First of all loved the ambience. It's very cool and soothing to sit around and eat peacefully. The dim lighting and bamboo around makes ur evening. Food and quantity is good. The staff is well polite and cooperative. The only thing needs to be fixed is mosquitoes here keeps biting ur legs all the time if you gonna sit in the outer area. Overall thumps up for the place π.

Itβs one of my regular joint and still the menu and taste infact the ambience is same and I like the manglorian dishes the combos, appam neer dosa and American chopsey are my all time best.
I like the service thought itβs little slow sometime but you will enjoy here it. You will find good crowd here. Parking is available even valet parking is also available.

Searched lots places in 20 mints time. And finally I remembered that I posted only here that famous "Bambu house" had opened recently on prabhat road . And reached there by 9pm . As it's new there was less crowded and we got table in cornerπ of rooftop. The old bambu house vs new bambu house is totally different interms of ambience, service and they are same with on food taste . Lots of old memories at old bambu house , a business meeting , a romantic date with my wife only π the countless food here. So we moved there new branch . Back to food now.

Nice and fresh chopped all vegiess with there base kheema gravy and Cooked on slow flem is worth for what ur going pay to eat . And tasted great than non veg kheema. Garlic fried rice : After having all 3 dish this seems need some improvement in terms freshness and taste as my tastebud { taste is subjective} u can feel different . But again my kid says baba need some more rice . So feel it's better .

Saoji chicken dry : A famous nagpur dish which is one the best in all over india. There is no tasty and flavourfull in india which can beat it's taste. And I'm a big fan of this dish. As we read in menu card orders and this south indian hotel is bang on target in maharashtrain dish as well. Right amount of spices.
Saoji egg curry : no words to describe . It's perfect saoji which we get all over in nagpur . Will visit again and again for dish.

Been to this place with my wife last week. It's located a bit inside the lane and there's no parking space for 4 wheelers. But that's not a problem for us as we had to visit Pune from Mumbai for some personal work and we stayed in a Hotel which was just 6-7 mins Walk to Bamboo House. The Restaurant is very nice and spacious and love the Ambience. The food we ordered were Chicken with Hot Garlic Sauce as starter, Mangalorean Combos - Surmai Fry, Surmai Curry, Plain Gravy, Rice n Neer Dosas with Masala Buttermilk for my wife as she simply loves seafoods. I love to eat medium spicy chicken dishes so the Waiter suggested I should order Chicken Tawa and I had Plain Rotis along with the Chicken Dish. The food were Awesome and we thoroughly enjoyed. But the minus point is the Service is not up to the mark as we had to wait for the waiter to come. Therefore I gave 4* Rating.

It was having a Grt ambience π decorated with fine thin bamboo pieces πΏ as per the name provided. It has both indoor and outdoor dining space where I choose the indoor for better Air Conditioning π.
Going to the part of hospitalityπ, I found everything alright π¨i.e all staffs are friendly π but need slight improvement while giving Order π it takes some time β . Overally it was a best time π spent with delicious food π².. Must Visit again... π π

We went here yesterday night after many many years. The place lived up to the fond memories we had of the food here. We started off with Golden fried prawns and then ordered Half a Butter chicken along with butter naan and roomali roti (which was pretty tasty and the portion size good). Post this we ordered Hot gulab jamun with vanilla ice cream for dessert. Had a pretty good experience βΊπ

Staring with ambience the outdoor sitting is very cool. Food is really very good. I would like to give 10/10 for the fish sukha. If you are seafood lover you should definitely try it. The fish is cooked to perfectly in mangolrian style. The veg seeks kebab didnβt excite me as it much on a blanc side. For the mains we had chicken musallam and veg kadai which were just came up to my expectations 10/10.
An old place with a reputed name. Very good ambience, makes you feel relaxed. Service is polite. You will find 2 wheeler parking but 4 wheels need a hunting. Tandoori chicken is a must have. Seafood is yumm. A chicken curry called chakodi is a must try. Loved the pudina paratha with it. They do serve alcohol. And have live streaming of IPL too. Moderate pricing. Overall a good place with tasty food and sure to give you a feel to visit again.

A place exactly in the heart of the city and yet ample parking space is the major reason we visited Bamboo house.
Experience was good. Ambiance is soothing. They have a big projector on which they keep on playing popular sports matches that you can enjoy with your group.
The sabjis there are really delicious but needs to improve on roti items. It took me literally five minutes to chew and gulp a single bite of Rumali Roti. :-D
Overall, okay to visit once whenever you have a quiet heavy pocket ;-)

After a tiring day of Pune sightseeing we decided to go here for dinner. The moment we entered it wa s a calm an serene atmosphere and we immediately started relaxing. Couple of drinks and we decided to order dinner we had ordered the chicken grill sizzler.
Ambience nice and serene. But crowd at times can be wild. We had come across a real bad bunch of people who did not even have the basic etiquette in a restaurant. Many people simply left others like us who already ordered the food were left with a headache. When we complain to the manager " not my problem " attitude. Obviously the larger group is bigger money.
Food first day we ordered the sizzler it was very tasty unfortunately couldn't enjoy.
Day 2 we ordered the manglorean fish thali and manglorean non veg thali. Very tasty and must try.
Overall full marks for food
Value for money will not pinch your pocket.
Must visit.
Feedback for management if they are checking the feedback - u need to be considerate about all customers and not just one group just because they are a large group doesn't mean they can be given rhe Levey to do anything. In the advent of keeping a group of people happy don't loose multiple customers who in turn might turn away more customers after all this I am still giving a 4 because of the quality of foos

One of my personal favourite places for delicious meals for over two decades, Bamboo house has always served well in all areas including ambience, quality, quantity and taste! Personal favorites from Multiple visits include:
Spicy Sea Food Soup- One of the best sea food soups in the city, this has never disappointed on any of my visits. The soup has always been well spiced with enough of meat and amazing taste!
Shole Kabab- I've had this same dish at different restaurants across town, but neither has tasted or has been presented as good as here. The eggs white above the marinated chicken perfectly balanced the spices in the chicken. They definitely serve the best shole Kababs in town!
Chicken Manglorian Curry With Appam- A medium spicy main course, this curry isn't too thick and goes well with Appam and rice.
Paneer Tikka Masala with Naan- Another great dish they serve, over my multiple visits I've always found the Paneer served to soft and well spiced, the naans also are well made and not rubbery like few other places.
Best time to visit is during dinner as they have a great outdoor setting with also a big screen with projector on match days!
Great place, very good ambience. Whenever I visit this place I remember their Appam and Fish curry, u love it here. Very good food and the tried various naans, paneer, dal tadka.

Today we went there for dinner. We ordered masala papad, murg mussullam, veg kabab, butter garlic nan with stuffed cheese. Veg dish was mouthwatering and chicken was yummyyyy!! ππ The only disappointing thing there is service, it was painful. Overall a good place to try!!

Hidden in the heart of the city, next to Modern Cafe on JM road, Bamboo House is a very spacious bar and restaurant with a large garden as well as indoor seating.
Coming to the food, we ordered chicken 65, chicken lollipops, Mangalorean fish masala dry roast, neer dosa and appams.
Chicken 65- Different from what I have eaten so far. The masaala was different with lot of fennel seeds. I don't know for what reason they use kalonji seeds which gives a bitter taste mid way. The chicken was well done.
Chicken Lollypop: They used less batter and the taste was good. Crispy but not too oily.
Mangalorean fish masala roast: This was just a treat to the tongue. Surmai cooked in coconut oil and they made it a bit spicy on my request.
Neer dosa: They are always good, went well with the fish.
Appam: Different again from what I have eaten so far. They were a bit sweet for some reason.
Ambience: 8/10

Located inside a lane which has that old Pune look. It is a typical open space restaurant where you find a lot of families who are very regular . We tried tandoori chicken , one of the best I have ever tried it is really really tender and every part of it had the flavour . Ordered some rotis and a chicken gravy , the quantity was huge that 7 of us couldn't Finish that gravy . It was a good night .But RJ service could be better

Food was good but not great. Price are on higher side. Service was ok. I ordered Stuff mushroom but was not really good. It disappointed me. Quantity wise dishes are enough for 2-3 persons.
They do have Valet parking but some how if you have bigger SUVs then there could be problem as they have very limited space. This is because of the location might be.

The food tastes great and the quantity is really good. Considering the ambiance and food quality the prices are worth it. Ofcourse they are slightly more than the other restaurants but here one can seat for as much time as you want.
The service takes some time so one can seat and have fun with the group. Being multi cuisine restaurant it offers wide range of Indian and continental options with varieties of chicken, mutton and seafood options.
Overall I loved the ambiance, the food and the service is fair enough. On weekends it would take some time for you to get a table but it's worth it.

The restaurant is in a quite well known street of JM Road. There are other restaurants nearby as well. Thr food was good and enjoyable. It was not too spicy or sweet. We had ordered a Chicken 65 which came looking more like a Chilli Chicken. There was paneer Tikka, Murgh Mussallam, Paneer Butter Masala. My only concern was with the Chicken 65 which did not promise the looks nor the taste of the dish. Not many people frequent the place making it a good place to go as a group or as an option for a second date as it is nice, quite place to hang out or do work, whatever.
I was really amazed to see such a restro near a very busy area.
