to the masala which was something new that I saw.
MYSORE SADA DOSA : Appropriate use of spices. Crushed cheese and raisins were also used to garnish the interiors. It added to the heaviness.
FILTER COFFEE : Served in regular cups but the taste was wonderful. Very much recommended in hot beverages.
SPECIAL TEA : The special thing about it was the use of ginger and more milk. Tea lovers may try. Ideal for a rainy day.
One of the oldest (among many such restaurants in camp area) udpi restaurants
Has parking available for about 8cars👍
Service is quick
Tried Mysore masala and filter coffee and will rate it 5/5 for taste
One of the best restraunts in Pune. The food is extremely good. The staff is polite. The ambience is awesome. Do try the specialities. Strongly recommended.
Cravings for South Indian breakfast?
Then you must try this place for its delicious Wada Sambar & Dosa.
The batata wada is just mind blowing 🔥

This place also has good south indian food offered with dinnner and lunch is also available here and the service is also good though it has sone waiting on weekends. This place has 2 options A/C and non A/c section.
Supriya is one of the legendary restaurants in Pune and they live up to the expectation. They have been catering to the vegetarian lovers for quite some time now and they are the master of the genre.
A modest decor and cheerful ambiance welcome the foodies, sofa seating is comfortable and staff is courteous.
We ordered from their long menu:
Onion Uttapam - It was great, succulent and perfectly cooked.
Masala Dosa - Again an awesome preparation with good filling.
Mushroom Biryani - It was better than expected, perfect blend of spices with tender mushrooms.
Coconut chutney was very good and fresh.
PS - Sambhar was a little sweet for my taste, i did not like it.
Overall, a satisfying meal.
TLDR: A must try if you like authentic South Indian breakfast!
We went at 8 am on a weekday to this place. It opens at around the same time, but it was already crowded!
Tried medhu wada sambar. The wadas were dunked in sambhar in a unique shaped cutlery - good presentation. One could feel the softness and freshness in the sambar as well as the wada. The chai was alright. For breakfast this is a good place. Masala dosa was a good dish to be honest. None of the dishes I tried were too spicy, moderate to low spicy.
Food - 4/5

Hotel Supriya is famous for South Indian food.
I tried here some south Indian dishes which were really really awesome.
Food they serve is soo tasty and amazing.
Serving staff is very helpful.
Only good for South Indian food. Otherwise all menu is available but taste wise not that great. So recommend only for that.try cheese maysore dose specially.
Supriya has been my go to resturant for years now!
Infact let it be dine-in or take away, it has to be supriya!
Love their South Indian food and punjabi dishes ! Moreover it's easy on the pockets compared to other restaurants with no compromise in their quality!
Here's a list of few of my favorites that you'll should definitely try!
Everything in their South Indian menu
Idli wada sambar
Mysore masala dosa
Onion uthappa
Cheese dosa
Coming to their snacks, their beetroot cutlet is the best in town! Also their Jain baked beans on toast is delicious
One must definitely definitely definitely try their paneer biryani! Highly recommended for sure
Do not forget to end your meal with their hot filter coffee!
Great food... Going since childhood, food is delicous, Service is ok... One of the old hotels in town... Must try, taste has not much changed over the years however the taste has increased.
Tried this amazingly delicious curd rice tadka 🍚 and khichadi kadhi 😋😋😋. Absolutely tasty and healthy. I’d never tasted this combination before, a plain khichadi with sweet and sour Kadhi. One should really try this out.
Supriya was like second home in my childhood, hardly about 2 kms from my house. Ended up going there like almost every time . South Indian was the choice of food there always. Recent visit there for the special cutlet, dosa and idli was like a flashback of my entire childhood. Only change there is the interior which they did some time back. Taste wise it was still the. Same 😋 .
Absolutely Great Taste..! Never miss SAMBHAR from PRIYA..! The Onion Uttappam and Masala Dosa has to be tried for sure. Packing is good. *High Sir..!*
This place is there even before i was born , it's very nice for their south indian food. No complaints other than the soup i had on my last visit it was not even tasting anything like soup . But Masala dosa and onion uttapam was really good . Service is excellent.
This is a go-to place for me whenever I want to have south Indian. It's a very old place , my wife used to visit this place from her childhood. Their speciality is Manager Dosa. Do try that one.
Good and excellent south indian restaurant. The Chatni they serve with the dishes is just too good and also very excellent bru coffee. Must visit for south indian delicacies.
A very cosy restaurant on a great location, food was good & they have ample space for two wheelers as well as four wheelers parking. I ordered cheese maysoor masala dosa & black coffee, staf was really fast & humble as well, my order was noted down & served within 15mins. Comfortable sitting area on ground floor & on first floor also. Nice place to have a bite or two with your family & friends. 100% recommended.
This is an all time breakfast zone. This has been my family's favourite old place for food. They serve amazing South Indian breakfast, I love their beetroot cutlet (it is little sweet due to dry fruits like kishmis) I also love the rava dosa. It is very cheap and provided quick service. Hope you don't need to wait too long to get a seat, usually it's very crowded.
Best South Indian dishes available here. Taste is not comparable to any of the South Indian restaurant in Pune. This restaurant is like an old authentic place in Pune. I love it. Delivery through uber eats is great!! Quantity and quality plus price 3 in 1 package!!
I ordered food online from here many times.
-Idli chutney was really nice. They keep it simple and good.
-Mysore masala dosa will be better if eaten fresh n crispy.
Never visited the place for dine in, so cannot say about the ambience and service experience.
Good food available. South indian food were awesome as I tried them out. The idlis are better than the dosas. The mysore dosa was good. The staffs were professionals.
A homely restaurant for the yummiest South Indian food in Pune. I've been going here since I was six and their food quality has remained superb. Great taste and value for money!
Best place to start your day with breakfast. Taste is awesome. Should try fried idli and Mysore dosa they are just amazing. Their quality of food is great. Service is so fast. I have ordered sada dosa and fried idli.
One of the best South Indian restaurants in Camp area. It is almost always full whether you visit in the morning or in the evening. Whether you are in need of a filling breakfast, a satisfying lunch, some quick snacks or a closing dinner, this place is not going to disappoint you. Their menu is quite vast but I have always concentrated on the South Indian options and will limit my review to that.
Mostly, I visit this place for breakfast. Their idlis, vadas, dosas, rawa dosas, upmas, dahi wadas, etc. are damn good (portion size and taste). Couple that up with a hot or a cold drink and it is as good as it can get. Their Sambar and Chutneys are very good too.
A special word of appreciation for the quick service that you get over here. The waiter uncles work tirelessly all around you serving the capacity crowd(more often than not). Food is delivered pretty quick and so is the bill. The pricing might be an issue as it is on the higher side. Well, that is what you have to live with in the Camp area. Overall, a recommended place, especially for breakfast or evening snacks.
Food: 4.5/5
Ambience: 3/5
Service: 5/5
Pricing: 4/5
Some days i become a pure vegetarian. I crave for some good vegetarian delicacies. This was one of those days and this place came to my sight. And that's when i realized my wallet is a little on the lighter side.
Scrolled through the menu looking at only the prices and stopped at Special Rava masala dosa. You see when the word 'special' is inserted, there's so much hope.
And this didn't disappoint. It was a neat and crisp rava masala dosa with a spoon full of butter kept on the plate. For the price, it's quite s good meal.
Will definitely try more and hopefully increase the rating.
As for the Ambience, it's a big place with family settings as well.
This is a very old outlet in camp area but one of the best restaurants serving good south indian food. Try their Tomato Omelette, Dosas, Idlis n even vegetarian food. Juices served are also very fresh.
Service is quick n ambience is like a typical South Indian restaurant. There is ample parking space so car parking is not a problem.
Keep it up guys. Thank you so much for a lovely breakfast.
Have been visiting this place since many years the taste and quality had never gone down, the restaurant is very well maintained and clean.
Quick service , the staff very prompt and well trained
One of my favourite places to eat. Going since it began in 2000.
Very good in terms of price, quantity and quality.
The staff is also friendly.
It's South Indian dishes are very good.
Veg Cutlet is a must try.
Serving decent south Indian food. One of the best and the oldest places to visit in camp. Must try: Mysore masala dosa, Paneer 65, Dahi wada, sweet lassi and onion uttappa.
This is an old restaurant in camp and it’s a pure veg restaurant their Veg cutlet is very famous and yes it’s yummy dahi Wada tasted good kadi khichadi was nice light food quality is good quick service though you will always find this full
The patent place to go for any south Indian breakfast on any day. This place serves authentic Udupi style south Indian breakfast at jet speed.
My favorites :
1. Masala dosa
2. Mixed vada sambar
3. Tomato dosa
4. Cheese sandwich
5. Espresso coffee
Been here many times..It is one of the most liked restaurant .Visited this place Last week. We had ordered veg jalfrenzi and butter naanand veg cutlet.Amazing taste ...good service.
This is one of the old restaurant in Pune and I'm visiting this restaurant from my childhood. Ordered rose shake and onion uttapam.
Onion uttapam was good,. rose shake was not upto mark.
It’s close to our place and we go often and the foods great. It’s a good place for a family dinner. The only issue is that any edition made in their dish and it’s not going to be right. Like the last time we went, we asked for a dish in less spicy and even confirmed that it can be made less spicy and it still came very spicy. After sending it back, again they sent the same thing. Eventually we got tired and left it. Post this unfortunately I’m not sure if I’ll want to go back.
We ordered idli sambhar , sabudana khichdi
The idli sambhar was a complete justice
Sabudana khichdi tasted sweet because of raisins i guess
Watermelon juice was good
Buttermilk was too watery
Over all good service and good ambience
It approximately costed us 278 for 2 reasonable enough
If you are looking for a quick bite, breakfast lunch or dinner Supriya is the perfect place. Large seating area, good number of waiters for quick service.. and delicious food.
Have tried everything on the menu since years.
They are perfect at the south indian. The Sambhar is better than any other Shetty restaurant..
Ambience 4
Food 4
Cost 3 *less rate means unreasonable cost
Service 4
-Palak soup is worth trying. :)
-Dosa is good, served with thick white chutney which you won't find in @priya opposite kohinoor. Sambar is unique too.
-Onion uttappa is not a smart choice here.
-Dahi wada is just okay as does not have any garnishing or plating as compared to @priya restaurant and @kalyanBhel
It's a pure veg restaurant and has been running successfully since several years. I have been visiting this place since my childhood days and it has always been consistent with their food and service. The food is delicious and service is prompt. In all my years over here, I have never been disappointed and always left the place feeling content. The best Mysore Masala Dosa I've had is over here. The potato stuffing tastes amazing and has a good flavour to it unlike most of the other restaurants that have bland patotoe stuffing in a dosa. Paneer Tikka Masala accompanied with Butter Naan is pure bliss and it just melts in the mouth....No matter what you order over here, it is bound to be a hit. A family restraunt with basic and decent ambience and superb food, Supriya is a must try.
A proper family restaurant, any day a good place to have dinner with the family.. Overall, okayish service, good food and a nice place to have dinner..
Amazing food... Had a great breakfast here... The cheese masala dosa is great...service is okayish... But allover it's a great place to be at...
A nice place to have food. Visiting this place from last 7 years. Taste and quality of food is the same from last seven years. North Indian and South Indian both are speciality of this place.
This restaurant has been always a fav for its cutlet. A regular customer here always eat the cutlet first and thinks about another dish.
Quality has been unmatched quality since decades.
My favourites
Veg cutlet
Baked beans with toast
Mysore masala dosa
And Filter coffee.
Ambieance - 3.5

Super place, buzzing and quick turnaround.
On my way to St Patrick’s for the 11am service.
And chanced in on this find.
Had to wait because it was super busy.
My breakfast was medhoo vada and coffee. Their green chutney was fab 🤩
Well it's all about good food and quicker service when you are a vegan and when your hunger craves for some vegetarian food and this place helps you best with both..good food and better service.
We ambience is good has both normal and AC sitout. Surely a good place.
It's been a long since we are visiting supriya for breakfast, tea, lunch.
If you are in camp area and are looking for a vegetarian breakfast, lunch, dinner supriya is a must visit.
Food - 4/5, you order anything and it is always served properly cooked and is delicious.
Recommended - Onion Utappa, Madhu Vada+Potato Vada Sambhar, Veg Bhuna, Veg Kadhai, Veg Hakka Noodles, Lassi, Tea, Nescafe
Staff and Service - 4/5, the staff are very polite and the service is quick too despite of being crowded during peak hours, they do mess up your order specifications at times, but overall a good feedback everytime we visit.
Ambience - 4/5, quite a large space and comfortable seating, did not happen that it was full and we had to wait to get a seat.
I had eaten at this place once upon a time. Today, after roaming around to different MSEB offices (from Wadgoan sheri to the in Hadapsar to the final one near Bishops in Camp), I felt that I should eat at a South Indian restaurant whose recent dispute was recently covered in Pune Mirror ie I was thinking that the one opposite to Nehru Memorial Hall is Roopali. After reaching, there I realised this is Supriya but as I was hungry, I went in.
They have parking for two wheelers n around 3 to 4 Four wheelers. Seating is available on ground n first floor. Interiors are subtle and their basin is user friendly (smooth tap).
I ordered mix wada along with cold coffee. The waiter (coz of their experience) are prompt to ask of you want your wada dipped or dry. I opted for dip but thanks for asking, as it always help. The medu wada was very soft and potato wada had fresh potatoes along with loads of curry patta (which made it awesome). The sambar was enough for two wadas and chatni (naariyal that is) was not bad either. The bowl shape could have been better as currently, it is uneven but thankfully, it has nothing to do with the taste. Cold coffee was also amazing.
Service is super-duper fast as they have regular flow of customers.
All the best to team Supriya.
Overall:
Food: 4/5
Ambience: 3/5
Service: 4/5
Value For Money: 4/5
This place serves the best dosas in Pune. Also, their rasam-wada is a must have. Simple place with such good south indian food to offer. Will visit again when I get dosa cravings.
One of the oldest, pocket-friendly and best post-shopping restaurant near MG road.
We ordered:
Mysore cheese masala dosa
Onion uttappa
Lassi
Ganga Jamuna
i accidently visied here for lunch..cos m in rush to visit somewher so Supriya is near by and ok ok lookwise..after placing the order i thought i made mistake it will take atleast 15 minut to prepare bt it was shockingly in 5 minut and its on my table with naan salad pickle not just quick it was well coocked and yummy ..wowww..its unbeliveble dat i hav orderd one ice cream and shake dat too awesome to test...loved it..keep it up guys..
Legendry south Indian restaurant in camp area , their sambhar has been consistent from several years now , it was once an economical restaurant however prices have increased over the years .. We tried their Punjabi food and it was ok the veg tawa was flavourful with capsicum and other veggies, the palak paneer was pretty bland , a little tadka would have helped , since it was an early dinner tandoori rotis were not served so we settled for Puris.
Taste was average , what I've come to remember is never order Punjabi food in a South Indian restaurant. Gulped the food down with some refreshing ginger lemon from Ardeshir a local produced soda company . Overall a decent meal . I would definitely recommend you to try their south Indian food.
One of my favorite places.
I love their dosas and idli vadas. This place is all about good food and that's what most of us want at the end of the day. The service is also good, but again be careful of going their on peak times, as it gets crowded and congested.
I was here for breakfast today. The place is easy to locate. It's a little ahead of Dorabjee in camp. It has parking space available which is handy. The ambience is alright. Restaurant has a ground floor and 1st floor seating arrangement. 1st floor ambience is better than the ground floor. We had maysore masala dosa, onion uttappa and mix vada sambar. Everything was delicious including the coconut chutney. I would definitely come back.
P.S. - I cannot comment on the other dishes as I didn't try them but I have a feeling they must be equally good.
Love this place. Its very pocket friendly and the food is genuinely authentic south Indian.
This is that genuine serving shetty south indian place for me.
The ambiance is quite good. The menu contains a wide range of dosas to choose from. The portion size is huge. And delicious food! Service is prompt as well. The pricing is just right.
Have been here endless number of times and still not gotten bored of it as its the go to place for dosa, sambhar and uthappa..
Nice restaurant, cordial staff, quick service and more than good food.. best known for south indian dishes!!! Best for morning breakfast for Veg eaters.
They serve best South Indian food. That authentic smell and taste of sambar and chatni makes you order more and more. Value for money 💯
Good quality good quantity with good rates. Not expensive
One of the best place for breakfast in camp . Best picks include cheese tomato omlette , onion uttappa , udit wada dipped and filter coffee .
Very fast service and good food. Would recommend if they could add some instrumental music in the restaurant. Well behaved staff. Nice seating
Nice place for Vegetarians visiting Camp. Good taste and quality, mainly the South Indian varieties, in which the breakfast dishes come in good quantities..
When you're in the Camp area and you like your veggies, then Supriya is a great choice. I particularly love the paneer bhurji with a hot naan or a warming dal kichdi which comes with a kadi. There is an extensive array of foods to choose from - Udupi, North Indian and Chinese too. There is plenty of seating space and the service is prompt. 👍
Excellent place yummy food!!! Have been coming here from childhood and the taste still remains the same! The masala dosa is a must have!!! My recent visit compelled me to write this the dosa was yummiest!! The coconut chutney and sambhar is to die for!! This is my number one place for dosa, idli, uttapam!!the prices too are very pocket friendly! The quantity is good👍🏻the place is centrally located the food os perfect👌🏻
A Delightful Vegetarian Culinary Journey at Supriya, Pune
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Supriya, a fantastic vegetarian restaurant in Pune, and it was truly a memorable experience. From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance exuded warmth and rustic vintage charm, setting the stage for a delightful breakfast experience.
To start my meal, I opted for the cheese toast, and it was a heavenly combination of crispy bread and gooey, melted cheese that left me craving for more. The vadas were perfectly seasoned and had a wonderful crispy texture, making them a delightful appetizer choice.
The beetroot cutlet was a revelation! The delicate blend of flavors and the slight sweetness of the beetroot made it a standout dish, and I was impressed by how well it complemented the other dishes.
For the sweet dish, I decided to try the semolina-based dessert, and it was simply divine. The dessert had a delightful balance of sweetness and a pleasant nutty flavor, making it a perfect ending to my meal.
Lastly, the filter coffee at Supriya deserves a special mention. It was one of the best filter coffees I've had in a long time - rich, aromatic, and expertly brewed. It added a perfect finishing touch to the entire dining experience.
Beyond the delectable food, the service at Supriya was impeccable. The staff was attentive, friendly, and eager to recommend dishes based on individual preferences, which added a personal touch to the entire dining experience.
In conclusion, Supriya is a hidden gem for vegetarian food enthusiasts in Pune. With its mouthwatering dishes, charming ambiance, and exceptional service, it guarantees a memorable and satisfying dining experience. Whether you are a vegetarian or simply appreciate delicious food, Supriya is a must-visit restaurant that will leave you craving to return soon.
Heaven for South Indian food lovers. Supriya Pure Veg Restaurant is situated at the heart of Pune City. Small parking space for four-wheelers but they help to park your car roadside. Visited this restaurant multiple times, and taste-wise they are maintaining their quality.
It is really nice place to have veg food. All time good for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It's 2 floor restaurant, they have enough seating capacity. It was crowded when we visited the place twice, but we got the seats.
This service is good. The location is also prime. And most important they have enough parking space. The quality of food is a really good. We tried South Indian, North Indian and Chinese. All were tasty.
Everything is quick here. Service is fast. Delicious food. Good ambience. Nice restaurant
South indian food was awesome. We tried mendu vada and it was yummy. Then after we tried veg biryani, we told waiter to make is medium spicy and when we taste it, it was too spicy. Food taste was good but spiciness is very high. So confirm twice with waiter before ordering.
I know this place since I started understanding the world. It was one of my favourite place when my dad used to bring me this side of the city. This was my camp side south Indian place.
After so long I got a chance to eat here. And the whole experience was the same. I don’t remember, but the people working here may be same.
Its still hygienic, serves great food and welcomes you courteously.
A good South indian restaurant to eat authentic udupi taste with quality as well as quantity. Place is clean, happening yet calm, service staff is attentive. No smoking, no alcohol and purely vegeterian. Pets are not allowed.
Love the place. Have been coming here since I was a kid and now I'm a lot older, but it still is good with good food and service.
I had the special tea and cheese toast and it was good. The staff was courteous and professional. He even clarified when I wanted what to be brought out. Very good.
This place has my heart
I am going since my college days with my frends just to have their veg cutlet
It is so delicious 🤤 mouthwatering and fullfiling soul food
It is served piping hot and very crispy.
They serve with freshly green chutney which is little sweet and onion salad
Once in life you have to be there and try their authentic South Indian delicacy
