It was quite a nice experience. We had the buffet. Ambience was very homely. So gave a feeling of a home away from home. Food was nice..variety of salads, including egg and fish. Continental food was better then indian food dishes, which were average. Deserts were nice, chikoo fool i.e chikoo mousse was exceptionally good. Host was humble. Service was slow but we didnt mind since it was buffet. What i loved is that they had a "ghar ka khanna" section which was had food items we would eat at home, this was esp for their guests who were craving home food while staying with them. And it tasted good.
A nice place with a different buffet from regular. Book beforehand and you get some freebies when you go. We got a chilli paneer starter 1+1 free.
The lunch buffet was good. The salad counter and the way of serving the salads was very creative.
The indian part of the buffet was ok. The chinese part was good. Dessert counter was nice... good variety of Indian sweets as well.

The staff are really courteous. And the ambience is good, provided you like quiet places with soft music playing in the background. A good place to go after a tiring day to have a sip of beer and chill out.
We visited the place for the lunch on a lazy Saturday (as it was Gudi padwa) less staff was there ,however the service provided by the staff was really friendly and amazing. My association with Parc Estique hotel is for last 3-4 years as it used to be my hotel whenever, I was in the city on any assignment. While breakfast buffet were part of my diet regularly, I have had my dinner a couple of times.
Breakfast buffet were regular, most of the items delicious. I never had any problem in breakfast, dinner experience was mixed. My favorite diet was Chicken Stroganoff. While food here is nice, they don't necessarily follow recipe. For example, Stroganoff should get cooked in cream but it wasn't. Just this thing to point and work upon.
All in all, Good hotel, Good rooms and Good food. Very much recommended place for staying and dining.
Went there for breakfast buffet. The price mentioned on zomato seems to be incorrect. The total bill was for Rs 450. Please correct that. The food was good but there is room for improvement. The dosas and eggs were okay. I went on a Sunday and there was a lot of rush so the service was slow. Staff were friendly. Coffee was GOOD. Worth the money. I can't think of any better breakfast buffet place in viman nagar for the amount I paid.

Used to be one of the best breakfast buffet places in Pune. They have now compromised on variety to stay within the price bracket. Whatever they had was good. The South Indian spread was delicious, so were the pancakes and the omelettes. There are a variety of juices and milk based drinks in the buffet. There aren't many options for non-vegetarians though. I just hope that they are a little more welcoming to guests which are not in house.
One of the best breakfast buffets in Pune. Value for money. Live counter is a true delight. They have amazing South Indian cuisine and bakery items. And it's so cheap on top of everything. Getting up in the morning for this one is totally worth it.

Situated on the first floor of Parc Estique, Aubergine is a hidden gem. Celebrated my friends birthday here and tried their buffet spread which included - soup, starters, main course (Western and Indian) and desserts. (We didn't try their live counters of salads or chaat)
Ambience - Lovely and peaceful.
Staff - Courteous and sweet. Even served us the starters and a few dishes from the main course. (an extra point going to them)
What I had -
Soup -
Chicken Tom Yum Soup - There were two soups out of which I opted for this. Loved the strong flavour of lemongrass it had.
Starters -
Hara Bhara Kebab - The normal Hara Bhara Kebab which tasted quite well with the green chutney they provided.
Veg Crispy - Vegetables that were deep fried, yet weren't that oily.
Chicken Tikka - Loved the flavour!!
Chicken Lollipop - This wasn't dry, but I actually liked the masala that it was coated in.
Main Course (Chinese) -
Chicken in Black Bean Sauce with Hakka Noodles - The sauce was absolutely delicious along with the chicken and the hakka noodles too tasted good.
Main Course (Western) -
Vegetables in Creamy Sauce - Baby corn, beans, carrots and mushrooms tossed in a creamy sauce that were okay.
Paprika Potato - Potatoes tossed in paprika that were good too.
Penne Pasta in Basil Pesto Sauce - I love Pesto, and I eat it almost everywhere, but this Pasta was something different, lip smacking in fact. Loved the basil flavour it had.
Steamed Rice in Thai Flavoured Sauce and Vegetables - Wasn't good at all. The sauce was too watery and didn't have any flavour.
Main Course (Indian) -
Chicken Mughlai Curry and Andhra Fish Curry served with Butter Naan - Both the dishes had the authenticity of the flavours and it also had well cooked meat. Special mention to Andhra Fish Curry which had the perfect coconut taste and fish that was soft and well cooked. Butter naan was good too, with a lot of butter drizzled over the naan.
Dal Tadka with Rice - Wasn't impressed with the dal at all. It had no tadka whatsoever!
Desserts - (there were just a few options available along with fresh fruits, which I didn't eat of course!)

Aubergine at the park estique hotel is a decent restaurant which serves buffet. The main course options are very limited and it's not a very elaborate buffet. Live counters here are nice. Starters were never served with the buffet not even any welcome drink like I seen others posting reviews about. Service is good and quick here. For the price it is a decent buffet with a nice quiet ambience.
The service is really good. Even though we opted for a buffet, they were serving us quite well.
The food is extremely tasty especially the staters.
There a number of varieties in main course and desserts which would help your stomach to be full enough.
We went for buffet here and had a very good quality meal including welcome drink + Soup + Starters + Main course + salads + chats + Chinese + Italian cuisine + fruits and desserts.
Both veg & non veg items were awesome specially black fish starter and Gulbjamun with

The discussion for the promotion treat was on for a very long time and finally, we got our much awaited treat on 20th July 2017. We reached on time as we had booked it via EazyDiner. As soon as you enter the premises, you notice the welcome desk on the left and nicely done seating arrangements on the right. Aubergine is on the first floor and while we were walking towards our destination, we noticed another party going on in the adjacent restaurant, so it was a busy day.
Anyway, as we entered, we were greeted with a very polite gentlemen (apologies that I forgot to ask the name) who helped in getting the table arranged for the 11 hungry birds. We could notice that the ambiance is done in a subtle manner and there is a lot of space to sit. They have comfortable sofa-numa chairs along with the normal comfortable chairs.
Once, the sitting arrangements were over, we all started our stint with the food. 1) Soup: I remember that manchow soup (veg) was better than the chicken soup.
2) Appey: There was a live counter for Paniaryam which I think is the official name of Appey. These were simply yummy. I think, we had 4 to 5 plates of appey. #Bhukhad!!!
3) Salads and Chaat: There were enough options i.e. there was a chicken salad, egg salad, aalu papdi chaat, coleslaw salad and you could make your own masala papad. A team member did put an effort to make a masala papad and 3 to 4 joined him to enjoy it.
4) Starters: We had two starters one veg and one non-veg. I don't remember the names but the veg had too much salt which was a let down. However, the chicken starter was not bad.
5) Main Course: There were plenty of options. I tried Ginger Noodles (yummy), Chicken Fried Rice (not bad), Fish Curry (too good, soft fish and absolutely delicious curry to go with), Patiala Chicken (totally paisa-vasool), Paneer Lababdaar (the pieces of paneer that I got wasn't soft - so I'll pass this one). There were a version of aalu as well which I thoroughly liked but I forgot the name. I did not taste daal-rice and a dish (veggie mix of something) which was next to the the noodles (remember, you need to keep space for desserts and that is why this sacrifice was required). Roti's were served hot and were absolutely soft.
6) Desserts: They don't have a huge spread of desserts but whatever they had was simply SUPERB (and that is better than having 10 options when only 3 to 4 are worth eating). Fruits were fresh (though watermelon was better than muskmelon), gulab jamuns were not bad either (however, I have this notion that when a gulab jamun is coated with coconut then it is similar to putting make-up on before going out for a party). Then I committed the two sins of the day by eating Malpua with Rabri followed by a BIG chunk of Chocolate Pudding. Both these were simply out of the world and whatever diet I'd followed for the past 4 weeks, was destroyed (to some extend) by eating these two options. Phew!!!
In the end (as if this wasn't enough), we either had Coke or Sprite (another sin).
Fabian served us with a smile. He was very attentive and took care of all our needs (from a tiny spoon to coke to sprite to...everything). Thanks Fabian for your hospitality and service.

Amazing food and service. Had taken the breakfast buffet, it was really good. The service was quite good and the live counter made my day with preparing the food exactly as per my specifications.

We booked our engagement and wedding reception in Hotel Parc Estique based on the food tasting session in Aubergine. The restaurant serves both a la carte as well as buffet. We tried the buffet and found it to be a great experience.
The managers [Priyabrata (Banquet Manager) and Navin (F&B Manager)] at Aubergine are very polite and they attended to our needs promptly. There was a live counter and the chef there too was extremely polite and friendly with us. The food tasting session was so interesting that it lasted for more than 3 hours.
The ambience of the Aubergine is pretty decent. It is a great place to have good food. We are surprised how this place has some negative reviews as we have tried out the food here several times and never have been disappointed.
Every single person who attended our wedding loved the food and the service in Parc Estique.
Veg Manchow Soup, Alu Papdi Chat, Dahi Bhalla (awesome), Grilled Chicken Salad, Achari Chicken Tikka, Tandoori Paneer ke Sholey, BBQ Chicken Wings are some of the mouthwatering starters and salads we have tasted here.
In main course, we have tasted Macher Jhol, Dal Fry, Dal Makhni, Chicken Chettinad, Dum ka Murgh, Green Peas Pulao, Veg Biryani, Kadai Paneer, and Mushroom Mutter Masala. All of these were cooked really well none of the dishes felt repetitive or similar.
In desserts, the Kesari Ras Malai just stole our heart. It was prepared really well. The assorted pastries were also loved by everyone. The vanilla ice-cream with hot chocolate sauce was understated but well appreciated.
In short, all our guests loved the food and the overall experience at Hotel Parc Estique during our wedding reception. We would wholeheartedly recommend Aubergine for its excellent food and warm service.

Had been to Aubergine for the Pan Asian food festival and of course the occasion was clubbed with Valentine's Day. The decor was good and they had a couple of live counter to choose from. Tried the momo n the bao both were nice. There was good variety of Asian salads and a noodle counter with variety of noodles to choose from.
Met with Chef Avijit during my meal and he mentioned that he would make me some nood@les. OMG that was the best noodles I have ever had ! Phad Thai noodles and thin Rice noodles I was like literally eating out . The fish was nice and also the chicken.
The ambience was nice as it had been decorated as per theme and the staff need to be applauded as they ensured that we had a luvly and awesome evening.
The desserts very yummy .
All together a great dinner, had a luvly evening coupled with great service and lipsmacking food. Kudos to Chef Avijit and his team !

I have been to parc estique couple of time for buffet breakfast. I would rate it very high for the spread they have in breakfast. They have almost all kind of breakfast including cereal, juices, south indian, puri bhaji and live counter.
Staff is courteous and service quality is worth mentioning.
I usually find online coupon hence not very heavy on budget.

Have been a regular here and I have seen this place evolve. This place is quite dynamic so to speak dynamic maybe not in a very good way. As I feel the quality of the food has changed from what it used to be. I have tried their breakfast lunch and dinner but this review is based on the recent lunch that I had over here. So after shopping at phoenix mall I decided to go for lunch to aubergine (keys klub parc estique) it is their in house restaurant. I had last been here nearly 3 months ago so expectations were quite high. As I entered the place was empty as I went a bit early the main course was not yet laid out for the buffet so I decided to try a few salads and soup till my main course arrived. The soup was bland didn't have any taste and the bread rolls were hard not a good start so to speak. They had around 4-5 veg salads and 2 non veg salads. The non veg salads (chicken n pineapple) were very good but the veg salads weren't appealing. They got me a mocktail it was a tiny glass of jaljeera water probably it was a readymade syrup to which cold soda was added it wasn't appealing at all mocktail in the literal sense. Starters were ajwaini mugh tikka (overpowered with salt) and salt n pepper veg. Refried vegetables with salt and pepper garnish (nothing very tasty) and it tasted even more bad with the mocktail they gave. Feeling a bit let down I went for a second helping of chicken pineapple salad and then decided to dive right in for the main course the Indian breads butter roti and naan were again a bit hard not what I expected from this place but nonetheless it was going well with the chicken gravy (lagan nu murgh) and paneer tikka masala while doing that they got me a fresh paratha (live counter) the aloo paratha was good with a good amount of stuffing. Chilly garlic noodles were too oily but tasted good with the stir fried vegetables and veg au gratin was cheesy and cooked to perfection. Dal tadka and plain rice followed both of which were average. Still feeling a bit disappointed with the food I decided to have desserts. Another let down. The orange pastry had too much of the orange syrup the chocolate mud pie was actually like mud (hard and dry) the apple crumble was average but the chhena toast tasted awesome along with butterscotch ice cream. I was overall disappointed but they did seem to have a packed house by the time all this happened so I guess they must be doing something right. I know the staff over here and tushar and aniket always look after me and make me feel comfortable but I really couldn't complain about the food that day. I quickly ordered green tea to wash all this down and left. As I said aubergine as a place is way too dynamic and so is their food. Maybe next time I'll have a better experience
I was a meeting a school friend after 30 years and hence wanted a place which is less crowded and where the waiters will leave you alone.. My Pune friend recommended this and I should say that it met the objectives. The buffet spread was decent - I loved the ragda pattice from the live counter. Nothing exceptional about the dishes except that the egg curry was indeed yummy..
Good eating place, with a large variety of dishes to try out for eating- ranging from north indian to chinese, and tastes just as good. Was staying here for a business purpose, and the visit to this place was always satisfying.

This place is having a good ambiance the place is very cozy and chilling,food over here is not as per expectation , well I think so,the chicken tikka was good at first. But later on there quality was changing they where becoming slightly undercooked. They also don't have enough variety in starters only one veg and non-veg . The rest of food was good. Service was excellent no complaints about it. Over all not a profitable deal if going for buffet !! Good place to have a romantic date as this place is not crowded as much!

So a fine Sunday morning and a motivated group of 8 people. As they say "eat breakfast like a king" , and so there we were..at 8 in the morning @ aubergine , parc estique..this we selected after much contemplation and going through the menu of a select group of restaurants offering breakfast buffet at reasonable prices.. and going by the food they served, i am glad we chose THIS.
The menu was vast..right from south indian to poha to paratha bhaji , hash browns and spring rolls in the veg section to the choice of eggs, chicken sausages, bacon and what not in the non veg section... the sambhar they served is one of the best i have had in pune..the bakery had croissants, choice of breads, chocolate muffins, cookies, pancakes, waffles...everything lip smacking though nothing was eggless here..a turn off for all the vegetarians.. butterscotch milkshake deserves a special mention ..plus a couple of fresh fruit juices. In short, the food here was CLASSY and along with some great hospitality and a decent ambience, this place definitely calls for a visit.
A Very Simple Layout At the Restaurant..I was here with my group of friends for weekend dinner.. The buffet spread was limited, could work on it and have much options on offer..The hospitality was generous, very good..We Had a great time here..One Of the best memory captured for life..
We were looking for a place for Breakfast for 12 ppl. Finally we chose Parc Estique after going through the reviews in zomato. We reached around 8:00 am. Only 2 tables were full but by 9:00am, it got almost full. The spread was huge. I tried most of teh things mentioned and except for Sabudana khichdi and 1 cake(for dessert), everything was awesome. Especially the Pan cakes. Those are the best pan cake I ever had in Pune. Staff was courteous. Would definitely recommend to people hogging on to breakfast. Its worth your every penny. Giving a 4.5 for 2 reasons:
1. The 2 items I mentioned was kind of not good.
2. Even though it was mentioned that sausages were there for buffet, it was not displayed along with other few items. When we asked for it, they served it and it was yummyyyy but still I guess it should have been kept with the spread.
This place offers one of the best buffet breakfast experience in Pune. Love their wide spread menu, it includes everything south indian, north indian, continental, Italian, desserts etc. Food is great as well as service.
Today morning I went with my wife and kids for breakfast. The ambience is good. Food quality and variety is really good. We all enjoyed the lavish breakfast. The staff is courteous and provided quick service. Mr. Akash is a nice person there, he took care of kids and served what they like. It is really a value for money.

During my second visit to Keys Klub Parc Estique Hotel, I had the opportunity to feast on the breakfast and dinner buffet at the Auberigine restaurant. Compared to my first visit, there was no change in ambience or service. Both were up to the mark and appreciable, although this time around the place was crowded with people and the hotel staff did find it difficult in providing a consistent service.
The breakfast spread usually consists of a fruit platter, selection of breads, choice of refreshing morning drinks, Eggs to order, Live dosa counter and few south Indian dishes, an assorted cheese platter, chicken sausage rolls, egg wraps and what not.. Oh how can I forget the amazing spread of sweet cakes and continental breads. Phew! That's surely enough for a person to enjoy a royal breakfast and convince him that this surely is a place to enjoy your food.
However what disappointed me was the lack of change in menu on the second day of my stay. Apart from a few minor changes in the menu, the primary dishes remained the same. It even made me think if the food served was something that was cooked on the previous day. (Stale?? Did not taste so..)
I would definitely suggest the chef and his team to be a little more creative in setting up the breakfast menu for guests in the hotel. Atleast a different menu on the weekends would really cheer up the people. The same stands for the dinner buffet as well. Final verdict is the food is tasty and up to the mark but I give it a 4.0 for the lack of menu changes.

Aubergine is located on the 1st floor of Keys Klub hotel by Parc Estique. Since I was staying in the hotel, I had my breakfast at this place. There was buffet which was very neat and clean and had a lot of variety including some live counters serving both vegetarian and non-vegetarian preparations. The sitting area was very serene and quite as everyone loves in the mornings and the crowd was pretty descent. I do not recommend this place for a particular meal in specific but I feel everyone should try out their food. Its highly overly extravagantly delicious..

This one is a very economical buffet which offers brilliant food. I simply loved the Amritsari Dal, Dal Tadka, Bombay Toast, Penne Arabiata, the Mutton & Chicken preparation & Hot Chocolate Fudge. The preparation was so good that I couldn't complain about the lack of variety in desserts & starters. Even he service was prompt & the waiter was quick on delivering the chutneys & sauces I asked for. The Rotis were soft & hot as we ordered them to be. The place wasn't crowded even on a weekend & hence we had a wonderful time watching the Cricket match. Keep up the good work Cheers, will be back soon!
Though buffet spread was not abundant, food tasted too well. Veg starter, which I guess was veg kabab was very palatable. Non-veg starter, Chilly Fish was good too. We liked the soups and salads. Main course was equally delicious otherwise mostly in buffet spreads, people give all the focus to starters and desserts and main course is usually just ordinary but it wasn't like that here. Chinese Vegetable in main course was simply awesome and Veg Kolhapuri was finger-licking good. Our glasses were being continuously filled with water without having asked for. Rotis were very soft. Though I wish if there were better options in dessert, I liked technically nothing in the dessert but we were too full to care about that anymore. Quick service just added to the pleasure. There was live cricket match on for the patrons but it was not like one of those places where waiters are busy watching cricket and forget about waiting customers. All in all, a good experience.

Each dish we ordered was a masterpiece in itself, beautifully presented and bursting with flavors.
For starters, we indulged in the Crispy Prawns with a tangy dip. The prawns were perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The accompanying dip added a delightful zing, complementing the seafood impeccably.
The Butter Chicken was rich and creamy, with just the right balance of spices. The tender chicken pieces practically melted in my mouth, and the naan was fresh and flavorful.
To end our meal on a sweet note, we savored their famous Chocolate Mousse. It was a velvety, decadent delight that satisfied our sweet cravings perfectly. The presentation was elegant, with a sprinkle of cocoa powder and a garnish of fresh berries, adding a touch of sophistication.

Hotel is excellent and very near to airport and IT parks and breakfast buffet is awesome here, full of varieties and different menu daily and swimming pool in the 2nd floor
Well nice ambience.. food is good. It is tasty.. but please ask for less spicy if you don't like spicy food.. they have buffet option also and that is reasonable.. take only when you are with your family..😊😊 otherwise order what you like.
Had breakfast at Aubergine...Crisp dosas, soft idlis. Live counter for omelettes, uttappam etc..They have a good spread of local, south indian, continental fare. Overall was good on taste.
Nice healthy, light and distinct flavoured dishes..the salad and desserts spread is awesome..the number of dishes may be less than expectations but enough to make you go home happy..
