Every beer lover finds his way to taste what's there in the whole beer scene. TJ's beers are great. I loved whatever they offered. The beer was great. The service was a bit slow but that is acceptable considering the beer they offered.

Well good experience after reopen . Since I was coming to tjs from last 3yrs. Yesterday I came first time after reopen and it was my pleasure to meet one of the old staaf Anthony. As he knows us very well because we are regular customer to this restaurant . And he gives us vip treatment and he ends us with the complementary desert. I think this place will go up soon . I want to say special thanks to Anthony and the management..π thankyou...
Loved this place..ambience was good..with indoor n outdoor seating..their craft beers are too good..if you don't know which one to have..just order the beer tasters where you can try all of their craft beers..i personally loved the apple cider n devils dark..also tried a beer cocktail melo weiss which was nice..tried the gunpowder fries ,potato wedges n chicken bucket with fries which was good..service was good..must must visit :)
Great place for a refreshing beer! Many options to choose from, but sometimes all brews are not available. Pretty tailored offers to fall into the economical category. Must try out when in Pune. Humble and courteous staff add up to give you a pleasant experience.
Stopped by on a Friday night. nice outdoor seating in evening. Staff was extraordinarily friendly and explained available beers had available. Only 3 at time of review - sadly - as they had just reopened after remodeling. However of those 3 - wit nicely done, barley unique even if not my style and German wheat was excellent.
Food ordered a mix of veg and non veg. Nachos were meh - had many better. Peanut mix (canβt remember name) was excellent, as was cooked chicken and paneer we ordered for group. Good 1+1 specials and honored Zomato Gold without much fuss - thank you!

TJ's Brew Works, one of the pioneers of Craft Beer at Pune, is back serving its fabulous brews again. This place has the live music/ events/ offers going on throughout the week and the vibe is simply electrifying. One of these weekends I was there with a group of friends and we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. That day @Aryaendra was belting down the coldplay numbers with amazing flair and an enviable burst of energy, the atmosphere was truly immersive.
I tried all the 7 craft beer variants on tap, and I couldn't find a fault with any of the brews. They were all classics in their own brewing zone:
Pale Gale: A rare Pale Ale which has the perfect balance of hops and malt. It wasn't a hopbomp exactly but still the aroma of hops was pretty dominant. Flavours from the malt were shining through, so despite being an Ale it was not high on IBUs.
Mystery: WoW, Just WoW. This one had tropical fruity notes and was kind of zesty on palate with some flavourful hops infused for the aroma, finishing notes were minty fresh. Looked unassuming with its pale yellow appearance but was a very pleasurable brew, extremely sessionable indeed.
Devil's Dark: A Dark Ale with strong notes of Coffee and bitter dark Chocolate. It was exactly a full bodied stout sans the creamy mouthfeel. Amazing choice for the people who prefer dark beers over lagers, wits and ciders.
Blonde: It was good, it was refreshing and it was everything a lager should be. Had the perfect balance of moderate hops and malt. Easy to drink and had a decent head. The finish was drier than the mystery brew.
Coffee Porter: Star Brew !!! Certainly the best of the lot that TJ's brewmasters produce. Vanilla and Coffee notes with a steady head, it can give any stout/ porter in town a run for its money.
Zein Weiss: TJ's twist on the good old Hefeweizen. A delightful brew indeed. This one has the citrusy profile with the coriander and pepper notes. A perfect companion for the hotter days on horizon.
Apple Cider: A dryish cider, not too sweet. Wasn't the most sparkling cider that you will come across but the use of premium apples give it a remarkable flavour. Nice overall.
In food we tried a whole range of Indian & Oriental Starters, pick of the lot were:
* Prawns (Huge Sized) in Hot Garlic Sauce: Lipsmackingly good. Freshness of prawns was shining through in taste despite the tossing in spicy sauces.
* Chicken Pahadi Kebab: The smokiest tandoori kebab that I have ever had. A 'Must Have' at TJ's !!!
* Beer Braised Chicken: What an accompaniment to the lovely brews. Tangy, Spicy and the Chicken with that lovely bite. #PerfectionOnPlate
* Tandoori Mushrooms: Smokey, Spicey and very well done !!!
* Fish Finger with Tartare Sauce: Despite a thicker coating fish had not lost its flavours. Crusty outside and perfectly soft inside, just the way fish fingers should be. Tartare sauce was an able ally here, tasted amazing on its own too.
In mains we tried:
Thai Green Curry (Chicken): It was one of the best thai curries I have had in recent past. No owerpowering flavours, absolutely the right curry consistency, sweet and spicy in equal measure. Ample chicken pieces with fair share of exotic veggies.
Chicken Biryani: Not the dum variant but the incredibly fragrant and well spiced version. Chicken was cooked to the melt in mouth consistency and the generous dose of birista gave it just the right tinge of sweetness.
Pasta Arrabiatta: Failed to make the cut with me. It was decent but not great, I have had better.
Veg Pizza with Exotic Toppings: This was a cracker of a Pizza, had a thin and sustainable crispy crust despite being loaded with cheese and toppings. Tried another version which was having toppings sauteed in oriental sauces, it was spicy and legit delish.
We skipped the sweet treats as we were stuffed to the hilt by the end of this blissful food soirΓ©e, but I would urge all of you to keep some space for the decadent desserts this place has on offer.

TJ's is a brewery located in the East wing of Amanora mall. It has a great ambience with a rustic touch.
I have been to TJ's a couple of times before, though it was quite a few years ago. I have always liked the place and this time was no different. Deepak offered us to either order off the menu or choose from the curated menu that he had prepared for us. We being a lazy bunch left it to him, though we did tell him our preference of beers. From the brews, we tried The Devils Dark, Zen Weiss, Pale Gale, Mystery, Vanilla Porter and the Apple Cider. Each brew has its unique taste and therefore its own fan following, I personally liked the Vanilla Porter and the Devil's Dark. Both were strong and pungent.
STARTERS
Among starters we ordered Watermelon feta salad, Caesar salad chicken, Fish fingers, Masala peanuts, Pahadi tangdi, Paneer Tikka, Beer braised chicken, Cajun potato wedges. All the starters except the masala peanuts were good, and we had multiple servings of each. The Pahadi tangdi, Beer braised chicken, and the fish fingers were the Rockstar dishes, and everyone loved them.
MAINS
By the time we got to the mains, I was already pretty full, but still did try a couple of dishes, especially the pizzas. The Exotic Veg and BBQ Chicken pizza were both very tasty, thin crusts loaded with cheese and fresh toppings. The others in the group tried the Penne pink sauce, Classic Margherita pizza, Thai green curry (Veg and Non-Veg), and the Chicken Biryani. I had few spoons of the chicken Biryani and it too was pretty tasty and flavorful.
All in all, TJ's continues to be an excellent place to spend a nice evening with friends and family. With sprawling smoking and non-smoking areas, both equipped with a bar of their own, there is ample space to sit and relax.

Late post...It was a quick unplanned visit to TJ's Brew Work for having a beer or two. The staff was courteous and presented beer samples for tasting. Enjoyed the in-house beer varieties and the Zomato's 2+2 offer was fruitful.
This place is literally a hidden gem with very amiable staff and proper value for money menu items. Drinks are also standardly priced. Beer coolers are great in taste. They have their brewery within the restaurant, which is visible from the table. The wheat beer was great too.
The beer is the best I've ever tasted in my entire life. Unbelievably smooth. The stuffed chicken was a delight too. And for the first time I like a Arrabiata. One of the better breweries in Pune. The staff was really good. Special mention to Prem who was really polite and soft spoken.
This place was closed for some time it seems. It has started again with a bang. The food is a variety of continental and Indian. The brews too are good. We tried Apple Cider, Vanilla and Belgium Wheat. I personally liked the Belgium Wheat the most.
We tried Chicken Wings(with Barbecue Sauce), Fish and Chips and Paneer Chilly for starters. The starters were delicious.
For the main course we tried the Thai curries and rice. We also tried Chicken Tikka Masala to check the Indian Cuisine as well. The food was sumptuous and the service was beyond expectations. The staff was personally looking after our every need.
Overall, a wonderful experience. Next time I plan to go there for dinner with friends.. they play soft rock and jazz in the background on BOSE system which, in itself, was an experience.

A very nice, affordable yet rocking place in amanora mall. They brew their beer better then anyone in town. Ginger ale was the best. Their food is also descent. Music and ambiance is good for all kinds of pub goers. Live sports adds to it's awesomeness. The ambiance is dark and cozy. The interiors are pretty. Dim lights and good music make this place more comfortable to sit for hours and enjoy your drink. They have live screening too. I totally loved their bar table. High chair seating and brewing beer pull me back to this place.

Even though this place is in Amanora mall , you will not feel like you are inside the mall.
This place has got a very tough and solid look , with all the wooden furnishing and interiors.You can see all the huge n shining brewing kettles right inn front of you.
As a part of goan Fest they have added the Goan delicacies in the Menu, don't forget to try it.
In beer, I took Tj's Pale Gale beer, which was good, not so bitter not so plain.
Lets start with the Food:
Gunpowder Fries: Its basically Classic Fries sprinkled with their in house GunPowder.
Great for munching.
TJ's Onion Rings:
These onion rings were good in taste but felt little oily than usual.
Paneer Chilli:
Soft paneer cubes was marinated well and had a perfect spicy taste.

This one was spicy and tasted too good with Garlic Naan.

This dish was amazing, exotic seasonal vegetables were cooked in onion and cashew curry which all the spices.

This one was totally made with Whole Wheat and single origin 805% Dark Cocoa.
because of whole wheat it might not look as perfect as the regular brownies but at the same time its healthy n tasty.

TJS a brewery cum restaurant located in east wing of Amanora mall.
Firstly starting with ambience... It has a very catchy ambience with rustic touch. They have 2 bar counters, one for indoor seating and one for outdoor seating. U can enjoy food sitting outdoor with view of the entire mall, or u can chill inside with good music and vibes... its ur call.
Now talking about food... we started with onion rings, gunpowder fries, tandoori prawns.
All the starters were amazing but I personally liked onion rings very much as they were crunchy from outside and perfectly cooked from inside.
Talking about main course... we tried chicken vindaloo, suneri veg korma and garlic naan to accompany that π yummy combination !
Chicken vindaloo is one of the famous Goan dish.
Now here comes the best part... desserts...! I had brownie and a chocolate pastry. As chocolate is love for me, I loved the brownies.
TJ's is mainly famous for their brewery. They have many types of craft beers. I loved their Zain weiss flavour.
Next time u visit to Amanora definitely visit this place. This is heaven for beer lovers.

If you are in Amanora mall, this place is a must visit if you love crafted beers and need to spend the day in a laid back environment. The interiors and wooden furnishings contribute to a antique but an elegant view. They even have an area where you can see the brewery in action.
The bar menu consists of decent variety of in house brewed beers as well as other alcoholic drinks and mocktails. The food menu is also quite vast consisting of bites, mains as well as burgers and pastas. They have an ongoing goan fest, where delicacies of Goa have been incorporated in the menu.
Coming to the food we tried:
- Gunpowder Fries: Basically french fries sprinkled with a spicy and tangy flavoured spice (named gunpowder). Unique taste, far better than the original french fries.
- TJ's Onion Rings: Onion rings crusted in spent grain served with a barbeque sauce. The rings were perfectly crisp and crunchy. Good option if you are looking for something to have your beer with.
- Fettucini Alfredo: White sauce pasta cooked in cheese sauce alongwith fresh seasonal vegetables. The chessy flavour was a bit insignificant, but the veggies made it satisfactory.
- Prawns Calamari: Prawns in chickpea batter deep fried and served with a green chutney. Basically prawns pakora. The texture of prawns alongside the mint chutney gave it a distinct taste.
- Thai style Chilli Chicken: Chicken marinated in thai spices and cooked in chilli garlic sauce. Tender chicken pieces with a spicy flavour makes it a must try.
- Tandoori Mushroom: I not a mushroom fan, but I must say this dish did impress me. Mushroom marinated in tandoori spices and yogurt gave it a refreshing new taste. Definitely recommended.
- Goan Fish Curry: Fish cooked in a coconut based spicy red chilli curry. The fish was perfectly cooked and soft enough to break on touch. Though I felt the flavour of coconut bit overpowering, the gravy did taste great with steamed rice.
- Chicken Vindaloo: Vindaloo basically is a part of portuguese cuisine which means meat marinated in vinegar, garlic and wine. This dish is known for its tangy and spicy flavour. Chicken pieces were succelent and the gravy complimented well with butter naan. Must try if ypu love spicy things.
- Blackout: A delectable contrivance of dark chocolate cake topped with dark chocolate sauce. Perfect way to end to a meal gratified.
Overall a must try place if you are looking for a brewery with good food and a great ambience.

If you're in Amanora, this is the place to go. Never too crowded, except on weekend evenings, this place has good food, a wide variety of alcohol, friendly staff and nice seating.
I've had onion rings and Chicken Tikka pizza, along with some drinks. The breading was a bit too thick on the onion rings but it was still pretty good. The pizza wasn't very crisp but had a nice Indian flavor to it.
The price is quite reasonable, considering the quality and quantity. A Zomato Gold offer on the drinks makes it even lighter on your pocket.

We visited the place on Wednesday afternoon, it was pretty empty. The interiors are good and have a antique look to it. The food was delicious. We ordered a margarita pizza and their signature nachos, both were good. Also we tried their craft beers.. loved it! Worth visiting.

Things which makes this place attractive is their own brewry and cool ambience .
we have visited this place last night.had some booz and food, food was overall good and courteous staff.
Also its not that expensive!!! If you are football fan then you must pay a visit during this world cup β½οΈ
This place not only has an amazing ambience and good food but a great brew! Must to go! One should test all in-house brew and opte the one you like the most! Thanks for making my day special!

If you are in Amanora mall, this place is a must visit if you love crafted beers and need to spend the day in a laid back environment. The interiors and wooden furnishings contribute to a antique but an elegant view. They even have an area where you can see the brewery in action.
The bar menu consists of decent variety of in house brewed beers as well as other alcoholic drinks and mocktails. The food menu is also quite vast consisting of bites, mains as well as burgers and pastas. They have an ongoing goan fest, where delicacies of Goa have been incorporated in the menu.
Coming to the food we tried:
- Gunpowder Fries: Basically french fries sprinkled with a spicy and tangy flavoured spice (named gunpowder). Unique taste, far better than the original french fries.
- TJ's Onion Rings: Onion rings crusted in spent grain served with a barbeque sauce. The rings were perfectly crisp and crunchy. Good option if you are looking for something to have your beer with.
- Fettucini Alfredo: White sauce pasta cooked in cheese sauce alongwith fresh seasonal vegetables. The chessy flavour was a bit insignificant, but the veggies made it satisfactory.
- Prawns Calamari: Prawns in chickpea batter deep fried and served with a green chutney. Basically prawns pakora. The texture of prawns alongside the mint chutney gave it a distinct taste.
- Thai style Chilli Chicken: Chicken marinated in thai spices and cooked in chilli garlic sauce. Tender chicken pieces with a spicy flavour makes it a must try.
- Tandoori Mushroom: I not a mushroom fan, but I must say this dish did impress me. Mushroom marinated in tandoori spices and yogurt gave it a refreshing new taste. Definitely recommended.
- Goan Fish Curry: Fish cooked in a coconut based spicy red chilli curry. The fish was perfectly cooked and soft enough to break on touch. Though I felt the flavour of coconut bit overpowering, the gravy did taste great with steamed rice.
- Chicken Vindaloo: Vindaloo basically is a part of portuguese cuisine which means meat marinated in vinegar, garlic and wine. This dish is known for its tangy and spicy flavour. Chicken pieces were succelent and the gravy complimented well with butter naan. Must try if ypu love spicy things.
- Blackout: A delectable contrivance of dark chocolate cake topped with dark chocolate sauce. Perfect way to end to a meal gratified.
Overall a must try place if you are looking for a brewery with good food and a great ambience.

I went here to meet up with some friends. Initially we went in thinking it was some coffee brewery (haha I know!) but never the less, since it had cricket match streaming, we decided to settle down.
So this place is located in Amanora mall.
The infrastructure was not very well maintained I must say. The sofas were torn, the air condition was not working. Later the owner came and told us that they have some renovation going on and they are revamping the place.
We then ordered our beverages and food.
We ordered the TJ's Pale Gale Ale which is a beer and it was pretty good. They have those tap beers over there which was pretty amazing and they took out the froth and refilled the beer 3-4 times before serving us which was appreciable. Then we ordered a blue lagoon which was again a nice vodka based cocktail. In mocktail we ordered a November sea breeze which had a nice fruity taste but the quantity was less. It was filled more with the ice.
In food we went for Fish and chips which was served with a mayo sauce and my friends say it was well made and tasted good. I ordered paneer chilly there. It was on an expensive end but the quantity was worth it. It tasted really good. The only con was there were more veggies compared to paneer.
All in all we had a good time over there. They are going to start a new from 22nd June I think. You can revisit then. They are going to change their entire menu too it seems.
A good place to have fresh drinks. The interiors are really good and attracts on first notice. Been here for very first time and staff suggested very good combos to try. We had Pale gale ale and tried different coolers. As a first time experience it was really good.
The quantity of food is average and so as taste. Very economic place. Slow and soothing music and comfortable sitting arrangements.
One of the best place in Pune for Brewed Beer. I liked their Dark beer alot. Their Risotto is nice and yummy. Recently visited this place again and got to know that risotto is out of menu and Girish (owner) is planning to launch few more Breweries and pizzas after or on 28 May 2017. I am Excited
Lovely place to grab crafted beer, TJ is the place for alcohol connoisseur. Nice ambience with soothing music. You don't see this much crowded all the time, so one can sit back and enjoy for hours together.

Went there because there was a discount on reserving tables. Since it was in the afternoon, there wasn't much rush at the restaurant. However, the staff had no idea about the discount associated with booking a reservation at the table. Plus, we repeatedly had to ask them again and again for various things like Menu Card, bill, our order, etc. The dishes however were very good and delicious. There was some issues regarding Card Payment however they were sorted out at the end.

Decided to spend a lovely Sunday evening with my family at the Amanora Town Centre. We reached early, walked around the entire mall and everybody decided what they wanted to eat. For me it had to be TJ's for sure. As my family got busy in a restaurant across the block, I made a quick dash to TJ's to quench my thirst. I barged in and asked for the samples of all the beers on the menu. I didn't get the name of the guy across the counter, but he duly obliged me with all the beer samples in small tequila like glasses. After I had all the samples, I zeroed in on the Dark Devil because it perfectly complemented the taste I had in my mind for that particular evening. So here's the review:
Appearance: The Dark Devil has a deep dark color (no surprises there!). More of a dark chocolate color, then a 'Guinness' Stout beer, with zero clarity. While it was being served it poured in perfectly without much head or foam. The head or foam stayed there for a while and wasn't too intrusive. As it was a handcrafted beer, it wasn't all that carbonated either.
Aroma: The Dark Devil has a beautiful chocolate meets coffee aroma. It was sharp and bracing with all the taste of the hops.
Palate: The Dark Devil thankfully didn't taste like the commercial, mass-produced beers. But instead it clings on to your taste buds and coats your tongue. A perfect light beer without the overwhelming stout like bitterness to it, and above all it was perfectly well carbonated.
Taste: The Dark Devil, as mentioned previously, was fresh and the aftertaste lingered longer that I expected. The flavors balanced out perfectly and it didn't mellow down either.
Overall, a beautiful, perfectly balanced beer. Time permitting I'd sure like to spend more time in TJ's consuming all of their beers.

TJ's Brew works is an amazing place for all beer lovers out there. Located inside the mall this place is perfect to hang out with a group of friends and enjoy their in-house beer varieties. Surrounded by the corporates crowd this place is a good choice for food and beer.
You can also have a sample of tasting before choosing your glass of beer. They have also introduced gluten-free beer.
The ambiance is dark and cozy. The interiors are pretty. Dim lights and good music make this place more comfortable to sit for hours and enjoy your drink. They have live screening too. I totally loved their bar table. High chair seating and brewing beer pull me back to this place.

Gunpowder fries- Fries before guys. Isn't it? Try this masala fries. Good option with beer, cocktails and mocktails.
Tandoori mushroom- This is really soft and juicy. Yummy.
Tjs onion rings- Crispy fried onion rings. A good snack option with drinks.
Paneer tikka masala- Tomato gravy paneer sabji with deep essence and taste of curry leaves. Good served with roti or naan.
Suneri veg korma- A delectable Indian Vegetable Korma loaded with potatoes, tomatoes, carrots, peas, and green beans. A perfect main course and dinner option with freshly brewed beers.
Lastly, how can you miss the desserts that will help you keep yourself high.

TJ's Brews Works is a perfect place to hangout with your friends with beers which are brewed right there ! You are offered samples to taste before you order the beer you would love to have & I instantly ordered Ginger Ale. They have a wide variety in beers & have recently introduced Gluten free beer.

This dense , chocolate brownie had an amazing texture & the taste was just too tempting π Perfect end to the meal as it wasn't too sweet but the taste was long lasting !
