I dont know why this place isnt in zomato's legendary places collection,for whoever has lived in Pune for the past 30 years knows that Bipin is an institution in itself. You'll easily find people coming from far and wide just to eat their batata vadas and khichadi.

Lost & found poha:As we are gujarathi's,i am in love with poha served at small eateries in nathdwar.
My excitment level went up the roof,when i tasted those exact flavours at bipin snacks
I loved the sweet,sour and spicy flavours.
I would although prefer,all these three flavours,marginally tad less.
But yes all in all was very happy with the textures
Sabudana khichdi:All i can say is i have had better
This didn't wowie me at all.
The peanut powder,should have been little more.
The spice level should have been medium-spicy
The sweetness from sugar and sourness from lemon juice would lift this sabudana so much more and better
All in all with some hits and some missed still loved by a lot.

What to write in review for this small yet delicious snacks maker ?? Still i will try.
Bipin snacks and juice bar is located on Karve Road, Next to Sahyadri Hospital.
They provide range of snacks items at reasonable rate which is a go to place for college, school students or general office going folks too.
Pohe, bread patties, Wada pav, Wada Chutney, Kakadi chutney with Sabudana Khichadi, Veg Sandwich etc. are served by them.
What I like the most from their menu
1) Wada Chutney - 2 Batata Wada served with green chutney (This chutney is just great.) @ Rs. 25/-
2) Bread Pattice - Bread Pattice is also great they serve it with Imli ki chutney and coconut spread on it @ just Rs. 20/-
3) Kakadi Khichadi - Sabudana Khichadi served with Kakadi dahi (cucumber + Yogurt) koshimbir and batata chiwada.
This is road side small place still they maintain cleanliness every way possible.
it is value for money and hence crowded all the time.
Parking is an issue over here as it falls exactly on Main Road You have to park your vehicle on road itself.

When it comes to breakfasr this is my go to place since 12 years. I like everything on their Menu. It is a small eatery adjacent to a foothpath that serves snacks. 15-20 people operate in a 10 by 5 space. You need to stand and eat. Here is list of my recomendation starting with most favorite and ending with least favorite.

It is indeed one of the finest places to have your breakfast on Karve road. They serve all regular breakfast dishes from Poha to Idli. Their Kakadi-Khichdi is really famous. It is indeed worth tasting. I recommend this place. ЁЯСН
Its the most taste affordable and fast at service joint for breakfast. I have been eating at this place for last 15 years. Must try "upwasachi missal" and "kakdi khichadi".
Undoubtedly THE best Poha I have ever had, n trust me when I say this coz I hv had it all over KA,MH n MP. MP wala Poha has a sprinkle of masala powder, this absolutely doesn't. Texture - perfectly smooth(like Morris Santana's Smooth, u bet), Taste- every ingredient is so mild n yet making it's point.... Always hv it in d AM(7-8). Despite d same place I hv observed taste dwindle towards evening..
Other items r good too Upma, sheera, vada pav. khichdi(with kakadi)that's a beautiful thing for ur tongue to taste...

The best place where u get awwesome wada Pav and pohaa ЁЯШНЁЯШН. Anytime you go you will get these things hot and tasty. Sad part is itтАЩs closed on sundays.
Small outlet on karve road. You have to stand and eat there is no place to sit. But always crowded place. Shabudana Khichadi and poha are my favorite from this place and good thing is they serve this not only for breakfast but also for full day. Patice is also good for evening snack time.

Bipin Snacks
All-time favorite. If you're in Pune and haven't tried Bipin then you're missing the legendary breakfast. Bipin is here for a long time and it's of the legendary places in Pune. They mostly serve breakfast and every single item in their breakfast pretty good.
It's a small stall where you can only take your order and you have to eat it while standing or you can sit on your bike. All the legendary places are small but the food you get there is something you'll remember for the rest of your life. The menu consists of our regular breakfast things and the prices are VFM.
We started with regular poha which is a bit dry but does the work. You can opt for their famous chutney or ask for sambar on top of it to balance the dryness. I prefer having both as I like to mix things.
Then we headed to idli chutney. The Idli was quite big and the chutney is something which they're famous for. The chutney you get here is on the sweeter side but whoever comes here prefer chutney like that only.
Definitely try their Sheera which is same as you get at home and they use banana in the sheera which gives you a nice flavor of same. The sheera not on the sweeter side.
Wada chutney is something I personally love it. The Wada you get here is more than enough and if you're lucky to get freshly made Wada then you're in for a treat. The crispy Wada combined with chutney is something I crave for.
Bread pattice is another item which is famous here. The bread to filling ratio is so perfect that you get to taste the stuffing in each bite. Do ask for chutney on top of it as it adds another level of happiness in your experience.
Overall Verdict - Bipin is by far the most loved breakfast place in the Kothrud and it's definitely worth it.
A very small outlet but one that serves some of the tastiest snacks in the locality.
Bread Pattice is recommended. Prices are low & service is quick.
Recommended to visit if you are anywhere near.

Just as I thought it is going to be a while before Pune can come close to Amchi MumbaiтАЩs streetfood game, the immensely тАШGhargutiтАЩ (homely) food at Bipin revealed itself to me as a explicit equaliser...
A tiny тАШhole in the wallтАЩ outlet delves out food so delicious and feeds so many, that it is almost humbling..
Chota packet, Bada Dhamakaa.
The golden brown Batata wadas with all its тАШbatter-beardтАЩ intact, are edible dynamite even sans their brilliant green Chutney or the тАШpavтАЩ..
The searing hot тАШUppitтАЩ or Upma with the fresh and nutty coconut and Cilantro crumble, the cooked greepeas and onions , the finely diced chilies reminds me of delicious Upmas I used to have for my 7am breakfasts back in Mumbai..
The Khichdi and Kakdi is sheer revealation!
I ainтАЩt a fan of Sabudana Khichdi, but the one here is super soft, and the crumbled peanut infusion coupled with lovely Kakdi Koshimbir is pure symphony!
I was stuffed, but wanted to do justice to my first visit here, so I also ordered the bread Pattice, and it disappoint either.

Bipin Snacks is a small snack joint, located next to Sahyadri Hospital on Karve Road. Parking here is a major issue, so it is advised to visit early or on two wheelers.
I highly recommend the Pohe & Sabudana Khichdi. They're very tasty & high in demand. The idli-sambar was sweet & I didn't like it.
Despite being an amazing breakfast joint, it is not open on Sundays & holidays.
Pav pattice , vada Pav and sabudana vada are great .
After a swim in Tilak tank the hot pav pattice tastes like heaven on a cold evening.

Let me be very clear.
You cannot find the perfect sabudana khichadi rather than this place in pune.
And with the addition of the kakdi raita with it, it is ready to blow your mind.
Well it is a small stall kinda near Sahaydri hospital.
Do not judge it by the size of their place. You will have to stand and eat the food.
But it is al worth it.
The poha they serve , the bread pattice everything is at its best.

Sabudana Khichidi was really tasty. a little bit spicy served with some namkeen and kakdi raita. I highly recommend u to try this. You will definitely love it.

This place is a best place to have breakfast early morning. If you rae in area of JM Road early morning, do try this place for various Maharshtrian breakfast options. Poha and Sabudana Khichdi are the best at this place. You can try Upma also. This place is running for more than 12 years. I never miss to eat here whenever I am visiting nearby areas.
There is no sitting arrangement in this snacks center. However, the taste is so good, people come here and have breakfast.

The food is fresh, hot and delicious.
Vada pav is a must try. Poha is also really good.

Being a Vimalabai Garware student, this place has many memories attached to it. From recess to lunch breaks and bunks, there has been scenes from my childhood.
Punekars morning starts with either Pohe, upit / upma, misal, and they are one of the many reasons behind this. Serving delicious food as well as hygienic, this place is my favourite among other eat n go type outlets.
Their Khichdi jaldi being my personal favourite, Vada pav, Pohe , Vada sambar has also a higher quality and demand.
The only downside is its narrow facade. Less space to take orders and serve.

Today visited Bipin, one of the famous road side eatery next to Garware Highschool on karve road.
One of the finest, oldest and best snacks centre from Pune, quite popular specially among college crowd as well as all Punekars.
Today tasted their wada paav and paav pattice.
Wow fantastic! when you eat wada you can just take one bite and just enjoy taste of batata masala flavoured with ginger.
Over years , i have tasted their almost all the dishes and it won't disappoint you.
Kudos to chef/owner for running this outlet more than a decade.
If you ignore the fact that its a roadbside eatery with no space to seat or dine, and just talk about a food and its taste with value for money then Bipin is definitely a winner.

Mind blowing Sabudana Khichadi withKakadi koshimbir. Street food joint is always packed. You need to go in early morning or around evening time to catch the khichadi, stocks are good, but this place runs out pretty soon due to the demand.
This is place a legend for its taste and quality.
Sabudana Khichadi is soft and lime hint is best in town.
Vada is amazing with perfect size and great filling,perfect thickness of coating with chutney they serve will make to visit again and again.

It is quite an old place in Pune. It serves you with the best kakdi khichadi, poha, wada paav, bread pattice and that too with a pocket friendly price. Nothing here costs more than 50 bucks. Everything is quite good in taste and the quantity is sufficient. The only negative thing it has is there is no place to sit and eat. You have to manage with the crowd during the rush hours. Otherwise, a good place to satisfy your hunger.

Actually this place doesn't require any review at all. This place is very famous in pune. When you think of 'Puneri Breakfast' only one name should come in your mind and thats BIPIN. Pohe here are the best and Vada chatni is awesome. They make best chatni i think. Bread pattice is also awesome. They also have idli chatni, upma , sabudana khichada , sheera.

Have been visiting Bipin snacks since my college days & I must say he is consistent since last 10 years.
Positives:
- taste! I have tried sabudana khichdi kakdi combination, pohe, upma, bread pattice, wada paav etc here & all are good taste wise
- price: it is pocket friendly & I think the costliest item you can get here is not more than 40-50 RS.
- quantity: you get a descent quantity such that one plate is enough if you want to have light breakfast or 2 plates are enough if you wish to have it heavy IMO.
- quick service: as it is a roadside stall, there is nothing a table service as such provided. But the key is, speed to serve. He is so fast & busy as well that he will serve you hot plate of pohe/ upma/ wada etc quickly :)
Negatives:

You need to compete with crowd to reach the counter & get your order at peak hours
Just amazing. One of the best Poha in Pune. Truly worth standing in the platform and hot sun for the Poha. All other items are equally good. The staff is a bit arrogant though.

The Poha was tooooooooo good(wanted to have an another plate, but couldn't as I had to try other items and gymming). Sabudana khichchdi wasn't that good(realised that I am not fond of it) I love sabudana Vada though! Batata Vada and especially the chutney were simply superb(can eat chutney alone). Bipin Snacks Center situated at Karve Road Near Sahyadri Hospital.
This snacks shop mainly famous for mouth watering Sabudana Khichadi garnished with potato chivda and lime juice.
I tried Khichadi and Idli-Vada mix with sambhar and chutney.
Sambhar was slightly sweet and at tangier side. Coating of wada was crispy and well cooked.
Chutney was tasty and had ample amount of crushed corriander and coconut.
It's simply amazing. Worth trying.

Bipin Snacks Center is a quite old place which serves early morning breakfast like poha, upma, batata Wada n various other south indian food items. This is a quite cheap and a handy place which is always crowded in mornings with mostly college students or working prople.
Its a small tapri in karve road. But hustling and bustling with traffic and customers. The guy is fast and quick paced and does the job correctly.
Ordered misal, poha and sabudana kichdi.. All were just too good and delicious. I even tried the vada pav which was a great dish on it's own.

I am visiting this place daily morning for breakfast and evening for snacks from last one year. My above statement is enough to describe quality of food that serves bipin.
Honest, this place is a damn good. I haven't relished a better wada pav before or a poha or absolutely everything these folks serve. It is a little shanty & I'd advise get into the misadventure, just that parking is not available for 4 wheelers.┬а
Service, there's no such thing here. Walk upto to the servlet and help yourself. Attaining karma has never been easier as great taste is your soul's destination. See you there, again & again & again... A heart felt hug to Mr. Bipin too :)

It's a small shop located at Karve Road. It is famous for Maharashtrian breakfast and is worth the hype. Everything here is well made and tasty. The Poha, Sabudana Khichadi and Bread Pattice are must must try here. The food is really tasty. Worth a visit breakfast place if ambience is not a issue and you won't mind eating standing on the streets.
Value for Money .Firstly I must tell you if you believe in having a quality breakfast go and checkout this place.The price of each snack range from 15 rs to 40rs .It is also one of the busiest snacks corner in pune.Try their signature dish kakdi saboo-daana
Khicdi.The term kakdi - khicdi means you get saboo-daana khicdi with cucumber raitaa and this makes it the ultimate deadliest combination when it comes to flavour .There also various other breakfast like poha,upma,sheera,idli,wada etc.Another snack to try is bajiyaa - sandwich served with red tamarind chutney and chillies which adds more flavour to it.
Just go and try whenever you get a chance to visit erandwane pune.
Saturday Breakfast @ Bipin Snacks- A small tapri at Karve Road has been serving amazing snacks for many years. Food served is fresh, extremely delicious which can be addictive whether it's simple pohe or Khichadi. Pav pattice is another delicacy which you will like. We got hot piping Batatawada along super delicious green chutney.Paav's were ordered separately. This scrumptious breakfast was the perfect way to welcome back Monsoon rains in Pune.

Best place for street food in pune. Prices are reasonable. Food qualify is good.bread pattice and kakdi khichadi is also best.
Awesome breakfast items. We bring pohe and paav pattice parcel quite a few times, and it tastes just great everytime. Other things that we have ordered/taken parcel are khichadi kakdi, batata vada and sheera; all of which taste awesome. Full 5 marks for the quick service and the delicious breakfast items.
Old breakfast place. Going here since years. Taste of pohe and bread Patrice hasn't changed at all. They also serve lemonade which is nice with different flavour. Try it out.

You would get best breakfast in Erandwane at Bipin. It's a small tapri but very good test. You would get Poha with Proper dressings. ЁЯШЙЁЯШЛ. Must try it.

Very small place and not seating arrangement near Sahyadri hospital .But they are managing breakfast for 300 people daily.
They serve poha , sabu khichdi + kakadi raita , wadapaav and misal .
Sabu + kakadi is my favourite one .

This modest looking eatery dishes out the yummiest maharashtrian food. We gorged on sabudana khichdi (comes with peanut-laden sweet cucumber raita), sheera and vada pav. The crowd outside will give you an idea of how awesome the food is, and at such low prices. Go here if you yearn for maharashtrian fare and don't mind the absence of seating area.
Among the best VFM places in Pune.┬а A tiny shop near Sahyadri hopsital, it serves the best sabudana khichadi, pohe and bread pakoda ( called paav pattice here). Absolutely no-frills place as this doesn't even have a place to stand , let alone sitting place . So you have to manage your vehicle parking and find a spot where you can enjoy the steaming hot pohe and sabudana khichadi. Totally worth the trouble.
