very good place to hang out with friends and family alike. superb interior and unique places to hang out at. food is awesome. we have ordered kebab platter and chicken pasta in pink sauce which was delicious with a nice aroma and taste of butter. for dessert it was chocolate blood bath. that was oh so good that it gives a feeling of foodgasm. for the drinks we have ordered a red sangria which however was ok as I felt that the wine was less in quantity but the Bob's bong LIT was savage. perfect blend of the liquors and it was strong af. do take the suggestions of the waiters around. they have pretty good idea of what is better according to your taste buds.

Social on a Diet
A place with a social ambiance is not usually a choice of people who are on a diet, considering everything good is either sweet or fried. You end up declining your friends’ invitations to hang out at bars or end up sipping on a fresh lime salted while everyone else enjoys their Mai Tais and Caipiroskas.
So, when I got an invitation to cover Viman Nagar Social that’s recently opened at Phoenix Marketcity, I was skeptical as to what I would eat and drink, since most of the finger food is fried, which is unhealthy for me. With a little hesitancy, I did accept the invite since I wanted to see if someone with a dietary restriction could also have a good time at Social.
So much as already been written about Social ‘s ambiance, that I will not delve much into it. However, I must say, I was very impressed by the Katta that is created bang opposite the bar. Different sized steps that allow you to chill with friends and a cold one [those are our friends too!!] and enjoy any games that’s projected on the screen opposite.
Also, the collaborative [that’s geek for co-working] working space on the mezzanine level has a trampoline which is a fun addition to any place. I cannot imagine how anyone would be able to get any work done when there is a huge-ass trampoline right next to you, strong enough to bear the weight of plus-sized people as well. [Yeah, I checked it out myself!! :D ]
Social Signatures
Made using Gin, Kaffir Lime, Basil, Galangal, Lemongrass, and Coconut water, the Thai Maalish [Rs. 325] does not sport any additional or artificial sugar, rather relying on coconut water for the sweetness. Since I enjoy the kaffir lime and lemongrass flavors, this drink was right up my alley. Loved the design of the serving glass as well – the bottom of a bottle cut out to make the base and the rest of the bottle inverted with the neck fixed into the base. #DeliciousDelicious
Salads
The Watermelon Vs. Feta Salad [Rs. 230] is the de facto standard in healthy salads. With arugula leaves, pine nuts and balsamic reduction dressing for company, it was light and refreshing.
Social Munchies
Nachos use tortilla chips which are made from corn, vegetable oil, salt and water and are either fried or baked. The Chicken Nachos [Rs. 260] here at Social had the ubiquitous toppings of chicken chunks, jalapenos, sour cream, and tomato salsa. Good crunch of the chips complemented by the myriad of soft flavors of the jalapenos and salsa.
The Butter Garlic Pepper Prawns [Rs. 290] was a simple dish that presented some simple yet amazing flavors. Prawns lightly sautéed in butter and tossed with burnt garlic and pepper makes a wonderful dish to enjoy on a diet.
Kebabs from Social Chhatt
Kebabs are grilled over a fire or in the tandoor with minimal oil usage, making it a perfect dish for me to devour guiltfree.
Aslam Butter Tikka Sizzler [Rs. 330] was served in a small sizzler plate with two slices of garlic bread [which is to be avoided on a diet]. The chicken chunks were proportionately sized and had good char marks on them however the dish overall lacked seasoning. Maybe some more sprinkling of salt and pepper and maybe just a dash of lemon could’ve worked wonders.
Jose's Jalapeno Chicken Tikka [Rs. 320] was served steaming on a small tandoor styled arrangement. Loved the combination of the tartness of the jalapenos with the succulent chicken but once again, the dish lacked overall seasoning.
Social Chhatt Signatures
You cannot come to Social and not expect to have some booziness introduced in your food. Social has tried to uplift the ever-so-popular butter chicken by flambeeing 15 ml of Black Label Whisky into the dish.
The Black Label Butter Chicken [Rs. 360] has a lovely creamy texture with a hint of bitterness of the whisky at the end. Considering the butter chicken available in Pune is mainly on the sweeter side, this bitterness helps cut through it. I personally loved the bitterness of the Black Label with the butter chicken however a couple of my fellow bloggers weren’t too taken by it.
Desserts
Although desserts are a big NO-NO, I simply could not stop myself from clicking this gorgeous beauty. Lucky’s Caramel Custard [Rs. 150] had a golden ball of spun sugar on top of the caramel custard. Lucky sure got lucky!

Went there to celebrate my birthday with my husband.
Though the service was quite slow, but we didn't mind as we had gone to spend some quality alone time with each other. The food was good, nothing extraordinary, but not disappointing at all and the portions were quite generous and filling .
All in all a great place to hangout and chill and would definitely visit again .
Social a big network of restaurants and as the same goes food and ambience is very catchy simple ambience but still looks best and food great name with great taste

Kheema pao the popular name in food the taste was yummy
Further I ordered chefs special basa fish which was the cherry of the cake, the taste was good and the dish was different

Viman Nagar Social is located in Phoenix MarketCity Mall. It is undoubtedly one of the most happening places in Viman Nagar and is as vibrant as any other branch of Social which can be seen across the country.
#Ambience
We have a signature social ambience here which speaks of relaxation and comfort. There are a variety of seatings to suit your mood,purpose and occasion. As we enter, we see wooden tables with cushioned benches on our right and a full fledged and loaded bar on our right which also has a big screen behind it.
As we move further, we get to see smaller tables with steel chairs and the ever comfortable platform seating, all this right in front of the bar.
Inside, we have a well lit section, where those people can sit who also wish to work while sipping on their drinks and having some thing to bite on while connecting their laptops to the charging points.
Right to this is a cozy section where people can enjoy their privacy.
Upstairs, we even have a net on which some cushions are kept. Its quite an attraction for the kids and the young people who flock this place.

During our visit, the service was quite quick. All our requests were taken care of with a smile.
I had applied DineOut Gourmet Passport offer of 1+1 for food which was accepted smoothly.

We had the following during our visit-
Hot Tennessee Chicken Wings- Now, these are my all time favourite at any of the Socials. Well cooked chicken wings draped in an insanely delicious sauce which can make anyone lick their fingers.
It is topped with a slight garnish of scallions and crunchy onion rings.

Dum Ah Dum Gosht Biryani- As the name suggests, it was Mutton biryani cooked Dum style. The mutton pieces were done well and were marinated properly. However, they had too much of bone and so less of flesh. Shelling 450 for this biryani, I expected better quantity of mutton.
Nevertheless, the biryani rice was flavourful and was garnished with coriander . The biryani was accompanied with Salan, raita and papad.
Interacting with the staff Sagar was great .
Thanks to Mahesh, had an amazing time here. Had 'Trip on the drip' cocktail and 'Game of Slings' cocktails and butter chicken with Lacchha paratha

Nice Ambience with Good Food....
Recently I had been to Social, 3rd floor Pheonix Marketcity, Viman Nagar.
I have been there before but had tried only their Chicken Biryani but this time I decided to order Mutton Biryani and suprisingly it was delicious. The quantity is pretty good for 2 people.
But the staff members were really slow though but the food is good. Pretty affordable..
It was a delight being there. The food was really tasty and ravishing. The mocktails were the best till date. The special shakes are a bliss to the soul. That place really lifted my spirits up high. Eager for my next visit. Service by Sachin and the crew has been the best past of the experience

Great ambience very raw and old looking furniture and setup adds to the ambience. The service is fast. The food is great and very filling. Overall a cool place to hangout.
Viman Nagar Social has a nice desi vibe. The ambience is quite charming. Food is good. We enjoyed the crispy chicken chaat and Chinese bhel for starters. For main course, we ordered the veg and non veg thali, basa fish fry, chicken biryani and Goan prawn curry. Everything was great except for the brown rice served with prawn curry. Rice served was sweet which was quite unusual. Overall a nice experience!
Visited this place on Saturday. We ordered chilly paneer, peri peri fries, old school chicken tikka, spicy spaghetti. Everything was delicious. For dessert we ordered Ramesh-Suresh (deep fried 5 star bars with vanilla ice cream) - it was unbelievably good. For drinks we ordered Cosmo and LIIT. Social's Cosmo is my favourite. Loved the vibe. Stayed longer for the music. Quick and courteous service. Not too pricey. We had a great time!

What can I say? Social is a comfort zone and it's almost every time the only restaurant I can think of whenever I want to eat out. The vibe, the food, the staff, everything is just on point. I've been a regular since Church Street Social opened in Bangalore. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to party, celebrate or just blow off some steam.

A nice hangout place with friends and families. The place is located above the food court. We ordered 2 pints of beer and french fries and that cost us a total of ₹1030, so you can make out that it's costly.
This social is smaller than the Social located at FC Road, Pune but the vibe is good. Overall, we liked this place and will surely visit again.
We visited this place after going around the mall and entered the place just to grab a quick bite. From the entrance to the interiors, just like every Socials, the creativity is personified. The entrance is all blue crates with a red bulb on each and interior is dimly lit rustic retro theme.
Our server was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to suggest right options as per our palate. The keema pao was awesome.
The music was loud, upbeat and perfect for the evening. Overall, food, ambiance, music and service were all top-notch.

I was here for the GE watchparty and the experience was good. I liked the ambience and the idea of using crates for the interior. I have no idea about the food and drinks as I didn't order anything. But the vibe was awesome and fun!!!
They have really great food and drinks and the pricing is decent. I have been to many socials and the experience has always been decent. At evening times, it might te a bit loud, however, during the day time it is a wonderful experience. I had a Norwegian guest with me when we had the chicken biryani and honey chilli potatoes here and he was completely in awe of the food.

Located on the top floor of Phoenix Mall this amazingly chilled out joint has everything you want. From beers to some amazing cocktails all the way down to the good hard alcohol. The food too is amazing, we had several dishes and shared it among the group so that we could try as many as possible and not a single one was disappointing. The interior is just epic with an area on the top where you can just chill on the net to a rusting, grungy feel to the rest of the interior.

The place was great. As other Socials but the 1 thing I liked was the ambience it was great and the serving plates and etc were also as per the theme so it was amazingggg and food no doubt was fab as usual. I had few things but 1 thing I had was Burger and Mamamiya it was so juicyyyy and yummmmm and if you love spicyyyy then this is for you as at the end it gives you a good kick of heat.. 🔥 Also service was quick and good. An unique ambiance and concept! Social is a space that blends work and play, it's an urban hangout designed to take you offline while still keeping you connected. Social gives you a feeling of mixed retro with modern collaborators which have a perfectly balanced outcome, the special devanagari fonts used in it's menu's, the glasses and the decorations add to its uniqueness. Most of their in house pieces are particularly art driven and let you admire them calmly which is not really everyone's piece of cake. Food served is also put into unique cutlery which is a totally different concept, you'd have to order everything to know what you are going to see next on the table. Taste is also good but you'd be more overwhelmed by the way it's served! Even the drinks served have their own unique glasses, kudos to that!
The quantity of the portions served could have been better for the kind of numbers reflected in the menu, as everything is very well decorated, but once you dig in, you're done digging in pretty soon. The service was on point and you'll rarely have a chance to complain whatsoever even for a bit. But overall, we had a really great time and it's a once is a lifetime experience to go to this place!
