This Casual dining place in The Pavilion Mall serves North Indian, Rajasthani and Gujarati cuisines. The ambience of the place itself gives a very royal feel and the staff are very courteous too.
I had been to this place a few days back and sharing my experience here.
So I tried their premium veg thali which offers 18 items. In farsan they provide Paneer hara bhara tikki and Veg Handwa which were very tasty. They offer steam rice as well as khichdi. The khichdi gave a very warm feel as soon as I had it. Three types of rotis are given, makai roti, fulka and cabbage akhi roti. Along with that two types of dal and kadhi are served; Gujarati Dal, Gujarati Kadhi, Rajasthani Dal and Rajasthani Kadhi. In vegetables they offer paneer labadar, sarson sabji, aaloo sukha bhaji and moving muthiya which goes really well with the breads and rice. One special dish they have to offer in this thali is Sindhi Dal Pakwan Tadka which was very yummy.
I would say this thali is a wholesome plate of goodness as it also offers two desserts, Sitafal Kheer and Gund Pak Halwa which is the perfect end to any meal.

So I would say that if you want to experience awesome Gujarati and Rajasthani cuisines you should surely pay visit to this place.

It's the best Rajasthani thali I have ever had. First of all,the welcome drink was a unique one. Then, the thali gives you a diverse variety of starters including dhokla and a lot of different Rajasthani and Gujarati curries. Then, the khichda and dahi bada were again quite delicious.Last, but not the least deserts were too good including the ghewar and basundi.

One word - Relishing!
Greeted with kesar sharbat, the whole experience started with the courteous service from the staff. They had a very welcoming attitude. The thali was simply delicious. Varieties that no other thali serves in Pune.
Everything in the platter tasted up to the mark. It was all freshly prepared and served warm.
A few things in the thali deserve a shoutout - Anjeer halwa (the best thing amongst everything served), Gulab halwa, mix veg and paratha.
You may be better off without rice and pulav, so skip them.

This place is all about experience. The ambience, the decor, the cutlery, the hospitality and finally the food, all together provide a truly Maharaja experience. The taste of each item is unique and they try to make every item to perfection. And the best part is the desserts and the snacks. The moong dal halwa, the fruit custard were both amazing. So was the misal and dhokla and the Kesar sharbat.
Great hospitality and service. Worth it.

Another thali place in Pune in the pavilion mall. Went there on a weekday. It was sparsely crowded. The staff is fast in serving all the dishes and very courteous. Liked the decor in which they have taken different spices and created a decor out of it. Unique. Food taste is good. They can improve on the farsan which they serve. The farsan they had served was very oily. Also the rabadi was not thick as it is expected from a good restaurant. Scope for improvement in farsan and sweets section. Overall a decent experience !

Of all the traditional feasts in India, a Gujarati thali makes for the perfect assortment of delicious regional dishes on a single platter. The quintessential Gujarati thali is more like a cultural exploration and makes for a complete meal in itself.
Visited this beautiful and royal place few days back with my friend. They welcomed very warmly with welcome drink too.
And immediately after that they start serving us, one by one they were serving each and every dish.
Taste was super, especially sweets, Paneer, and Khichadi.
Thanks team Ashish Maheshwari for the Royal feast.

Maharaja Bhog, is the best place for all Vegetarians out there. If you're craving for some really tasty and authentic food, then you must pay your visit here. Ambience is really superb. So I tried their thali, which comprised of 20+ items. Before serving you, they offer you their welcome drink which indeed is good. So 20+ items consist of appetizers, mains, dal, kadi, 3-4 types of indian breads, desserts and chutneys. Every item i had was light on stomach and totally enjoyable. Most people don't enjoy vegetarian food, but this one is totally relished by everyone. Loved the royal experience overall. I would highly recommend you guys to try out their thalis.

Maharaja bhog is located in Pavillion Mall, alongside a slew of restaurants. What makes this vegetarian restaurant stand out is that it promises to give you an authentic indian experience. The decor is an amalgam of classic traditional and modern sophistication. The staff is courteous and pays attention to all the guests equally. Coming to the food :

Maharajabhog offers only Thali whose items change everyday, ensuring fresh food all the time. The thali consists of 30+ items, ranging from papads and pakodas to the kadhis and sweets. The food is a mix of Rajasthani and Gujarati Cuisine. I really liked the Gatte ki Sabzi and both Kadhis and Rice. The star of the plate was Dal Baati Churma, which I could not resist and had 3 times, despite the huge size of the Thali. The sweets on the day I visited were Gajar ka Halwa which was beautiful and Rasmalai. They are generous in their serving, and the sweet welcome drink and paan at the end did give a pleasant turn to the meal. I am really glad they have started giving out express meals and takeaways, as the thali can be too much to finish.

Do visit this place and give their royal food and beautiful hospitality a try.

Maharaja Bhog gives a unique experience which shouldn’t be missed. They’re known for serving a unique thali on every day of the month. The ambience has a royal touch to it and the service is amazing.

Here’s what we were served in the thali:

Starters:
For starters we were served Palak Pakoda, chana mix and dhokla. The Palak pakoda was quite tasty and went well with the chutneys served on the side.

Sabzis:
The sabzis for the day were Bhindi, Aloo, Paneer and Gatte ki sabzi. All the sabzis were good and special mention to gatte ki sabzi which stood out. Along with it, we were served rotis and papad.

Dals:
The Dal Baati was amazing and is a must have at Maharaja Bhog. We were also served kadhi and dal which were very nice. For rice we had khichadi which was very mild and soothing.

Sweets:
The sweets for the day were rasmalai and gajar ka halwa. The rasmalai was good but was a bit on the watery side. The gajar ka halwa was delicious.

Overall, this is a great place to visit with family and friends. The service is really remarkable and the food is amazing. Special thanks to Mr. Ashish Maheshwari for hosting us.

Maharaja Bhog- an exclusive place for authentic thalis with royal hospitality!😍 They have an ability to make you feel like 'MAHARAJA' by their feast indeed. The ambience here is just so royal, having traditional touch to it. The seating arrangement is comfortable and the place is beautifully furnished.

Before starting with the feast, they ask you to offer ₹1 per thali (which is provided by them only) to Gaushala there. This is a superb concept. Along with this they provide warm water to clean your hands through brass hand was bowl. This royal gesture will definitely please you. Next they serve you their welcoming drink, Kesar and chandan water. This drink is refreshing and healthy indeed.

Now to start with the feast, the thali which I had comprised of-
2 chutneys - mint and tamarind chutneys and salad
Dhokla and aloo cutlet
Dal roti sabji which was very tasty
4 more sabjis- paneer sabji, moong masala, aloo tamatar, began sabji
(My favorite out of this was paneer and moong masala)
3 indian breads
Dal and kadhi
Steam rice and dal khichidi
2 desserts- shrikhand and jalebi
Fryums
Buttermilk
This thali comprised of 20+ items. Every item served is fresh and super delish. I must say best vegetarian thali in Pune. There is so richness in the taste of this thali. After meal they also serve meetha paan, so now the entire meal is completed.

The best part of this place is, 30 days they serve 30 different thalis which comprise of various items which differ from previous thali had. Also you can order special meal box from here through zomato. Had really great experience here. Looking forward to try out their different thalis as well.

I was so excited and curious at the same time to try out the royal meal of maharaja bhog. Finally visited the place so you must know my experience here at maharaja bhog.
.
.
Ambiance : Breathtaking. No adjective really suits when it comes to ambiance. I was blown away by their theme. It was soothing to my eyes and equally glittering. They have two sections. Outdoor section has huge thali of four people when you enter. Also few tables. Inside section is marvellous. Right from sitting to decor, everything is just perfect. Perfect theme with rich sofas, gold plated cutleries, well crafted interior and what not. Simply amazing.
5/5

Food : I had this huge thali in front of me with empty gold plated bowls and dish. Staff came and started pouring the their delicacies one by one in respective bowls. Starting with sabjis, they served gobi masala, Mutter paneer, gatte ka sabzi, and aloo baingan. All the sabjis tasted amazing. Then they served pulka, roti, malpua, dhokla and capsicum bhaji. Dal bati was just amazing and you would not want to miss that. Bati was really crisp and tasty. Kadhi was served to which was tangy. As far as desserts are concerned, they served apple basundi and puran poli. I found both of them to be average. I expected much better desserts. Ruhavaja and chaas was also served. So these were the number of items which were served and i am still counting.
Food was amazing overall but desserts could have better. At the end of the meal they also served mitha paan which was so nice of them.
5/5

Service : Simply amazing. Staff was professional throughout my time there and they treated us really nicely. Upon the arrival they had this well decorated mug and I washed my hand in it. Also they were really prompt in asking me If i need anything. I really loved the way they explained me every dish and also about the outlet. Really loved the whole experience.

Overall I would say Maharaja Bhog is a must visit place to have a authentic rajasthani thali experience with your friends or family. Ambiance is really amazing and it sets the whole vibe when you visit the place.

I am always fascinated by the royal dining experiences. It's not everyday, that a bunch of people surround you & offer a royal treatment. Maharaja Bhog is one such franchise, which specializes in premium Rajasthani/Gujarati cuisine.
Located on the 2nd floor in Pavilion Mall, on Senapati Bapat road, it is definitely offers one of the finest veg thalis.

Luxurious ambience with a touch of desi interior blend, a team of friendly staff to serve you, & rich-cum-spicy delicacies in your plate, what else you need to dine with some sovereignty & royalty. With its presence in several countries, Maharaja Bhog focuses primarily on the quality service, with some delicious desi food, to make your dining experience unforgettable. This makes it a perfect choice to have a great casual dining experience.

The food tasted really delicious. Everything I had in the thali had some specific flavour, which they have prepared with slight changes & they really made it to different level. The food was neither too spicy, nor too less, but it was balanced & can be consumed by people of any age group.

I was happy to experience dine of such high class. I would definitely recommend this place. 👍🏼

PS: They have special price for children thali.

Jaisa naam, vaisa khaan-paan!

Maharaja bhog is based on well-celebrated concept of serving full, unlimited thali full of authentic Indian dishes. The catch here is they claim and represent by their name as king-like treatment and food serving and that's where Maharaja Bhog wins.

Any restaurant just not serve food but an overall experience to make customers delighted. The Maharaja experience is on the zenith of all other experience. And superior quality food adds stars to the experience.

You enter with amazing vibes and into a pleasant palace-like interior and a service which should be termed as 'khaatirdaari'. You get to see copper plates with few bowls and glasses.

They get filled soon and you see a lot of good vegitarian dishes right on your thaali. I loved almost everything but my takeouts are-

Dal baati churma
Kadi and Khichdi
Shrikhand
Gatte ki sabzi
Chaas
Gulaab ka halwa

But I cannot recommend these to you as you may be served something else on your visit as the unique prospective of Maharaja Bhog is 30 days, 30 different menus which makes it stand apart.

At last, I can say that you should 100% visit this place with emptyyyy stomach and make the full of it. Also, you can order a mini version of their thali as well.

Probably the best vegetarian food I've ever had. great rajasthani food on offer and it was totally worth it for just ₹590 per person.

the interiors have a royal touch to it. there's plenty of seating. good place for groups celebrating special occasions.

They welcome you with great warmth, explain the whole concept. and then start with serving. they have a few types of sabjis, dals, snacks, desserts and a few options in Rotis.
absolutely loved the food here. the moong dal halwa for dessert was very rich and tasted awesome. they serve the food in brass cutlery which I loved the most. I'm thinking of getting a dinner set for myself.

They have also started with delivering food with their special meal box which can be ordered through Zomato.

It was a royal evening spent here. I'd highly recommend this place to all my Vegetarian friends!

5 reasons for 5 stars 🌟🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

1. Food quality and choice in Thali:

- Loved the sabzis - chana masala, paneer, aloo bhaji. Everything was so fresh. The channa was really yummy & different. Even the gravy of paneer bhaji seemed freshly made which I have rarely experienced ever in such places.
- Two types of kadi ..sweet and spicy.. but I really liked the spicy one. It was full of flavor and wasn't really too spicy which was a plus point :)
- Shrikhand was really fresh
- buttermilk tasted nice and refreshing
- Daal baati was amazing and authentic (Reminded me of my Rajasthan trip)

2. Great start and great end :
- they welcomed us with kesar drink ..it had a nice aroma and flavor.
- infact I loved the cutlery too which was squeky clean (see pictures)
- they gave us meetha paan at the end of the meal which was great as well

3. Good service
We didn't feel neglected ..there was always someone to attend to our table even though the place had just got full when we started eating.. also, they don't force you to eat. At some thali joints where the service is good, you might have noticed them forcing you to eat. Here they attend to your needs but don't really force you which is the best thing :)

4. Nice ambience:

- though this is located in a busy mall and we got a seat outside.. we didn't feel out of place. The ambience is really nice and warm.

5. Eager to take feedback:
I could see the staff asking for feedback from all tables at the end of the meal with a smile :) . Even though we were finished eating, they asked us if there was anything else we needed.

I have earlier been to their Mumbai branch which was great as well..this was my first visit to this branch in Pune.. will surely come here again and recommend to others well :)

The name itself stands for a grand lunch/dinner. They promise to serve 30 different menus for 30 days. It’s a blend of gujrati and rajasthan cuisine on one thali which will make your taste buds go yum. They have a typical jug and big bowl with warm water to wash your hands before/after meal.

🔥 DRINKS : Kesar Sherbet was served as a welcome drink and masala chaas which accompanied our meal.

🔥STARTERS : The sabudana wada were made in a heart shape and later fried until crispy. Perfect with the tamarind and mint chutney. Dahi wada was loaded with fresh, creamy curd topped with chutneys and chaat masala. Totally loved it.

🔥SABZI : So the day I went they served four vegetables and two dal. Out of which bhindi fry, shahi paneer, dahi kadi and dal were my favourite. They went well with dipped in ghee phulkas and masala puri.

🔥 RICE : They serve two types of rice one is the plain, steamed rice and other is khichdi topped with ghee.

🔥 Dessert : We were served authentic ghevar dipped in sugar syrup and topped with dryfruits and ghee. Perfect to end our meal.

Maharaja Bhog is a very royal experience and a great option for lunch/dinner with your family/friends.

They promise you 30 Days of 30 Different Menus. A sumptuous blend of Rajasthani and Gujrati food this place is an absolute delight for your taste buds.

Drinks:-
Kesar Sherbet was served as a welcome drink and Masala Chaas was served on the side.

Snacks:
The Barsa Dhola and Papdi Chaat were like a burst of flavour in my mouth.
Its spicy, sweet and sour all at once and you can only marvel with each bite you take

Vegetables:
Today's menu offered around 4 Vegetables out of which the Pindi Chole and Aloo Kanda Rasawala were my absolute favorites. Served with Ghee loaded Phulka, Methi Thepla and Coriander Masala Puri.
P.S For all you Gujratis out there they serve a mean Kathiyawadi Undiyo.

Rice:-
They served two Variants of Rice.
Plain rice accompanied by Rajasthani Dal and Kadhi.
Rama Ram Gatta Pulav was loaded with veggies.

Desserts:-
Or the main event as I like to call it.
Jalebi topped with dry fruits was warm and crunchy.
Akhrot Kaju Halwa was something totally new to me and I couldn't get enough of it. It literally melts in your mouth and was the best thing in the entire thali.
Dudh Pak was a Traditional Chawal ki Kheer with a lingering taste of Nutmeg and Cardamom.

So head over at Maharaja Bhoj for a Royal Experience.

I must say if you want royal experience of hospitality and food then this is the place. The seating arrangements made here are very spacious. I guess one of the best place to visit this place with your family I must sah And this place is real gem for those who are from north India or who are in love with Rajasthani cuisine. They have lot of options to eat sweets, curry, rice, roti, dal.
Also the ambience here gives you a positive vibe also the ambience give you feel of shahi maharaja palace . Here the food the behaviour of staff everything is old fashion which takes you back to the 80's. Also the utensils are a bit off golden colour same as old times.
Before having this royal thali they have this thing of donating 1 rupee to Gaushala. Then they get warm water and vessel so that you wash your hands and adter this you're served with Kesar ka Paani as a welcome drink.
And then the food arrives.
The thali consisted of
FARSAN:
bhujiya cheese roll, cabbage roll, methi gotta chaat.
VEGETABLE:
Paneer veg makhaniya, tindola achari, aloo dum, kaccha tamatar shev
DAL & KADI
ROTI:
Beat Puri, phulka roti, methi paratha.
RICE:
Steamed rice, Rajasthani Gatta Pulao
DESSERT:
Rasmalai, mohan thak halva, kaju katli.
All this is just for ₹522 + tax as I had been here on weekdays. Everything here is cooked in pure ghee as you get that aroma.
Overall everything here was top notch the service , the ambience, cleanliness like everything. It's but obvious many of them will have a thought it's costly but actually it's not this place is total value for money. Do give it a try and you'll ne the regular one.

Being  a vegetarian and from Rajasthan I'm always on the hunt for some amazing Thali places
which can provide me an amazing wholesome Desi experience and recently I visit this amazing place where I finally found what I was looking for such a long time.

Ambience:- It's a gorgeous place with a very homely vibe, very well lit, trendy seating for both, a private meal or a big gathering, the food is served in pretty utensils slightly golden in colour just like the old times. You'll fell pretty special as the setting is so royal.

Food:-The Thali was full of surprises as they served some amazing delicacies with a huge variety, the sweets in particular were absolutely stupendous and the ghee!!!! , Oh the ghee and makhan they use was just incredible, I'm a big fan of ghee and it really was a treat for me.

Service:-The service was their USP as they were very polite and respectful and they served the food with so much love and affection and watching people being passionately towards their job was rare. I must tell you that it was a tough competition but their service was the winner over food.

Hygiene:- The place was very tidy and had a very trendy vibe to it, they had a utensil in which you can wash your hands and they had a person
assigned for this particular job that was impressive I felt so royal.

Cost:- The cost is only thing which I found a little on the higher side but you should definitely visit this place let alone to see the marvellous display of hospitality.

Recommended, at least a one time visit.

Maharaja Bhog - Oh My God !! Whatta Food . I'm not at a person who will spend money on Vegeterian Food at a Restaurant but this place is actually worth spending your money on Vegeterian Food. Maharaja Thalli is priced at 599/- and serves around 20+ items in the Thaali.
They also have a tradition to Donate Rs 1 /- per thalli to Gaushala , Money is their we just have to put in the Money.
And before starting with the meal they serve ' Kesar Chandan' water which I had so many times ,it was refreshing and super tasty. Followed by 6 different types of Bajis and Curries ( Potato Bhaji, Paneer Allo, Dahi Curry, Dal , and Many more ) served with Ghee ke Fulke and Parothe , Three types of chutneys , Steam Rice , Veg Pulao and Veg Biryani with Buttermilk and desserts includes Moong Dal halwa and Kheer . Every thing was cooked in Pure Ghee and is unlimited.
Would really appreciate their Service , it was 5/5 for me .
And After the meal they also serve Meetha Pan

Overall loved the Food and Service. Thanks to Team Ashish Maheshwari for this incredible experience.

This is the first time I had been to this restaurant. The staff is quiet polite. Food taste is amazing. Service is good. Ambiance is pleasant. The thali is unlimited. I usually do not eat sweet but still I had the sweets. Those were amazing. Over all the experience was a good one. Not too expensive. If at all I had to point out one thing I would say the seating is a bit low. Tall people would be uncomfortable sitting on the out side. But the main thing which is food was on point ! 👍

When you hear about Maharaja Bhog, the one thing that pops up in your mind is the word royal, and that exactly is what the experience at Maharaja Bhog feels like!

I recently visited their outlet in Pune and it was one of the best thali I've come across.
Starting with a warm welcome, the royal experience begins therein! Maharaja Bhog follows a tradition of donating 1 rupee for every thali they serve, it feels wonderful to see how such traditions are kept alive in this modern world.

The first thing to be served was the Kesar ka Paani, a mix of saffron and cardamom water that is an instant refreshment and a great start to the meal, the rest service was very quick and I was delighted to see around 20-25 items served piping hot and couldn't wait to dig in!
There were a few extraordinary traditional favourites like Dal Pakwan and Ghewar that you usually don't see in a thali and trust me, that was the best Dal Pakwan I've had tried ever! Shrikhand could have been better though as it was very thin and watery.

The menu changes everyday so you don't get the same thali each time you visit and that is one of their USPs. The subzis, curries, kadhi and condiments are made in either pure refined oil or Desi ghee and there is no stone left unturned when it comes to quality.

Ambience is well lit with a warm colour combination, spacious seating and well suited even for bigger families to dine at. The staff is extremely polite and ensure your plate always remains full! Explaining each and every dish before serving, one of the staff person is stationed to help you out with any questions or concerns you have.

Overall, it was indeed a pleasure being hosted at Maharaja Bhog and it has instantly become my favorite place to visit whenever I feel like having a royal meal!
Special thanks to founder, Mr. Ashish Maheshwari for the wonderful hospitality and experience.

With Pune expanding in all directions and a modern food culture evolving, the taste for traditional thali is still intact.. Maharashtrian, Rajasthani, Gujarati Thalis continue to gain immense popularity amongst people . If you are a fan of Thalis then Maharaja Bhog at Pavillion Mall  is a great option to try out. Maharaja Bhog translates to a food offering made to royalty. The food and service is designed to royally pamper the customers with an exceptional dining experience with authentic Rajasthani and Gujarati dishes making up the wholesome meal, this is one traditional Indian meal you are not likely to forget. The decor here is over the top Rajasthani and has a festive look with silver plates, katories and spoons.

Amazing thali place in the city. Staff is very friendly and serves with insistence, in a friendly way. Food is very delicious. I went crazy when I saw daal dhokli in the thali. It was served with cashew and apply over it. It was that yummy that I could eat only daal dhokli in that thali. Ambience is also very good.

One of the best north indian thali we had in recent years.
We loved almost everything that was served (which is usually rare for us when having large thali).
Considering it's prime location and it being in a pretty good Mall, I won't complain about the pricing at all.
Although, if the menu could be extended for a little more variety, like more subjis and accompaniments then it would be great. Staff were courteous and their service was very good.

Thali is made of german silver, looks like brass. Staff is cordial and soft spoken. It has branches in USA, Canada, UAE, other then India.

We visited this restaurant in April (2023) end. Our visit was along with our kids. Ambiance is too good. Service is also good. You get your hands washed on your table itself. Service people come ask if we need anything on regular intervals. We went in April month, so enjoyed unlimited “ Aamras” (made with fresh mangoes). I have attached video of the things which were served in thali. You also get welcome drink. The cost is ok. Overall it was great experience with “Maharaja Bhog”.

Lovely place for thali lovers. Although I am not at all a fan of the thali system , I really liked the dishes here. Their saffron honey sharbat is absolutely amazing ! Also I would like to highlight that they have a Jain thali also and you can see in the photos that they place a green leaf in front of the thali to recognise it. Thus the workers serve only jain dishes there. It's very well coordinated and the staff is amazing. So much of hospitality in them. Overall a really beautiful place to try out thali.

I normally don't like Veg thali restaurants, but this one was a great surprise. We had Aamras that day. 😍 And everything else was just fun. Bhindi was so great that we ended up eating 7-8 times. You need to wait in the line for some time to get a place. But everything else is just smooth. You eat, eat and eat, pay and get out! We will visit again the next time I'm in India. 🥰

Oh my goodness ! What an amazing experience it was ! Huge thanks to Maharaja Bhog Pune (2nd floor in the pavilion mall)for making us feel so special and proud. They are representing our Indian culture not only in our country but also in the UAE & USA. Those cultural & ritual vibes you get once you enter inside. Indeed service is very fast so our hands get washed just after sitting. They start with their unique and awesome Kesar-Chandan welcome drink. I can not explain taste in words. You just can feel it. Then other glasses get full with butter milk & water. Finally they started to make our beautiful Maharaja Bhog Thali. You can see in the reel how beautifully they serve step by step by telling about those food items. You will feel the taste of real India in each bite. I loved all the curries, two types of rice, white dhokla, 3-4 tyeps of chutnies, pickles, especially puran poli with ghee, halwa, shrikhand and everyone's favourite dal bati. All was served in beautiful bronze thali with unlimited food having authentic taste. After finding your thali, you will get paan. Overall it was a very awesome experience from welcoming to serving. I am going to make another video just to show how they make thali. Thank you Founder and Managing Director Ashish Maheshwari sir for Inviting me to this unbelievable place. Food 5/5 Service 5/5 Staff so polite Ambiance 5/5

We visited Maharaja Bhog yesterday and no doubt the food was good. None of the items were oily or spicy, but just perfect for the palate. The aamras bowl was constantly refilled without the need of an intimation. The manager was kind enough to not charge for my 3 year old . Having said, they were not serving desserts unless asked. Also, since we were table number 1, they would easily miss out on us for serving. After all, we paid for food and deserve to get treated equally as large table. Food: 3.5 Ambiance: 5 Service: 3 Value for money: *3*
